We have just returned form a visit to this hotel complex 24th Dec 2016 to 1st Jan 2017 all inclusive. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there , the room was great with two double beds, a good sized bathroom with shower over the bath , marble walls and floors. Patio doors from the room opened to a balcony with views over the pool , we were on the 5th floor. The room was cleaned every day and bedding changed , the cleaning staff were bright and cheerful . Bars and lounge area's were large , comf... Read more

I arranged a group of 38 runners to stay at this hotel for the Benidorm half marathon/10k. We had some issues with the booking but then a very helpful lady helped and sorted it out. Checking was good all staff friendly. Food was great it suited everyone in the group, even the fussy eaters were happy. Rooms were suitable and nice but the walls are thin and I could hear very loud snoring every night. The beds are a bit uncomfortable and hard but for the price was fine. The location was good ... We stayed in the Poseidon Palace and have no complaints. The food was typical buffet food and I disagree with previous comments that says they only cater for the Spanish. Since when were Yorkshire puddings Spanish?? Yes there was a lot of the food was cooked in the Spanish way but you are in a hotel in Spain!! The entertainment was ok, Spanish yes but there are plenty of bars etc if you don't want to stay in the hotel! I think people have just written bad reviews for the sake of it!! Yes the lif... Stayed at the Poseidon Palace hotel for two weeks. Just got back. The hotel was spotless and the staff were excellent. They were very very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The food was very tasty and the variety was wonderful every day. There was a counter which cooked meats or fish freshly by a chef to your required taste. Excellent. The towels were changed daily and the rooms cleaned. It had easy access to the beach and to the night life and I would definitely visit t... Read more

Ive stayed here now about 7 or 8 times as part of a package with Running Crazy to participate in the Benidorm half marathon and 10k run. Each time we've stayed at the Posiedon Palace. This is the taller of the two buildings. Its important to remember that this hotel is a 3 star hotel so people shouldn't get carried away with their expectations. As a 3 star hotel its excellent. All the staff I dealt with from the reception to the restaurant to the cleaners were all very polite and professional... Read more

We stayed at the Poseidon Palace hotel which is the tower block. Four lifts so no problems with access. Outdoor pool not heated in winter and there is an indoor pool of about ten metres. Also a jacuzzi (not very warm) and a gym . Only had breakfast there which was perfectly acceptable with good choices. On our last morning because of very early departure they let us have breakfast at 0530 in the sister hotel next door. Rooms were clean and tidy but small and nothing special. Good access to old ... The rooms are very nice, we was on the 11th floor so had a great view. The location is between the old town and the british side of things so best of both worlds. There is a nice indoor pool if its a little cold outside, it was november when we went so came in handy. Would recomend.
