Arrived at the hotel check is was very quick and straight forward, rooms are spacious have all the basics the TVs even has English channels which is a bonus there was complimentary orange/ water & cava in the room which is a nice touch and a fridge to keep it in ,always hot water for a bath/shower. After the first night we asked to change rooms as air con was not working as the hotel was fully booked they could not change rooms but got the air con working ( just ) was very noisy so could not hav... Spent a weekend here with a group of friends on a girly weekend, and it's safe to say I wouldn't rush back. The hotel is situated in the old town, bit of a walk to the main bars but not too bad and heading down the beach front means you can stop off for drinks on the way. The rooms were a decent size, very dated and basic but clean. So clean that the smell of disinfectant is everywhere! The views are non existent but we were there for such a short time it didn't matter. The food, less said a... Read more

We stayed here 4 adults and 2 children the hotel is dated but very clean can't fault the maids rooms cleaned daily and the smell of disinfectant shows how clean they are. The hotel has 2 restaurants one for Spanish and one for English we ate in both, and was never stopped once from eating in the Spanish one, the Spanish can be very rude and do like a good stare and think they own the lifts, they are in that much of an hurry that they shut the door on my 7 yr old as we were entering let's just sa... staying at aqua rock we twice booked to go for lunch when visiting the old town the food is the same standard as ever very good stayed in this hotel many years ago it is very clean and friendly but if you want to sit outside the hotel for a drink it tends to be very noisy because its on a busy road

The hotel is 5 minutes from the Centre of the old town of Benidorm and 8-10 minutes to both Lavante and Pointente Beaches. Check in went smoothly. The room was clean and tidy if a little out dated, but we understand that the hotel is slowly working its way through the rooms, redecorating. They had aircon, fridge, kettle and free wifi. There is a safe which is paid for at reception. The main downside to our room was that ir was directly facing a school. Going out onto the balcony you are con... Read more

Brilliant hotel just wish you could be guaranteed a balcony, even if you have to pay that little bit more. Park views are lovely, food is good too, very close to old town where the tapas bars are. We have been several times and will be going again, also good that you can use the amenities of the other hotels in this group.

My partner and I are flying our next Saturday to stay at this hotel, after a very tough 2 years (I've been recovering from a car accident with damage to my back), we are looking to celebrate our 5th anniversary. Really want a good sized quiet room as I struggle to sleep at the best of times, a good view and definitely a balcony. Any tips on what we could ask for would be so very appreciated.

Visited this hotel for 10 days and all I can say is disappointing! The most frustrating thing was the bar staff down on the 0 floor they were very rude when you gave them your all inclusive card when you had your drink they would just snatch it out of your hand and slam it back on to the table! If they knew you were English and you were next in the que they would look at you and go and do something else before serving you! Also I would say it was a 10 minuet wait for that bar as the que was so l... Read more

we stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and altogether there was 8 of us.The reception was good they told you all about the hotel and what you could do but the rooms were poor the toilet smelt like horrible we had no balcony the air con wasn't very good and they were very out dated. The food was okay breakfast was the same every day but dinner and tea were good the English and Spanish were supposed to be separated but Spanish came in the English restaurant and we weren't aloud in the Spanish . I have been to this holiday before with my boyfriend but his year I went with my sister and we have had the best 7days ever . The big things for us that stands out so much magic cafe because it is not always the same every night because that would be boring, I have to give the biggest most deserving shout out is to Charlie he does his most best to keep everyone happy. And Marc he makes the nights good aswell as always. The food was ok but some nights the food seemed not enough flavour but the ... Read more

Booked this hotel for 6 adults and 4 children after reading mixed reviews and would definitely side with those who rated it poor. The check in was ok and we were given 2 rooms on the 4th floor and 1 on the 5th. Room 401 had a terrible smell from the toilet which was masked by cleaning products but the rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday. The rooms are dated and in need of some repair. Room 402 had no working lights and a broken toilet seat and a bed which was taped together. These 2 rooms a... Read more

Food Hall stinks of fish and is very off putting while Tring to eat . Rooms really are terrible Spanish orientated in a obvious way English made to feel very unwelcome. Excellent location. Check in is very slow. The biggest problems here is the divide in Spanish and English the Spanish are rude obnoxious and arrogant they will think nothing of knocking your kids over to the ground just to get the lift quicker or nick your table at the pool while you go toilet even if your stuff is there. We have just checked in for our Honeymoon, and all I can say is FANTASTIC, we booked a promo room and they have upgraded us to a master double, we have a huge balcony with our own private sunbeds, looking one way to the sea, and the other to the mountains, room is spotless and air con is nice and cool,we can use all other hotels in the chain, so we are off down to the magic cafe now for a drink staff are friendly

My partner and myself arrived at midnight and were greeted with the police arresting a lad (English unfortunately) inside the hotel. Not a brilliant 1st impression as you can imagine. The hotel reception staff were more concerned with this than us and we were left standing for a good half an hour before even being acknowledged! When we were it was by Anita an English lady who works there she apologized and got us a free bottle of fizzy plus some much needed water!! Ok the night reception man did... Read more

We had the presidential suite on the 6th floor for 5 people, spacious 2 bed room place with AC, 3 televisions with some English channels, bathroom with jacuzzi, big sun terrace with 2 sunbeds. Swimming pool at 7th floor and very handy for pool and bar facilities. Rooms even though bit old are cleaned everyday. Good variety food in 2 restaurants and fresh hot food m... Read more

First night of arrival was put into what can only be classed as a dump. Thought faulty towers was bad this was even worse. Went to reception and complained had to wait until the next day to be able to be put in another room. There was no balcony had to upgrade for this we were told by reception. The next day when we were allocated a different room the shower was broken, the bath taps were broken, tiles were cracked and the ceiling was false to an air duct which you could see straight out of.
