Spent a weekend here with a group of friends on a girly weekend, and it's safe to say I wouldn't rush back. The hotel is situated in the old town, bit of a walk to the main bars but not too bad and heading down the beach front means you can stop off for drinks on the way. The rooms were a decent size, very dated and basic but clean. So clean that the smell of disinfectant is everywhere! The views are non existent but we were there for such a short time it didn't matter. The food, less said a... Read more

The hotel is 5 minutes from the Centre of the old town of Benidorm and 8-10 minutes to both Lavante and Pointente Beaches. Check in went smoothly. The room was clean and tidy if a little out dated, but we understand that the hotel is slowly working its way through the rooms, redecorating. They had aircon, fridge, kettle and free wifi. There is a safe which is paid for at reception. The main downside to our room was that ir was directly facing a school. Going out onto the balcony you are con... Read more

Brilliant hotel just wish you could be guaranteed a balcony, even if you have to pay that little bit more. Park views are lovely, food is good too, very close to old town where the tapas bars are. We have been several times and will be going again, also good that you can use the amenities of the other hotels in this group.

My partner and I are flying our next Saturday to stay at this hotel, after a very tough 2 years (I've been recovering from a car accident with damage to my back), we are looking to celebrate our 5th anniversary. Really want a good sized quiet room as I struggle to sleep at the best of times, a good view and definitely a balcony. Any tips on what we could ask for would be so very appreciated.

Visited this hotel for 10 days and all I can say is disappointing! The most frustrating thing was the bar staff down on the 0 floor they were very rude when you gave them your all inclusive card when you had your drink they would just snatch it out of your hand and slam it back on to the table! If they knew you were English and you were next in the que they would look at you and go and do something else before serving you! Magic Cristal park is at the beginning of old town. Perfect for those who like spending time in old and new like we do. We stayed in room 354 which had 2 single beds and delighting for us as requested a balcony. We had a flat screen TV. Kettle. Fridge. Safe box. Air con and free wifi. We were all inclusive. Food and drink was available throughout morning until midnight and it was delicious and so much variety. We visited magic Fenicia, villa de benidorm and magic rock and had all inclusive in ... We found this holiday to be good value for money. We had no complaints about the food, service, facilities, drinks or cleanliness of the hotel. This hotel however is NOT suitable for disabled guests. A member of our party was a wheelchair user and was in a room on the fourth floor and the hotel wanted an extra ?70 for the room as it was a better standard than the room booked. They could not understand we were not concerned about the quality of the room but the safety aspects. Staff told us the... Read more

We've stayed here several times and this stay as ever made for the perfect holiday . Set in the old town with the park on one side and a school on the other and just a 7 to 10 minute gentle stroll to the beaches this is an ideal location for a quieter holiday in Benidorm . The hotel is old style but spotlessly clean and being in the old town will have more Spanish guests . There are 2 restaurants that you may use both serving a wide range of excellent food especially taking in... Read more

we were at this hotel 9 years ago and unfortunately little has changed since then, We arrived at the end of sept and it was 27-30 the whole week we were there so hot, there is no air con in the reception or corridors or dining room, There is an air con system in the room which, though effective was noisy and dripped when you switched it off, this wouldnt normally be a problem but it was above the tv which worried me slightly, The rooms are dated, i have never experienced such a lumpy mattress a... Me and my family stayed at the magic cristal hotel from the 25th of September till the 9th of October and overall had a great time. Check in wasn't great as we had forgotten to pick up the hotel vouchers and we couldn't check in till we had it so it took around 25 mins to log into my emails on the computer at reception and email a copy to the guy at reception before they would give us the key card for the room which when you have a very tiered 6 year old isint good. if this is your 1st time holidaying with the 'Magic' group you are in for a wonderful time, but if like me you have been going since the year 2000 then you will also have noticed the slow decline in its services especially over the last 3 years. The voucher system that has been brought in is shockingly abused, mainly by the spanish guests - you need a voucher to eat/drink at the sister hotels but could never get in because they were always fully booked, reason - one day I saw a spanish woman in... The rooms were cleaned every day. The Magic bar next door was brilliant... This is my ninth year staying here and the hotel is an excellent holiday venue to visit Benidorm. All the staff from reception and bar staff to the cleaning ladies and chefs all are easy and pleasant to deal with. Rooms are good and cleaned daily, the bars and general areas are also clean and well maintained. A special mention for the food, it is excellent in choice, presentation and cooked to a very high standard. Would recommend this hotel to families, couples and singles, plenty for everyone.

The staff at this hotel work extremely hard, and are always pleasant.
