No frills budget hotel, right in the heart of the old town. Clean with friendly and efficient staff. We were there for fiesta so quiet it wasn't! Out of the door, turn right and only 50 yards to the bars and restaurants. Max 100 yards to Poniente beach and 200 to Levante.

Stayed here for 3 nights, Friday to Monday, the location couldn't have been better, a 2 minute walk to our favourite old town pub Oliver's and tapas bar opposite. The staff were welcoming on arrival, rooms cleaned and linens changed daily..George on reception was a star, bulb changed within minutes, towels restocked on request nothing was ever too much trouble. Bottled Water given courtesy of the hotel and pick up coach company called for us to get our pick up time.. Look no further next time ... Read more

A great location in between the Levante and Poniente beaches. A minutes walk away from the Tapas alleys, bars and restaurants. Parked in the Mercadona car park just around the corner, ?62 for the week as opposed to ?19 per day! Hotel very basic and walls paper thin, you can hear the next door conversations as clear as a bell. No good if you're a light sleeper! Bed small but comfy, bathroom tiny but over bath shower was good. Breakfast ?5 was egg, bacon and continental with machine coffe... Read more

Tucked away in a side street in the old town is the hotel santa faz. It is 5 minutes walking distance to levante beach and the old town restaurants. Hotel itself is pleasant and spotlessly clean, English speaking reception staff. We weren't asked to pay a deposit unlike some places we have stayed in. We cant comment on the food as we went self catering although they had that facility. The room itself was small but all amenities were fine. The bed was quite hard and there was a joined sausage ty... Read more

As expected this is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for, breakfast was great lots of choice even eggs and bacon if that's what you fancy. The rooms are small but very clean, math very friendly and attentive staff. Our first few days were great until the weekend arrived along with a noisy group of Brits who had very little consideration for anyone other than themselves. This didn't stop our enjoyment as the hotel staff were great and dealt with this quickly they even moved us to a great roo... Read more

Very reasonably priced and superb location, only five minutes from Levante beach. It's a little dated maybe. Clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Minor issue was there was only one key per room. This led to people being let in by reception as there mates were unconscious. They didn't really require any proof of who's room was who's. (First night, a friend went to sleep in someone else's room. Don't think they were best pleased when they woke up at 2 am to find him in the next bed ??... Read more

This was our second stay at this hotel, It is a basic 2 star hotel and is what it is, basic but staff are great and rooms very clean and serviced every day, The location is perfect for the beach and lots of cafe bars in the Old town. Breakfast in the hotel is very nice. Wifi is only available in the main reception area. We would certainly stay at this hotel again

Stayed here twice now - at Easter, with all the church festivals, and in June. Jorge, at reception, is a star - always smiling, friendly and helpful. WIFI is available but I believe only on the ground and first floors. Breakfast is ?5, with eggs, bacon, and toast/coffee/tea, plus croissants and fruit. Rooms are small, but have air-con, with a small balcony. A very reasonable deal all-in. Handly to the old town gay quarter which is why we stay there.

Stayed here for four nights with the girlfriend...the room was small with a double bed...table...bedside cabinet...but no kettle for that early morning cuppa. The bathroom was really small...but it served it's purpose. Room cleaned everyday and clean towels everyday...staff were really friendly. It can be a bit hard to find and the transfer bus drops you at the Mau Blau...but it's only a 5 minute walk....overall a smashing little hotel...we would stay here again...but only for a short break

Stayed here with my boyfriend for 3 nights . Great location in between old and new benidorm so you can have best of both. Just around the corner are some fabulous authentic tapas bars and an array of shops to suit everyone. Room was compact and very clean. Bathroom was very clean. Air conditioning and tv are ?10 returnable upon check out. Breakfast consisted of two eggs, bacon and beans and a selection of breads, jams, meats, cheese, pastries, cereals , yogurt, fruit, tea coffee and juices. ... Read more

Just returned from a 3 night stay with friends. Check in was quick.Pablo, Elias and Jorge were very helpful. We had a twin room (room 305)which was plenty big enough and a triple (room 304)that was a little small. Both had small balconies. Rooms were clean, perhaps a little cosmetic clean up required but other than that great for the price. Good value for money. Breakfast was sufficient before the 5 minute walk to either beach. Great location in the old town. Would return again!

I recently stayed here on a girls holiday Hotel has a good location in the old town both sides of benidorm are easily accessible. It is just down from the balcony Staff were very friendly and helpful Clean and smelt good in reception We had room only so our rooms were basic but they had what u needed. They were quite small too but again we were room only The balconies were disappointing, they were the width of a plastic chair and arnt very long either Due to central location its noisy too but ma... Hotel was very clean! Nicely air conditioned and the staff were really helpful, and kind. It's based in the Old town of Benidorm, however it costs ?6 to get a taxi into new town!! The hotel was perfectly located, with a 30 second walk to the beach, and a couple of seconds walk to pubs and restaurants... Very English, as to be expected. Worth a visit. PS it is located right in the middle of gay bars (didn't know this when booked but was pleased as it was a chilled out area)

Very short trip from the beach. Ok standard for friends going there to party. Only one room key per room, disappointing. Nice and helpful staff- no complaints. Don't know what more to write to fill out 200 words. Bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla

Well this is now my second visit to this lovely hotel, still very clean and friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and well placed all with balcony views. If you want a good base to explore the old town of Benidorm then this is a great place.

The hotel is in a great location, rooms are clean and comfortable, good shower and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Only slight downside is noise from other inconsiderate guests, and as much as the staff try to manage it, it is beyond their control. I'd stay again though as great value for money. It would be great if they could upgrade the wifi to be available in the bedrooms.

Booked Hotel on reviews and glad we did, Yes its cheap and a little tired round the edges. The rooms are a little small but why would you want to spend that much time in them as your in Benidorm and you should be out enjoying it, The rooms are cleaned every day, fresh towels and bedding as well try getting that in an apartment. The guys on reception are great and are just so welcoming, slight down sides are the wifi which is only in the bar area, a small fridge and kettle would be nice for early... Read more

I recently visited here with 3 friends. This place is not luxury, but is exactly what you need for a base. We had two twin rooms and the rooms are basic, however the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a good shower. The balcony is practically non existent, and the balcony door did not lock. We also had a little problem with the electrics, as every time we tried to have our hair dryer on and the straighteners plugged in the electric tripped, however we did find this quite funny... Yes the rooms are basic, yes you are paying for what you get .... BUT the staff are eager to assist & very pleasant and the rooms are very clean. Will definitely be booking again when I am back. Its right in the middle of the Old Town. I would suggest getting a room high up to avoid sleepless nights. Internet is not in the rooms, only the reception area.

Perfect location in the middle of old town so close to the pubs and beach. Rooms were basic and our air con leaked water however staff were friendly especially the maids. Only down side is the noise mainly from people on the street and also by other guests in the hotel. Even though I got in at 3 am I was woke up by people shouting.

Great little hotel in a fantastic old town location......great reception staff, beautifully clean and value for money........but....and a large but..... It is the place of noise, thin walls, constant toilet flushing sound, pipework banging and rattling from everywhere. You can hear people talking,tv's from adjacent rooms.... An absolute nightmare....
