Just back from a 6 day stay at this hotel, the hotel is well located for the beach and nightlife- some good bars nearby with good entertainment, the hotel is old and tired looking, rooms are small and in need of a refurb, the beds are soooo uncomfortable, you would get a better sleep on a park bench, entertainment in the hotel is very poor, but the age group of all the guests in the hotel was old and they did not seem to mind, bar staff i found were rude-ignorant- alot of the guests i spoke with... Lovely holiday spent at the Riudor friendly staff and lovely clean room .Beds made every day and bathroom cleaned really nice room . Food was good and presented beautifully ever day great choices . Pool was a great size lots of sun beds and brollies but the pool was very cold probably because it was May and hadn't had enough sun on yet but it did get better by end of week. This hotel is right in the heart of all the best bars and clubs.

We arrived on the 7th June, receive a welcome pack due to it being late. Reception staff friendly quick check-in. Stayed on the 3rd floor over looking talk of the coast, which was noisy but got use to this. Could not fault the food plenty of choice, rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Only fault was no kettle allowed in room . Hotel has good location to everything. Would certainly go back may be try for a higher room next time. All staff are friendly and work hard.

Stayed at the Riudor with friends September 2015 for the 7th time as we loved it there, stayed there June 2016 and oh how things have changed, the rooms really need a face lift, walls were dirty, looked like mosquitos had been swated on them, wait ages for the lift, the food was not as good as usual, must have a new chef, lots of the food was burnt I must say the maid on our floor was excellent, even gave me a spray for the mosquitos, her name was Elena and deserved a tip at the end of our 2 wee... When we arrived i was rather sceptical as it seemed to be mainly designed for the older generation. However, I was surprised as after a few days it was apparent there were other younger people there. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the hotel and rooms are all clean and tidy, (however, occasionally there is a not very pleasant smell in reception.) From what i could see most of the rooms you could see the sea from the balcony which was nice. The food is exceptional something di... Read more

this hotel is a lovely clean hotel ,great staff, restaurant staff good and food was very good, gala nights Friday with free wine, downside is the noise from the black chicken, but people are on holiday and enjoying themselves,we were on the 6th floor and it was noisy on the balcony, and muffled noise when the door was shut, only thing I can complain about the hotel was that we were stuck in the lift for about 20 mins, and when we were freed, the engineer said it was overloaded, but it was not and apart f... We visited this hotel on the 30th of June and were slightly disappointed. The hotel is clean but the pool is not so... The pool is covered in scum, being a hot tub owner I know the standard of cleanliness is not up to scratch. Do not swallow any water!!! Food was ok a couple of nights. You will not starve but I would not like to eat here for longer than a week. Walls in our room were very thin on the eighth floor. Had many sleepless nights due to TVs being on to 3am and many other people h... Read more

Firstly the good. The room we had was a refurbished one on the eighth floor, which suited us, our friends however weren't quite so fortunate and were allocated with what you would politely refer to as a " tired room". Our room was very basic but completely adequate for a 3 star establishment. I do not however agree with having to pay ‚?¨3 per day for both the fridge and ‚?¨3 per day for the safe, no matter how basic the hotel these amenities should be free of charge. The worst part of the room ... Read more

We visited my husband and My self for our wedding anniversary and Ians 40th. After informing the hotel we arrived to a bottle of cava and a fruit basket which was a nice touch. The room was very basic but had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, the beds were nice to sleep on and the maid came in everyday. The cons people reserving sunbeds I know it happens everywhere but I think this should be addressed. Also there is a huge sign saying no smoking by the pool again people continued to... Read more

The only problem we found is that the older people in the hotel seemed to look down on us and could be quite rude. We chose this hotel as we was looking for a quiet hotel and the no children was a good as I work with children so nice to have a break !! I would definitely recommend the hotel on locat... Read more

I have just returned from a week in the ruidor hotel. What a lovely hotel, great staff, always very helpful and polite. Entertainment was very good with something different every night! The hotel is in a great location, near the night life but only a few mins walk from the beach. Peaceful, clean pool area and nicely priced drinks! Couldn't have asked for more! I will be returning!

Booked with booking.com and asked for a high room as it was our engagement we was given a room on floor 5 so obviously don't read your requests. The hotel is ideally located but the food was a struggle to find anything to eat as the food was terrible in the evening breakfast was fine. All hot food at night was either meat in gravy or dried up so the last night of three we didn't bother. Reception was very friendly and helpful but to some it up rooms very basic, food at night terrible and don't b... Read more

Just returned from a weeks stay at the Riudor. Disappointing for a Med Playa. Arrived late evening, half way through checking us in the man on the desk answered the phone and left us waiting, not a good 1st impression. Rooms are basic and clean. Food is adequate but not great. The dining experience marred somewhat by having a trolley full of dirty dishes pushed up and down the aisles and parked next to the tables. Head waiter is a great asset to the hotel. The worst thing about this hotel has to... Read more

Just back from another stay at the Ruidor. Had a great time food still good seemed to be more roasts on the show cooking this year. Staff still hard working and friendly. We upgraded once again to all inclusive and glad we did. We could stay in the relative calm of the hotel have cheap drink and watch some excellent shows. Compared by the cheery Craig, a great improvement from shouty Monica from last year. Heard a rumour that the pool might be renovated this winter, hope so, IMO the deep pool is... Read more

It is 8 euros each which gives you access to the full buffet which is soup, fresh salads and cooked meats, freshly cooked meats, as well as curry/stew, vegetables and potatoes, which huge choice of fresh fruit, cakes, etc. Fantastic value for money. Also on a friday evening there is a Gala dinner which features, fresh prawns and smoked salmon, entrecote steak and a chocolate fountain on top of all of the above b... Read more

Turn left outside the hotel and right on the English strip. Turn right and your on the main road. Over the main road and down and you hit the beach. The location is brilliant. The hotel is very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The meals were the only let down. We didn't go into the restaurant four nights out of the even we stayed, The food was that bad. Yorkshire puddings and either beef or pork on the nights we went in. We went in two of those nights and walked right back out.

The hotel as the ideal location between Mediterranean Avenue and the main strip. I did love the room as we were on a high 7th floor and these have been refurbished to a super standard. Excellent power points located in just the right places beside the dressing table/mirror and beside the bed for recharging phones etc. Tv has BBC, ITV Channel 4 with the downstairs lounge with sport channels and a screen that came down when a larger audience was watching Euro football matches. Well we booked a 5 night break for a 34th and 40th birthday celebrations and the hotel didn't disappoint. Clean room, air con, friendly staff, decent food and a stones throw away from the night life. Pool is a life saver when it's 32deg and u can just jump in. No kids either is great as no screaming shouting etc well that's the adults haha. Defo advise stopping here and might come back in future.
