We came as 6 couples 1 couple were put in a room overlooking the pool myself and the other 4 couples were put in rooms over looking a busy road with bars playing loud music, when asked why we were put in these rooms they said we had'nt requested pool views but when she looked it up we had and we were put into standard rooms and the couple who had the pool view was a mistake.Bearing in mind that when we asked to be moved to a pool view the rooms that we moved into were unoccupied and were not be u... I live in Dubai with some of the best hotels in the world and to be honest was concerned about going to a hotel in Benidorm with my last visit almost 25 years ago. I know it sounds snobbish but your supposed to be honest on this site. All I can say is. Absolute class the breakfast was more than adequate in fact tremendous and wT above my expectations. The manager at front desk was a legend. We had a problem with the ac and I popped down to speak to him. Almost immediately within 5 mins he arra... Read more

We've stayed at the Perla five times over the last few years and I wouldn't hesitate to book again. It's still spotlessly clean with spacious rooms. Considering its a two star hotel it's certainly very good. However one can't escape the fact that this is a two star hotel. There are no amenities in the room, no fridge, no kettle, not even a remote for the TV, although you can rent a remote from reception for a fee. One bonus for this year, is they have added power sockets next to the beds, which... Read more

Stayed here for a three night break over the bank holiday weekend. We chose it purely for the location & were not disappionted. The room was a little cramped for three women but we coped and it wouldnt put me off. Breakfast was what you would expect, plenty of choice if you didnt want a cooked breakfast. Evening meal had to be taken next door at Hotel Marina which was nothing to rave about, fairly poor choice but ok for 3nights i suppose. The hotel can quite noisy as it was mostly groups but we... Just got back from a hen do in Benidorm. Went for 3 days and the hotel was very cheap. Close to all the action! All staff are excellent, especially the bar staff, they ask you your name and don't forget all holiday!! The hotel is very clean, we had our room cleaned everyday.

We definitely got what we paid for. Very basic, room was small enough but it was spotless clean. Dinner in the marina hotel next door was very good. We stayed in the marina last year and it is a much nicer hotel. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again.

Stayed at the hotel perla for a week on a stag party. After having a bad experience with a hotel in Benidorm last year I was abit sceptical but this place was great. The staff were helpful and friendly the rooms nice and clean I even left my iPad and cash in the room all week and the maids were safe to leave things laying around. The location is perfect for the lively nightlife its right by all the bars but I would say stay away from the red dog across the road from the entrance the workers are ... Read more

Rooms were excellent, more like a 4star uk hotel than a 2 star Benidorm hotel. Great location just up the road from the main strip. Plenty of sun loungers. Rooms were very clean with excellent cleaners. Lovely walk In shower. I'll definately be returning.

Just got back after a few days break... What a brilliant hotel, spotless and lovely staff. Was exactly what we wanted, next door to all the nightlife and few minutes to the beach. Of course there is some noise from the bars and clubs but we knew there would be before booking it and to be honest it wasn't too bad at all. The barman is without doubt the happiest person I've ever met, goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Will definitely book again and cannot praise the staff and location... Read more

I stayed in this hotel for one night in June 2016, as I was on a whistle-stop tour of Benidorm. The hotel was easy to find and was presentable from outside, it was clean and acceptable. We quickly checked in and was allocated room 317. The room was quite small with two beds which we had to push together, it was also a little dated and could have done with a lick of paint, new furniture and the bathroom refurbished. The balcony was spacious and looked over the pool, noise was not a real issue... Read more

Stayed at this hotel for a weekend break. What a great hotel and wish we'd found it years ago. The rooms were spotless, cleaned everyday. The balcony was huge. Staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome, especially the barman (didn't get his name) but he was, I think, the happiest person in the whole of Benidorm! The price of beer was a real surprise too, very cheap for a hotel. Location was perfect and as for noise, didn't hear much at all but wouldn't have bothered us if we had. It... Read more

We had stayed here before and opted to return for the third time last week. The hotel has only a 2 star rating but don't let this put you off. It is a hidden gem. The location is very central, being close to the square and calle Gerona, absolutely surrounded by bars, shops and restaurants. It can be noisy at night but ask for a pool view room, as we did, and you will have undisturbed sleep. The rooms are spotlessly clean with spacious balconies and a flat screen TV and 24 hour reception, so ... Read more

This place is mega from Mercedees on reception to Herman in the bar and Manuel in the kitchen and all the other staff this place is fab. Nothing is to much trouble. It is kept very clean, the food is great and if you get pool side its quiet at night too. Right next door to Silverstone and the Benidorm night clubs its central to everything. First time at la perla but what a fantastic hotel for what we needed. Staff really friendly, rooms spotless every day! Couldn't recommend this hotel enough especially if you want to be within walking distance of the nightlife and the beach. Got back yesterday and already booked for same time next year. Slightly annoying they no longer offer 3 nights so booked for 4 nights instead! So we got over the annoyance quickly ?????╗ If you don't want to hear noise pay a bit extra for pool view and as... We've just returned from our second stay at Perla after trying it for the first time last year. It's a great little hotel, excellent location with helpful, friendly staff. The pool area is great in the daytime with plenty of sunshine and a nice atmosphere. Bar and food prices are good. We've been half board both years and the breakfast at Perla is great along with the evening meal which is served next door at the hotel Marina. Would definitely stay at the Perla again.

The location of Hotel Perla is excellent being walking distance from the beach and benidorm square. The staff are ignorant and not very helpful. Pool is in shade for alot of the day and solarium is a pointless bit of concrete with 4 sun loungers on. The inclusive food at the marina hotel was average.

Clean hotel , and staff very friendly and helpful ,had bed breakfast and evening meal ,breakfast was at the perla which was fine and evening meal was at the Maria next door and that was very nice to . The only thing I can say against the hotel is ask for a pool view room think you may have to pay more as the road side is very noisy as there is a place opposite that doesn't shut till morning .

Good location, right on the main square and only a couple of minutes from the beach. Nice big pool too. Breakfast was also good, lots of choice. However, receptionist on both check in and check out was very rude, like we were an inconvenience to her. We also only got one room key which also operates the electricity in the room so you can't leave anything charging while you go out, and makes it very difficult if you split up too.

I wasn't expecting to be impressed with the Perla but I was. It was clean, the food at breakfast was nice, all the usual, fruit, bread, eggs, bacon etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you ask for a second key they are happy to oblige. Our room was on the 2nd floor right over the top of the showbar next door! Although it was noisy, I'd taken earplugs, the noise really didn't spoil our stay in any way. You have to expect some noise because of the location, but it really wasn't too bad. Th... Read more

We stayed here as a couple nice rooms, nice staff but terrible for any sleep. The noise outside was so bad you'd only start fallen asleep at 6am if you where lucky. Then the bin men start at 7am so if your coming here to relax it's not the right hotel for you. If your coming here for stags or hens it is because no security stops people from screaming and roaring the halls down. Stay away from room 108.... terrible. Not going back

This hotel was in a decent location, full of groups and loud. Very convenient if you are going to Benidorm for late nights. Not recommended for families. Breakfast good, plates very small which means extra trips. Room clean and cool and a decent size balcony. A great base if you're not looking for luxury.

We were very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were all very clean & very well kept. The bathroom was great. Clean towels & maid service every day.
