Stayed here before - most of the staff pleasant and friendly except the bigger English girl at reception - bit rude and full of her own importance. Hotel is clean pool area spotless, rooms were clean though in need of updating. However I did wake up one morning with 2 bites on my arm and a friend next door went to bed for a nap and woke up with 3 bites - I hope there was not something lurking in the beds. There was a smell of Sewarage in the corridors and bathroom. Food was not pleasant at all n... Read more

Very quick check-in considering there was 23 in our group, room was very clean and well equipped, brilliant location and close to all amenities. The food was good and the staff in the restaurant very helpful. The bar staff was ok but could have been a bit more helpful.

We always stay with the Magic Group, Last August we stayed at Villa Benidorm, It’s a good 3* Hotel, Great location for Beach, Shops Bars Restaurants. The rooms are ok just what you need, Comfy beds, Sofa bed, TV, No balcony which is a shame. Although they do have some with Terrace at an additional costs. Powerful Aircon, Good sixed bath and Good shower. Any problems with rooms sorted out straight away. Restaurant good for 3* fresh food being cooked and Pastas, chips Veg salads. Lots of cakes ... All Inclusive ! most of the food all deep fried in fact the Hotel smelled of a deep fat fryer all day. entertainment pathetic the girl who takes it we felt was lazy or maybe she has been living in Spain too long "Mana~na!" We had a game of Archery the paper bull was full of holes and would not stick to the wall dont think she could be bothered fixing it. or getting a new one would have been amazing The drinks were supposed to be named spirits no way we noticed quite a few people complaini... Just got back from villa benidorm got to say I wouldn't return, seen numerous mosquitoes in our room and I'm sure they all feasted on me and the wife ! Definitely needs to be fumigated. Suppose if you pay peanuts you get ..... worth paying extra for The Flash opposite.

Stayed for three nights and was extremely disappointed with the hotel. The rooms are extremely dated and in urgent need of updating. The selection of food did not live up to the standards I have found in other hotels in the same area. The food was not as hot as it could have been and unfortunately we felt it was better to eat out rather than not enjoy our meals. The hotel has a nice pool area but is let down by the fake grassed areas which seem to have little flies nesting in them. As you a... Read more

I thought long and hard about writing this review because the hotel has good points and some very bad points, based on what I require from a holiday. Firstly this holiday was with friends in a resort that I would never have ever considered going to, so you can read into that, that my expectations were not high! The main negative about the hotel is the lack of noise insulation. Our first room faced a bar that played loud music from late morning to about 4.00am. We asked to be moved to a quieter r... This hotel is quite and but very clean and great location. The Staff were lovely and so helpful. The rooms had no balcony and that was the only down side of this hotel. There was entertainment every night if you wanted to watch it and the pool area was lovely and very clean. Only thing was could not access the pool until 10am. The food was okay - not a huge selection but you could alway find something to eat. No queuing for ages for drink as served quickly and we had gold cards which entit... Read more

Arrived late in the evening..Pedro was very friendly and as we arrived late told us we could go for an evening snack, but we gave it a miss. There was 8 of us with four rooms on the 6th floor and as requested all of our rooms were together. The rooms were very clean, complete with TV, fridge and a kettle in one room. You can hire a safe and for a 10 euro deposit you can have the air con remote. We didn't have a balcony but we didn't spend much time in the hotel to need one. We were full board.. ... Read more

After 18 visits to Benidorm we have at last found the perfect hotel for our needs. The staff couldn't be more helpful especially Sam the entertainments manager, she actually changed the night of the Flamenco dancers so our grandaughter could see them. The food was first class, and all I can say to the person who said the pool was in the shade all day is you must have been at a different hotel as we found the pool was half in the sun until about 11am then in the full sun from then. All in all I c... Read more
