Hotel Magic Fenicia is situated in an ideal part of the old town of Benidorm. As a 3 star hotel it does boast a nice room to sleep. The beds were comfortable and bathroom facilitates what you would expect and needed. The socialising areas were okay, some of the furnature did seem as though they had seen much better days. The recreational facilities were below standard however. The pool area needed some serious t.l.c and the pool tables had not been looked after well. Most of the staff were poli... Read more

This hotel is situated up a side street.Entrance nice and very clean receptionist was English speaking and helpful.he said the room we had was very quiet. The room was spacious and clean plenty of balcony and looked over buildings.the beds were clean but uncomfortable. The good was hot and varied but a bit monotonous. Our room turned out very noisy Spanish people talking over oneanother and the tv full blast.awful.Situated close to Poinete beach and harbour and old town. What can I say about the Fenicia. I visited Benidorm May 2016 and booked the Fenicia. The hotel is located centrally in the old town, just a 5 minutes walk from the harbour, the beach, the Tapas area and the some greats Bars and restaurants. It's a 10 minute walk to Levanty Beach where you'll find some lovely intermit bars and restaurants, but a further 10 to 15 minute walk to the more lively bars. If it's the new town, party area, that your after this is not the hotel for you. The hotel's decor... Read more

Hotel was situated ideally for beach and near nightlife in the quieter part of Benidorm but only 7 euro to the main strip if you want to see shows, noisier nightlife. Hotel indoor pool was adequate but needed a bit tlc and not big enough if hotel was full say July/ August . Reception staff were very helpful and cheerful, bar and restaruant staff the same couldn't do enough for us. except 1 very miserable sour faced man in the bar (you,ll know him straight away) I can't understand the complaints ... We recently spent a week all inclusive in the Fenicia and thoroughly enjoyed it. Check in was prompt, fast and a very slick operation. The rooms were clean and tidy as well as being spacious and impeccably clean. Towels were changed as regularly as you needed and the maid service was very good and unobtrusive. The food was excellent with a range of foods to cater for all tastes. Breakfast in particular was a highlight, but lunch and evening meals were also of an extremely high standard. The loc... This holiday which was all inclusive actually cist me twice as much as we had to eat and drink out every day our seaview of which we requested was actually a concrete wall with a for sale sign on it, the entertainment consisted of Spanish bingo followed by ballroom dancing every night and the bar was so dead I thought we had arrived at gods waiting room. We will NOT be returning anytime soon despite the fact that the beach was just across the road

I stayed here in June, with my wife and 7 year old daughter, for one week All Inclusive. Overall we had a brilliant time. This is a Spanish hotel which has a majority of Spanish guests, and we were so glad this is how it was. The staff and other guests were very friendly. We tried speaking a tiny bit of Spanish that we knew and got helped along the way. If you want a pool where you are sat around and the only voices you hear are English, then its best to visit one of the other hotels in the Mag... Read more

Do not stay here if you are English and under 40 yrs of age, or for a family holiday. Online pictures are nothing like the place it's a mess it stinks, snack bar is left over food from the previous meals!!! All entertainment caters for every language but English and all staff apart from maybe one or two are poor speaking English. My card to my room broke leaving me unable to get in I had no bottles milk nappies or even clothes for the baby all are and money were in there. After nearly 4 hours of... Read more

I am not staying here but as we are staying in hotel opposite we would like to report this danger to the hotel. Your balcony has slipped along making a gap in the glass. A child almost lost their life tonight. We are staying at Hotel Voramar , let's hope you get this fixed soon.

This hotel grows on you it's very Spanish but some of the staff are very welcoming it's a very clean hotel but the entertainment is very Spanish the rooms let it down because we were a 4 people room we could not have a balcony as the rooms were classed as too small for 4 people the other chains are very good though

Here with my wife and 2 sons. After reading everything I was not looking forward to coming.... but I'm amazed. Hotel altho old fashioned is clean. Kept clean by a great team of very hard workers. The food is excellent with plenty to go around. Plenty of drinks to have and not short on measures. As for the Spanish. All I have met are mannerly ,Polite and certainly are not rude We haven't tryed the entertainment but as yet don't feel the need to. Another 5 days to go and I'm loving it here. Kee... Read more

It's not near the beach as per the photos. The food was awful. Our air conditions broke down at least 5 times a night every day! We asked for help but all they did was switch the electric supply on and off There is no beach view unless your sleeping on the roof, reception are not friendly and cannot speak English - especially when you have a problem The alcohol is watered down. We sat drinking gin and tonic all night and had to ho out to a bar around the corner for a proper drink . The pool is i... Read more

The hotel is in easy reach of the beach and old town full of its local bars and cafes. Because of its siting it is very popular with Spanish holiday makers and the food caters for them, but has good British type foods. This was also reflected in the entertainment which was local in its nature. This did not detract on the break we had.The quality of food was good and the rooms were clean and quite large, and the staff very friendly.

We were welcomed by a lovely lady on reception, our room was ready when we arrived at 13:00 & we were upgraded to a superior double with sea views, the room on the 5th floor was huge but disappointed there was no balcony, the hotel was full of Spanish who we found very friendly, the bar staff were lovely, the restaurant was busy & very noisy but efficient staff clearing tables quickly, the entertainment was geared up for Spanish taste. We spent most of our time at magic Cristal park which was ju... Read more
