Hotel and staff brilliant. It's a 20min walk to the strip, no tea or coffee in room, bed was a little un-comfy, there's a supermarket below. Hotel bar was reasonably priced, you can order pizza from a outside company. Food was hot but I would recommend it.

Nice clean hotel, staff very friendly. 20 min walk down to the strip or beachfront. Or get a Taxi to and from for approximately ‚?¨6- ‚?¨7. Which is a benefit as your not listening to the thousands that are in the bars and clubs that are around the Hotels on the strip. Also there is a bus station under the hotel that serves various destinations around Spain. Be aware a Taxi from Alicante Airport costs around ‚?¨75- ‚?¨80. ‚?¨9:25 on the bus one way Hotel to Airport journey takes the guts if an... Read more

Fab budget hotel. Clean and Friendly. Great Value. Lovely rooms Walkable to the beach and shops. Hilly walk back up to the hotel. Great for bus connections and ten minute walk to TRAM stop. Need to be mobile or take a bus or taxi into Benidorm. Slightly far out if you like yo be in the middle of Benidorm.

First impressions of this hotel is one of 'Ground control to Major Tom' as it appears as an austere grey mass above the bus station but the visitor has it wrong. The rooms are of a good size and clean and tidy with a TV selection which includes ITV and Corrie what more does any one need. A swimming pool and sun loungers are available on the first floor. The 'English' quarter of Benidorm is only 15 minutes stroll away, the town center is further near 20-25 minutes. The room was Air Condition... Read more

This hotel was very basic and is situated right beside a bus station & fire station. Staff were friendly & helpful. Pool area was okay but nothing great either & pool was dirty quite often. Rooms had no balcony. It cost on average ‚?¨7 in a taxi to get into the town centre. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean & fresh towels were brought in daily. The bar in the reception area (the only bar in the hotel) was tiny and didn't have a great selection of stuff. Overall I wouldn't return to here.

Stayed here for one night. It was cheap so didn't expect much. Didn't realise it was on top of a bus station and a deserted shopping mall. It takes about 15 mins to walk to the beach. It was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly enough and polite. The room was very basic a bed, to and a empty fridge. To tea, coffee or water. There was no aircon in the room so we had the window open. Our room was over the petrol pump for the buses so all you could hear at night was buses pulling up and the clu... Read more

Although the rooms are modern and very clean the receptionist was really rude to me and my Wife. On three occasions our room key wasn't working in one night and she was really rude about it on the 3rd try. She also accused us of slamming doors when in actual fact it was a group of young lads. She even called the Police but when they heard my side of the story the understood my frustration with the receptionist and told the group of lads to keep it down. The hotel is literally part of the bus station, it is in line with a travelodge. It had a pool. There were two main points with the hotel firstly the service was great - staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and the rooms were far from expensive. The downside for us was that the hotel was away from the beach and nightlife and although it could be walked most of the time it meant a cab ride. The other negative was the smell around the restaurant was not pleasant - it could have... Read more

Stayed for one night at the hotel. It is situated on the outskirts right by the main bus station. The room was tidy and clean. The staff was friendly as you would expect. Breakfast buffet was good - lots of choice. I wouldn't stay for a week due to its location but can't really say anything negative about the hotel itself.

I booked myself a trip away to rest and relax for a few days. And this hotel provided just what I needed. It is not a typical tourist hotel, but it is right on the edge of town, with a regular bus service to the beach and centre. Food was good, rooms were spotless, and the staff were friendly. I would definitely return. I'm sure some people wouldn't like it, but you can't please everybody!

This hotel is modern and built on top of the bus station, so very convenient if you are taking the bus from Alicante airport. I stayed here because it was cheap. The rooms are good, but no balcony or tea making facilities. Free WiFi with good coverage. We booked the hotel as it was cheap and a real bargain for the money. It was too far out of Benidorm to walk and the busses did not run regularly enough or we couldn't be bothered to wait, so often used taxis costing 7 euro each time.
