We are just back from a weeks stay here. After reading the mixed reviews on trip advisor I was a bit apprehensive. We all had a FAB time! We are a family 5, we arrived at the hotel at about 2.15 am. The queue for reception was long but went quickly. We were greeted with sandwiches and drinks (champagne/orange juice) which I thought was lovely. Our room was good, nothing amazing but nothing bad either. A couple of fixtures needed adjusting (towel rail loose, wardrobe doors) but these were seen to... Read more

Spent a week here in the new year of 15/16. There was a variety of age of us from 20, 16 to 8. The entertainment was good on the run up to new year in the flamingo oasis bar downstairs. The hotel itself had so much to offer, arcade, pool, gym and the wifi was fairly cheap. The all inclusive drinks were great as well, they weren't stingy with the amounts of alcohol they gave and the staff working the hotel were friendly. The all inclusive food could of perhaps offered a bit more variety in the e... Read more

We traveled as a family of 4 with 2 kids aged 9 and 12 and have just got home from a fantastic week at this brilliant family friendly hotel and we want to go again! Right from the check in to check out the staff were friendly and the entertainment team were amazing! They never seem to stop - from running activities in the morning right through to the night time shows they were always there! The lifts were a bit hit and miss - one morning we were waiting well over 10 minutes for a lift to come,... Read more

I have lost count on how many times we have visited Flamingo oasis. Our latest trip was 14th-21st May. As usual we booked 2 club rooms for our family of 4. Two of our party drawed the short straw and got room 2317, which is classed as a double but is alot smaller and I would say is for a single person so not a good start. We always book the club rooms as we like the little extras. This trip we noticed that the rain shower had gone in our bathroom, and also the free wifi was now free to all gues... Read more

We stayed a week here just before the start of the half term holiday. I don't know what classes this as a 4 star but we did not think it was anywhere near a 4 star standard? No fridge in room? No tea/ coffee making facilities? Having to pay deposit for a tv remote? That's a new one on us! The hotel itself was however really clean & the maids/ cleaners work tirelessly to keep the place well maintained. There was never any room around the pool as most people seem to feel the need to hog 12 sunbeds... Read more

We returned yesterday from Benidorm and stayed at this hotel for the second time and once again the hotel was spotless with the cleaning staff working day and night. The food is also delicious with lots of choice for adults and children. The staff are very helpful and nothing is a problem for them. It was exceptionally hot while we were there and we wanted to put t shirts on our children to cover their shoulders while they were in the pool but were told only white t shirts were allowed so if you... Our family (2 adults, 12yr and 20month old children) went last week of July. I have to say that after reading trip advisor we were a little worried about check in... No need at all! We sped through with no issue! Ok, the photo cards can be a little annoying, but once your used to them they aren't that bad. The pool can be mad busy first thing in the morning, with folk cueing to fight for a sun bed spot! However this didn't bother us as we went a walk every morning (10 mins to beach front) then... The only things which would put me off coming again is the smell of bins round pool. It stinks of vomit. The evening entertainment has been ruined by smell and we have gone inside. Also don't like the reserving of beds. I'm on holiday so I'm not getting early up to reserve a bed I don't need till after 11am. 2 days out of holiday we have given up and walked down to b... What can I say a good hotel but the pool that's a different story it's like being back at school you have to wait until the guard blows his whistle God help anybody who gets off to a false start . Another thing I found there is very little shade provided with the amount of children there you would think that umbrellas would be more available . This was the only thing that put me off this hotel .

The pool area is lovely and there is always plenty of activities going on to keep you from getting bored. Now the bad points. The staff are the most miserable I've ever come across with the exception of one or two, the food although having a large selection isn't fitting to feed your dog. What can I say the hotel was one of the cleanest I've stayed in ,lovely friendly staff and the food lovely lots to choose from . The hotel is based just enough out of the main Benidorm centre, The only down fall was the race for sun beds every morning it was like watching the Olympics people stretching and limbering up ready for the race very funny to watch it didn't put my family off from going there again .

I stayed at this hotel for a week in October with my boyfriend, we had mixed feelings on our stay so I'm gonna do this review in bullet points starting with the bad things first: - Food is awful, lunch and dinner was very boring like old fashioned school dinners. - Lifts are slow and tend to go to what ever floor they want regardless of what button has been pressed. - The atmosphere in the bar on the main floor is very dull, feels like a doctors waiting room. - No drinks menu to see what is ava... We stayed here for a second time in early october. We were greeted with sandwiches and wine on arrival as we arrived after midnight .which was a nice touch, check in swift and room was lovely . I believe a fridge and tea making facilities should be standard in 4 star hotels so not so good on that count. The food was ok without being great , snacks very poor indeed tho. For the tv you get the money back on the last day, when you don't need the euros because you're flying home!! A bit pointless. Food really nice, lots of choice. Pack ups for excursions not so nice!!! Stayed here in October 2015 First time in Benidorm and no regrets for choosing to stay in this hotel. Room was perfect for us with good views from the balcony and clean facilities. Reception was welcoming and the service couldn't have been better. Tour operators were also helpful and made our stay stress free. Entertainment was 'cheap and cheerful' and great to pass the time in the evenings. Food was good everyday we stayed. Warning - the outside pool is very very cold all day everyday.

Loved this hotel, we upgraded when we booked worth the extra 100 pound, spotlessly clean. The club means you have access to the roof top terrace no children allowed, a bar also, resembles an airport lounge but unlimited branded drinks plus tea and coffee.
