We are just back from a weeks stay here. After reading the mixed reviews on trip advisor I was a bit apprehensive. We all had a FAB time! We are a family 5, we arrived at the hotel at about 2.15 am. The queue for reception was long but went quickly. We were greeted with sandwiches and drinks (champagne/orange juice) which I thought was lovely. Our room was good, nothing amazing but nothing bad either. A couple of fixtures needed adjusting (towel rail loose, wardrobe doors) but these were seen to... Read more

Spent a week here in the new year of 15/16. There was a variety of age of us from 20, 16 to 8. The entertainment was good on the run up to new year in the flamingo oasis bar downstairs. The hotel itself had so much to offer, arcade, pool, gym and the wifi was fairly cheap. The all inclusive drinks were great as well, they weren't stingy with the amounts of alcohol they gave and the staff working the hotel were friendly. The all inclusive food could of perhaps offered a bit more variety in the e... Read more

We traveled as a family of 4 with 2 kids aged 9 and 12 and have just got home from a fantastic week at this brilliant family friendly hotel and we want to go again! Right from the check in to check out the staff were friendly and the entertainment team were amazing! They never seem to stop - from running activities in the morning right through to the night time shows they were always there! The lifts were a bit hit and miss - one morning we were waiting well over 10 minutes for a lift to come,... Read more

I have lost count on how many times we have visited Flamingo oasis. Our latest trip was 14th-21st May. As usual we booked 2 club rooms for our family of 4. Two of our party drawed the short straw and got room 2317, which is classed as a double but is alot smaller and I would say is for a single person so not a good start. We always book the club rooms as we like the little extras. This trip we noticed that the rain shower had gone in our bathroom, and also the free wifi was now free to all gues... Read more

We stayed a week here just before the start of the half term holiday. I don't know what classes this as a 4 star but we did not think it was anywhere near a 4 star standard? No fridge in room? No tea/ coffee making facilities? Having to pay deposit for a tv remote? That's a new one on us! The hotel itself was however really clean & the maids/ cleaners work tirelessly to keep the place well maintained. There was never any room around the pool as most people seem to feel the need to hog 12 sunbeds... Read more

The food is also delicious with lots of choice for adults and children. The staff are very helpful and nothing is a problem for them. It was exceptionally hot while we were there and we wanted to put t shirts on our children to cover their shoulders while they were in the pool but were told only white t shirts were allowed so if you... We arrived yesterday but was a little concerned regarding the recent poor reviews. I'm a working man with a family and have been to a few all inclusive in Tenerife Ibiza etc and this is equally as good and at times much better. Check in not too bad 15 to 20 mins very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spotless and good standard. Nice large bathroom. No fridge but we purchased a fridge for 1 week or all your stay, 49 Euro with fridge pack 16 approx items mixed alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Po... Read more

Our family (2 adults, 12yr and 20month old children) went last week of July. I have to say that after reading trip advisor we were a little worried about check in... No need at all! We sped through with no issue! Ok, the photo cards can be a little annoying, but once your used to them they aren't that bad. The pool can be mad busy first thing in the morning, with folk cueing to fight for a sun bed spot! However this didn't bother us as we went a walk every morning (10 mins to beach front) then... This is our second visit to hotel and think the staff are amazing. They are anyways smiling and the enterment staff are fsntastic. The only things which would put me off coming again is the smell of bins round pool. It stinks of vomit. The evening entertainment has been ruined by smell and we have gone inside. Also don't like the reserving of beds. I'm on holiday so I'm not getting early up to reserve a bed I don't need till after 11am. 2 days out of holiday we have given up and walked down to b... What can I say a good hotel but the pool that's a different story it's like being back at school you have to wait until the guard blows his whistle God help anybody who gets off to a false start . Another thing I found there is very little shade provided with the amount of children there you would think that umbrellas would be more available . This was the only thing that put me off this hotel .

Stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. Our flight was early and when we arrived at the hotel our room was not ready but we were given our all inclusive cards so that we could have lunch and a drink whilst we waited. When we got to the room we were amazed at the size of it! A really spacious room and balcony all very clean and well kept. The beds are quite hard and by the end of the week my mum was crying out for her own bed although I found mine very comfortable. The only thing that cou... Read more

This hotel has many good and bad points. First the good, it is very modern, clean, spacious with great facilities. The pool area is lovely and there is always plenty of activities going on to keep you from getting bored. Now the bad points. The staff are the most miserable I've ever come across with the exception of one or two, the food although having a large selection isn't fitting to feed your dog. Getting a sun bed in the morning requires you to be prepared to fight the other guests as it is... Read more

There are many positives and negatives about this hotel The room was okay and the location of the hotel was great as it was not completely in the centre of the craziness, but was just a short walk away from the beach and bars. The location is great as there are many restaurants facing the hotel, which we visited a lot as the food was not great. Unless you had money to be eating out every night i would not recommend this hotel. The food was okay for breakfast but other than that there was not much ... Read more

Returned home Sat after 2 weeks Club. Club class is floors 21, 22, 23 and 24 for adults only. Club entitles you access to adults only roof top pool with bar which is beautiful as well as room on floor 24 with free bar. Both bars have branded spirits but partner says beer not too good. You also have own dining area. Found food ok but chose to have a couple of breakfasts elsewhere, Entertainment ok but loved rock and roller bar opposite. Over all we all had a brilliant holiday but the hotel seriously let the whole experience down. We chose this hotel as we had a child travelling with us so it's not a place I would normally choose to go. On arrival the hotel seemed very pleasant, we had a late arrival and they supplied a snack and drink on arrival which was needed. Room was very clean and ideal for our sleeping arrangements however the keys failed to work on several occasions which lead to us going up and down to reception gett... Read more

Went to this hotel about 10 years ago with friend's and had no problem in taking our grandaughter's there as very little has changed in that time.Standards are still very high, the staff work hard to maintain this hotel with a friendly atmosphere and the entertainment team are brilliant. There's good pool area's for the kids, games room, play area,a snack bar with drinks, kids club and the evening entertainment is well varied. The sandy beach is about a 15 minute walk away (getting across the busy roa... Food great plenty of choice we were there for the Hotel's anniversary party a great day and night with bouncy castles ending with my Grandaughters first foam party. Short walk to the beach which is golden sand although sea very rocky. Special mention to the Hotel animation team who put on some great shows for kids and adults and do a fantastic job day and night. We have now been staying at this hotel for over 13 years and I have to say that this year I was very disappointed with the place. Kids running riot everywhere. A specially in dinning room people taking advantage of the club class free water bottles. I felt for the staff because not only did they have to check cards when people entered to dinning room, they were clearing tables and can't be in 5 places at once. I will also never understand why people try to push the boundaries all the time. Taki... Read more

Firstly I would say this hotel is not 4* more like a 3*. The hotel is very strict with rules and security take this a bit far! My sister came to surprise us as they were staying in another med playa hotel and would not let them in unless they paid 55 euros each! The cards for AI are a pain as constantly asked to see these and only limited to 2 drinks per adult and 1 for children- 3 trips to the bar for family of 5! Security constantly ask to see your card too throughout the day. The cards are al... Read more

Just returned from 2 weeks here. This is my honest review: A lovely place with huge foyer, nice rooms, staff work hard, everywhere very clean and has all the usual all-inclusive options. Bonuses were being able to receive a full bottle of prosecco or other wine to take to your room or table, as well as pints of strongbow and San Miguel on tap. The night time entertainment was very good with one outside act as well as an animation team show every night. The animation team put on great shows: the... Read more
