Just returned from a weekend break .This is an ideal place right in the heart of all the bars with only a short walk to a fantastic beach .We stayed full board which was great as the choice and quality of the food was excellent. Clean and tidy no complaints highly recommended. The town is a bit mad but Benidorm does exactly what it says on the tin and I loved it .

We have just returned from the ambassador playa 2 well what can I say about this hotel we had a great time all the staff were pleasant and can't do enough for you . we had a room on the tenth floor at the back which was much quieter and in the afternoon we got all the sun. The meals were good plenty of choice. You only get tea or coffee in the morning with your breakfast and not with any other meal. The lifts are bit slow, clean towels everyday by the maids, overall we had a lovely time for a s... Read more

I stayed at the Ambassador Player 2 along with 9 friends for our recycled teenagers get away trip. We were 3 to a room which was verttually like living on a raft because all the beds were pushed together to fit them in the room. We made the best of it but beware when you are booking for 3 people in one room it can get very crowded very quickly. The room was cleaned very day, don't ask me how?? ?? So no complaints about our housekeeping services. We were full board and the food was really nice,... Read more

Good location - close to beach and shops Good hotel - very clean , good amenities Good food - varied menu, always hot, good quality Good staff - most of the staff in the hotel were very helpful. Only some were rude ( didn't acknowledge is if we said hello or thank you, would take plates and glasses when we hadn't finished ). Only complaint I have is the level of noise experienced from inside and outside the hotel. The room was so noisy at night you might as well have had the balcony door open... Read more

This was our 3rd trip to the hotel and it didn't disappoint again, we stayed in playa 2 and the rooms are yet to be updated like playa 1 but they are comfortable and spacious, we had a family room on the 3rd floor and my little girl had a room all to herself which was nice and we looked straight out to the entertainment near the pools, I know other reviews have said the music is very loud and yes it is if you have your door open but once it is closed the noise isn't bad at all. The Ambassador is a very good hotel as in,,,Clean, great room service, clean towels etc every day. really nice staff. I wanted a central hotel and got it but for us too central. Benidorm is at times frantic with Hen party's , stag party's, birthday party's and any other excuse for a doo. The hotel is in a street that never sleeps and our room in Ambassador 1 , room 603 was facing the all night cafe/pub. The pool area. 8.30am doors open, like ants running to get a good bed in the spot the... Read more

What a amazing hotel. Absolutely fab for location right on the main strip for all the nightlife. 5 minute walk to levante beach and around 10-15 minute to get to old town. The hotel is lovely staff very friendly especially the staff in restaurant always cheerful and making you laugh. Only one thing i would say is that food is a bit repetitive but that is it. Looking forward to going back in October

After looking at the options we decided to choose this hotel for our 3rd stay in Benidorm. We wanted half board but this hotel was cheaper at full board than the nearby Rio Park we stayed at last year. The positives are many: ? Free and decent speed wifi in Playa 2 (not sure about playa 1). ? Excellent location right in the middle of all the new town action. ? Spotlessly clean. ? Plenty of uk TV channels on tele to keep you in touch with home. ? Good food, yes some hotels offer a bigg... Read more

Just come back today from a 7 night stay at ambassador 2. On arrival we was put in a room with no balcony but when mentioned to the rep it was changed the next day and we were refunded for the night. Food was good. Pools were clean and bar reasonably priced. The Benidorm strip is on your doorstep and beach is 5 min walk. I will return to this hotel in future.

Waited 4 days to get a sunbed then went to get some shopping was gone less than an hour came back all stuff moved not really nice when your gone for less than an hour. Especially when you comes back and whoever has your bed isn't there either !!!!! Sort it out by giving tickets to residents half the people in here don't even stay here what a joke!!!!!!

What a fantastic hotel. We stayed in Ambassador 2 with a pool view. The room was excellent - we were lucky enough to get the two bedroomed room at the end 1507. The room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. The restaurant was amazing, there was so much to choose from, and the salad was always tempting. The sweet section was always inviting, so much to choose from too. I have stayed at many hotels in Benidorm but the food here beats all of them hands down. The waiters were always friend... Read more

Had a lovely holiday within a great hotel. Sadly this was spoilt on my very last day due to the arrogance of the restaurant manager. I sat down to my last meal at the hotel and was eating away when the manager approached our table then walked by. We were slightly shocked by this and people were staring. The anger stirred inside. Wh... Read more

We had a last minute week at the Ambassador Playa II from 5-12 July. We had not been to Benidorm for over 20 years, so thought we would go back and see how it had changed or if it hadn't. The check in was OK, but you could not pay for your safe or TV remote or rent a fridge on check in, you were told to come back later. Maybe an extra member of staff or 2 would rectify this. I went down after we had settled into the room, got the remote and safe key, but was told to come back in the morning to... Read more
