The actual apartments are adequate but not sure why a family of 3 gets a piddly room when a couple get a huge one maids are fantastic and reception is great shops nearly are cheap but beware the nightlife there are some real scumbags about late at night

My Patten, to small children and myself stayed in these apartments for 10 days. We stayed in a two bed on the first floor. If your Windows are open it can be quite noisy. However, the aircon works very well when Windows are closed, so not really an issue. Clean when we arrived, staff seemed helpful, although never really spoke to them much. The pool is very small and not very child friendly. The lift up to the pool wasn't big enough to fit my buggy which was inconvenient. I would say if you want... Read more

Great clean rooms, right in the heart of old town and minutes from the beach and bars. Perfect location for lively holiday. You can hear all the buzzing around town from your balcony so if you want peace and quiet it's not for you. 10 minute walk to the popular night life in the square but lots to see and do on route. Be prepared to pay 100? deposit for each room, we weren't aware of this so was a shock!! Water tank holds enough for one shower then takes about 30 mins to heat up for the next. ... Read more

These apartments are very very basic. There is an overwhelming smell of blocked drains/stagnant water. Apartments at the rear have a view of brick walls, whilst at the front they overlook a busy street which is very noisy even during the night as they clean the streets/empty bins. They are centrally located but that's the only good thing I would say about them. I can't believe some of the comments where people are saying how great they are - they really are truly awful. They are very cheap, and... Read more

Stayed for a week with a friend. We were taken aback when the guy on reception asked for £100 deposit!Ok for us, but what if it was a youngster with limited funds?Jet 2 should have mentioned this in the brochure. The apartment on 5th floor was ok, adequate, kept nice and clean and the sofa bed very comfy. Very noisy air com and no parasols around the pool in the sister hotel. The location is on the edge of the old town, handy for the bars and shops. We enjoyed our stay, tho it wasnt luxurious, ... Read more

Have stayed here the last four years. Central to shops, bus terminus, very near to beach and ideal for those wanting to relax and experience the 'Old Spanish' side of Benidorm. Initially chose these apartments for my parents to be in walking distance to the beach. When we arrived we were pleasantly pleased with the surroundings (shops galore, restaurants, supermarket, walking distance to both beaches, tapas bars etc). 4* Hotel is directly opposite and we use the pool, bar, sauna, Jacuzzi, snack ... stayed a week in may 2016 with a friend and was quite taken aback as we were asked for £100 deposit we were told when booking we would need a card to pay it with bit on arrival was asked for cash, The apartments are very basic we were put in a double bedroom for the first 3 nights (we had booked a single room) as there was something wrong with the single one,so the outlook for the first 3 days from the balcony was a mucky white wall to the right and the windows from the opposite building that ... Very good location near the old town and 2 mins from the beach, even the far part of the new beach is only 15-20 mins away. Even though only cleaned once a week with a extra towel change the rooms are very clean. as is the rest of the apartments. Can be some noise from the street and the inside is marble floor so echo's quite a bit. so room above 3rd floor maybe advisory.

After reading reviews I was a little sceptical about these apartments but in all honesty I was pleasantly surprised. Reception weren't too friendly but they were not rude either so fair enough. There were 5 of us in a 2 bed apartment, this is why my review is 3 star. Although the apartment is adequate - bathroom, kitchen facilities, 2 bedrooms with single beds and a double sofa bed and balcony it is very small - too small for 5 people as we had no room to move. The place is to noisy. Full of Spanish students when we went who played music till the early hours and would shout across to each other via the balcony. Staff knew what was going on and did come out when asked but could tell they would sooner not bother. Seems to be run mainly for youngsters to play music and shout all night long and other guests seem more of a pain for complaining I wouldn't recommend the place at all

good job we only stayed here for 2 nights as wouldnt last any longer with the sleep deprivation. the apartment walls seem to be made of cardboard and you can hear everything in neighbouring rooms. also the rooms are around an atrium so not only do your hear people on your floor but you hear people on all 5 floors. please avoid at all cost if you want a nice relaxing holiday. the only good thing about the apartments is the cleaners who work exceptionally hard and the place is spotless.

However my main concern is the smell or I should say stench in the corridor outside. It appears to have got worse since the heavy rain today. There is just no escape from this obnoxious stink. We step out of the lift and hold our breath until we are in the apartment and this is potentially dangerous to any guest with a respiratory condition. I just wonder how often represen... Read more
