Just got back yesterday from another truly unforgettable holiday, not least because my mum broke arm half way through the trip. The hotel has been extensively refurbished. Highlights are: new children's pool play park, slides, water guns, extremely shallow water (safe) and most importantly it is patrolled by a lifeguard the whole time. The rooms have also been refurbished although not all aspects (bathroom and wardrobes are the same). The bar area appears to have more seating, mum and I could ... Read more

We are recently back from 11 days at the Hotel Princessa. This is a very centrally situated hotel close to the beach and the old town. The rooms are a good size with air conditioning and tea/coffee making facilities. The customer service was excellent as we had some problems with wifi but the boys on the desk soon had us up and running. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The food was of a good standard with plenty of variety and bottles of wine were not too expensive.

Wow what an amazing hotel. We arrived at o2.30 hrs. Check in was very efficient and we were told that a cold buffet was available if we wanted. Our room 1409 overlooked the pool and was very spacious and clean. The only negative was a lack of drawer space and a longer wardrobe would have been useful. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day and bed linen changed frequently with towels changed as often as you wanted. The restaurant was never over busy. Loved everything about this hotel. Great location, rooms spotless, staff so friendly. Good food. Very central to everything. Great hotel for kids. My 22 month old had a ball. Entertainment was good but could of had more on for the kids at night but I guess that's cause of the time of year. Will definitely be going back again.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before but decided to take a break from this place after they stuck my friend and i in a pokey room which had a lovely view of the new lift shaft.Since our break from this place the hotel has had a face-lift which has made the place brighter and clean but could of done with more colour ie the front of the hotel. We stayed in 1405 which is very high you need to have a good head for heights, nice view though but you have a long wait for a lift to arrive. The WAR... Spent a week at this hotel returning home 8/10/16. The hotel was first class with larger than normal bedrooms, flat screen TVs, good choice of food and spotlessly clean. The location was ideal for both old and new towns as it was in the middle of both. Only downside was the bus dropped us off at the Poseidon Complex and there was a slight incline to the hotel which could have caused problems for anyone with walking or breathing difficulties. Last year we stayed in the sister hotel, the R... Read more

i know people have they own opinions, but what exactly do people want from a hotel. I have stayed in benidorm eight times in various hotels, new and old town and I have to say this is the best hotel i have stayed in. We stayed here for 14 nights and was fantastic. location, staff the food, was sublime. If you have to complain about the food at this hotel, Im not sure what your want. i have stayed in 5 star hotels in dubai and the food in this hotel blows that out the water, it was amazing. Alw... we stayed at this hotel in September. Arrived at the hotel very late so missed our evening meal, was offered a cold supper in the dinner room. Was ok but l would suggest a pack of stale sandwiches after a long journey wasn't that good. Our room was clean and spacious. Entertainment was very good. Only other gripe on our day of departure the breakfast room was not open at the time we left. So we missed out.

Myself and my Partner have just returned from 2 weeks at this fantastic hotel, after a bit of a mix up over the room we were given it was quickly rectified by Fran on the reception who was extremely helpful thank-you Fran, our room was a family room with a super view and lots of storage and super clean. Now to the bar staff who in my opinion are the best ever, a special mention to Jorge lovely man but each and everyone are so nice. The food was simply the best such variety and the girls who welc... Each and every member of staff goes the extra mile to ensure that all guests are made welcome and valued. Special mention this time for the cleaning staff who work so hard to keep the hotel in such pristine condition, they start at 7 am at the pool and public areas, whilst I enjoyed a cuppa on the balcony, and then have to tackle the bedrooms with such diligence. Many thanks to them. This pride in "their" hotel shows everywhere, From the always smiling lady greeter in the dining room, the bar ... Read more

Recently returned from RH Princesa, we were on a 10 nights all inclusive holiday. We were in a group of family and friends and our ages ranged from 10 to 62. The hotel is very clean, rooms adequate, beds comfortable, nice sized balcony. The pool area was shaded at certain times during the day, but to be honest when it was hot it was a welcomed. Having only been to Benidorm once previously - on a stag weekend; it was with mild trepidation I set off on an all inclusive family holiday to the same town. However, I've had a fantastic holiday at a hotel which has suited us down to the ground. I won't paint a false picture of utopia though, so I will cover the (minor) negatives first: the airport and transfer to the hotel was smooth as silk, but our drop off point was about 300 yards from the hotel on a busy road as the coach cannot negotiate... Food amazing, rooms lovely and cleaned daily the only minor point was the entertainment was mainly focused at the older generation, with only a small amount of time for the kiddy disco but it wasn't a major issue.
