Not been to Benidorm for approx 15 years as last hotel was terrible ! The family asked us to go for new year so we thought give it a go ! So glad we did ! This hotel was lovely , clean , friendly , perfect ! The room spotless clean and kept that way , food and drinks very good as well as service . We sent a request for rooms and was really pleased that reception had arranged this , a mixed age group party we were all satisfied wth our stay . As for the New Year's Eve gala dinner it was fantastic... Read more

Here is some I hope useful information. There are six lifts with capacity of five, eight and ten persons the latter size being the one best for wheel chair users, serving the lower ground dinning room to the top sixteenth floor. The rooms have modern flat tv's with itv 1 and 2, bbc1 and 2nd + sky news with good picture quality. The free wifi is very quick and available in the rooms. A hairdryer is provided as is a fridge and a kettle can be requested. The organised day time entertainment start... Read more

Stayed for 12 nights on an all inclusive basis, first since the hotel has been refurbished. Had a problem with patio door not locking and moved from first to fourth floor very quickly. Hotel very clean and all staff were great, Jesus on reception was particularly helpful. Rooms were above average with English tv no ch4 or5, plenty of toiletries and regular towel changes. Food was good and dining room staff very efficient and friendly. Large lounge with cabaret every night mostly singers, plenty... Read more

Came here for my second stay at this hotel and it looks like it has had a bit of a refurbishment since I was last here. I don't think you could find many faults with this hotel, everywhere was kept spotless and the staff are all so friendly and polite. There is plenty of choice at meal times but like most Spanish hotels some of the food could have been a little warmer but there was a microwave for you to use.The bar staff deserve a special mention as they are great characters always having a laug... We stayed at the princesa for 2 nights. We enjoyed our stay very much. We were full board, had breakfast and dinner both were very good. You had to buy your drinks in the dining room, (some 4*hotels in benidorm have help yourself drinks in the dining room) drink prices not bad for a hotel. Beds were comfortable, we had a superior room with 2 large beds. Bathroom was very good, it had good lighting and a shaving/makeup mirror. Would definitely stay again if price was right.

Just returned from a 10 day vacation, all aspects apart from one was second to none, food,Location. Facilities. Clean and comfortable room. The problem I had was after booking direct with the hotel and paying in advance which entitled me to 10%off bar prices and wine and water with my evening meal.. On arrival the reception desk informed me that was not on my booking, I asked the individual to ask the manager to check, which he did and confirmed not entitled. We at a later stage via our I pad th... Read more

We normally stay at Sister Hotel, The Victoria, but decided to stay at The Princessa as The Victoria was full. Did not regret this decision. Lovely hotel with wonderful staff. Miguel on reception was very helpful.Exceptionally clean throughout. Food was delicious. Was always hot and lots of variety. Ribs and Turkey were especially good. We did not go to any of the entertainment so cannot comment on it. It has been mentioned that you are not dropped off outside the hotel. Unless you have mobility... Read more

We attended the fiesta we had a lovely week. Booked the princesa as we have stayed there a few times.very friendly reception nothing was too much trouble for them. All staff friendly and very helpful. Rooms were good and clean had plenty of room . My only criticism was there was only one small draw could have done with more. The food was good plenty of choice. location is perfect for the new town and the old town. I would highly recommend this hotel had a lovely stay.
