My wife and I spent a week here as part of our honeymoon and the hotel made it extra special for us. They gave us a free bottle of champagne and a bunch of flowers on arrival. The hotel is beautiful and located about 2 minutes walk from the beach. Barcelona zoo is also only about 10 minutes walk from here. The room was very well decorated and the views from the balcony were great. There was a nice restaurant on site and a great deal of choice for breakfast. The staff were very helpful, they gave... The welcome was lovely, a nice modern room however rooms on the main road can be noisy so book to face the pool area. The breakfast was plenty with very attentive staff. It's just a little bit too far away from the city centre, but if that's not a problem for you like the exercise if not its 10 Euros. Book the main attracts in advance as they become very busy. My mother tripped in the shower the hotel we‚??re attentive and helped to make her visit more comfortable providing a wheel chair etc.

When I work in Barcelona I always stay at the Pullman Barcelona Skipper - partly because it's handy for the office but also because the service is brilliant, the rooms are well designed and the food is great. Check in and check out is seamless; the staff are beyond courteous and have always shown thought and care when I have had particular requests (such as checking in early, wanting a room on the side away from the road or needing directions). It's clean, smart and modern. Room service is fa... Read more

Stayed in the Pullman Barcelona Skipper for 3 nights in May. I went away with my colleagues for a 25th anniversary celebration where we all shared twin rooms. The rooms were well equipped with everything you could need for a long weekend and the beds were very comfortable. I also could not fault the breakfast and the lunch we had whilst staying at the Pullman. The staff were also very helpful and professional. A lovely hotel that is situated near to the beach. Would recommend and return :)

The location, room and views from this hotel are amazing. The service is consistently outstanding. During two separate stays, I found that the staff always responded promptly and with friendly service. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with fresh food and exceptionally well selected items. It is a great business and pleasure hotel.

Considering we don't get away very often without the children as we have young kids we need to ensure when we do go that it is a memorable trip. Well the weekend we spent in Barcelona last month was just that. The hotel was wonderful for many reasons, firstly its location, a stones throw from the beach. It is a modern and incredibly clean hotel with all the facilities you would expect from a well known brand like Accor. The staff couldn't be more friendlier and there personal touch in getting ... I have been with Pullman hotels all around the globe. I have to say Pullman in Barcelona is good but not great. From room point of view, the design is great but not at the level that I have experienced in Australia. From service point, it was ok sometimes a bit rude specifically in the breakfast. I gotta say the breakfast buffet was good though. One last complain is the super slow internet connection and no movie rental service in the room.

Stayed one night at the Pullman Barcelona on my way to Milan. Had to work in my room most of the day - and for that the room was perfect. Large room with a large desk and ergonomic and comfortable chair by the sliding door. The superior rooms have large balconies with two chairs and a coffee table. Because the balcony aligns with the building you'll be in the shade a lot of the time. I requested a room on a top floor (through Hotels.com) and got one on the top floor. Nice view over the harbor. ... Read more

We spent 4 nights at this hotel in June 2016. Our room faced the road side, not the beach side. Room was large, well equipped and comfortable BUT, there was no way to get a peaceful nights sleep in that room (535). The noise never stops, and the sound proofing is so poor that you can hear people speaking and laughing on the street below. Meals and drinks are expensive at the hotel, and much better value outside (as is the case with most Hotels). Hotel staff were very helpful and polite. The loc... Read more

We were supposed to arrive in Barcelona on a cruise ship but cancelled the cruise and decided to choose a more lavish hotel for our 3 night stay in Barcelona . As soon as we walked in we were made to feel welcome. Check in was friendly and efficient. There was a problem with the key card machine which caused a delay but instead of just making us wait we were given complimentary drinks at the bar and the cards brought to us shortly after. A sign that they understand all about customer service. ... Read more

I had a great stay at The Pullman Skipper, which is located a stone's throw from the beach and plenty of restaurants. I was there for a large work meeting, and the conferencing facilities are excellent. Food was great (breakfast and lunch both excellent, as was catering throughout the meeting). My room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean with a separate bath and shower. Would recommend.

We stayed at the Pullman Barcelona Skipper for a week with the kid in a Suite Classique Junior. As we are used to spend our holidays in Sofitel hotels (but there was no Sofitel in Barcelona), and as this Pullman is a 5 stars hotel, we were more or less expecting the same level of service. However, the hotel did not really met our expectations. Sometimes theses things happen. we had room service breafast which was very good value nand plenty of it. Highly reccomend. I serve was enough for two, and the next day when our tray came there were automatically extra utensils and coffee and juice at the single price. This was offered without being given any tips. this was a free gesture. The staff were all hepful and friendly.

Fantastic location, right next to the beach, excellent pools/sunbathing areas considering it is a city hotel. The bar staff and reception were attentive and helpful. This hotel offers all of the expected facilities of a top-notch business hotel but does so in a particularly attractive part of Barcelona, near the beach and, importantly for me, close to my client's offices. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The rooftop swimming-pool and bar is a real boon. The food up there is perfectly adequate and the views are fabulous, albeit slightly spoilt by the bulk of next door's Arts Hotel. Staff are friendly and efficient.

This is a functional hotel in central Barcelona. The hotel's best feature is its location, being close to the beach. On the outside the hotel is unprepossessing, on the inside the rooms and public rooms are comfortable and functional, but no more than that. The staff were efficient, but not particularly friendly.
