The hotel is a short walk from a metro station which will take you straight to the airport and is a short walk in the other direction to the Camp Nou stadium, home of FC Barcelona. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. The hotel and room felt that it had seen slightly better days and was in need of a bit of a refurb (there was an occasional drip of water from the ceiling) but the room was spacious and comfy. My only real complaint was the need to pay extra for use of the pool, wif... Read more

The room is laid out nicely with private doors from the foyer to the bedroom and to the bathroom. The bed is not very comfortable and the shower fixtures and tub need a upgrade. The tub floor sinks in places and it hard to change the water flow to the shower head. The free Wi-Fi is extremely poor. It should not be listed as an amenity. It's so slow that it makes purchasing the upgrade necessary (6 Euros for 24 hours and the access also worked at the airport). I enjoyed their dinner and breakfas... Read more

We stayed in this hotel 2 nights before a cruise, what a wonderful hotel, great staff and very clean. we had been up 24 hours when we arrived at noon and they let us check in and had a small fridge stocked with water. the room had great beds that you could raise the heads of. they also had a spa that we did use that had 8 pools and that was great to use after a full day of sightseeing. this is very close to the trains and it only took us 30 min to reach the center of La Rumbas. the bathroom... The rooms were clean, though a bit dated. The hotel bar and restaurant staff were very nice. The location is outside of the tourist attractions but a bus/metro stop were right in front of the hotel. Excellent hotel very friendly staff and very clean hotel only downside is if your not Spanish etc you haven't got a chance if you wanted the tv on in your room as no English channels and when you found one which was a music channel that wasn't much to shout about they need to invest in English channels at least that's my only criticism the spa was just wonderful just what you need after a long day sightseeing and the proximity to camp nou is amazing

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst visiting Barcelona. First impressions were nice hotel in a quiet, residential, out-of-the-way location. Hotel slightly set back off main road so not much road noise (we were in a room facing the side). I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, and was not impressed. The rooms are rather old fashioned for the price they are charged >100?. Also the general look and feel of the hotel (entrance, uniforms, furniture) brings you back to the 70s. You hear the neighbours quite well. I was also confronted with 2 annoying deficiencies (1) the key to my room 620 structurally was disabled. We arrived at 1am on a Sunday morning and managed to find a bar open...even if it was for locals. Otherwise very quiet area. This was a nice hotel, soft bed clean sheets, although could have done with an extra blanket. Very nice reception staff who spoke better English than my Spanish (to my shame) and we're very helpful. Breakfast was the usual do it yourself, selection of continental breakfast fair, not bad but wouldn't want to do it for a week. Unfortunately I didn't get to try the spa, as I had a late arrival early departure. I felt the hotel had an air of the functional about it, good for a business trip, this is... Read more

Friendly land helpful staff Lovely spa area Nice big rooms The hotel itself was lovely. Great staff and facilities. Drinks were expensive but I expect this from a hotel bar. Food was okay but when we ate here the bar man seemed to be doing both jobs. We didn't have breakfast as 14? seemed a bit too pricey for a buffet. The spa was lovely. We got to go for free between 10-12am. Otherwise the fee was 9,50?. It did get a bit too noisy one morning as there were lots of children not doing what... Read more

We stayed at this Hotel for a visit to an FCB game and Camp Nou tour. It's only a couple of blocks from the Stadium which is the best thing about the Hotel. While there are several restaurants in the area non are very highly rated so we wound up mostly eating in the Stadium complex. The room was pretty cramped but had a very nice sized bathroom. The WIFI was so bad it was unuseable. The breakfast was very expensive for a weekend buffet.

As older members of society we enjoyed being in a quieter location and not a tourist area. The hotel was clean and the staff were efficient, polite and friendly. After having a few days at a 'so called 4 star' hotel in Madrid this was just what we expect of a 4 star hotel. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and something for everyone. The Barcelona tourist bus stops at Camp Nou (blue route) which is a short distance away so getting into the more central/tourist areas is easy and convenien... Read more

I was a bit apprehensive about the location as it did seem a bit out of the way but actually it was fine and not too far away from the city. Metro, trams and buses all very near, about 7 minutes walk from metro station. Hotel itself is lovely and very good value for money. Breakfast was fantastic, a great selection and a fresh orange juice machine.....I could quite happily drink the orange juice all day. Complimentary Cava topped it off. The chef will cook anything of your choice from a selectio... Read more

Great position for a football fans and cheap and good meal around... Camp nou stadium just a few minutes walk.! Unfortunately, the room service is really tragic for 4* hotel... Towels somehow on the place, wc paper missing the 3rd day and tissues are missing from the first day. Bottle of the water available the first day only.. Sorry, nothing to pay for a 4* hotel if you are not completely crazy football fan...

Only stayed for one night. I found the room dark and dated. Something from the early 80's. The rooms need a refurb. Looks nice on the picture, but it isn't. Roof top pool run down and un-inviting. The lobby entrance isn't to bad, with its bar. But that's about it. Staff quite nice and friendly. Location is good for the football stadium, but out of town if you want la ramblas. I Recommend the trains for getting about. Air conditioned, apart from the station.
