My wife and I stayed here while we we're in Barcelona. It's a great smaller hotel. They have a pool on the roof, but we didn't have time to visit it. It's a nice hotel in a great location. There are much better hotels in the world, and if you look around and get a great deal somewhere else, go for it. But if you're looking at this hotel as a conveniently located, well run place. You won't be disappointed.

We stayed for 3 nights last month, location was fine, 10 minute walk out of the centre or from other places of interest. The room could have been cleaner, the floor was very dusty. The room doors bang really loudly so when people are coming back late at night it was very disturbing when they were letting the door just bang shut. Great to have a pool though on the rooftop. Bakery opposite if you are room only. Room service is only available up to a certain time - when we arrived back from a Barc... Read more

I stayed here with my friend for a week last month! The hotel is lovely, from the reception to the rooms and the corridors in between! We were very happy with our hotel room, modern design and a decent size! We cannot comment upon the roof top pool as the weather wasn't really allowing to use it but we did pop up to the top to see it on our first day of looking around! The staff were lovely and our check in was quick. Hotel only a 10 minute walk from the Sagrada Familia and a 10 minute walk in t... Read more

I was at the Ilunion Auditori with my boyfriend at the end of May 2016. We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and had a perfect time. There was nothing wrong with our room, with the staff or with the hotel. In fact, I think the Ilunion has one of the friendliest staff I have met. What we thought was incredible was that the hotel even had a gym which we visited twice during our stay. We could reach everything on foot; all the cool quartiers in Barcelona such as El Born, Barri Gotic, Gracia... were al... Read more

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to catching a Cruise in Barcelona. The hotel was only about a 5-10 minute walk from the metro and main bus terminal. You are also close proximity to walk to some attractions, and the city centre as well. Around the hotel you had convenient stores and restaurants. The hotel has breakfast for 15 Euro which I recommend you just eat outside the hotel plenty of places to grab a bite much cheaper. The hotel staff were helpful if you need them for something but you h... Read more

We stayed in a double room #404 very small and not very clean, not dusted or swept and the bed hadn't had clean sheets over the 4 days there, all the maid did was make the bed, there was no bath only a grotty shower with muldew all along the edge, the sink tap was full of scale and the floor was not very clean. the wallpaper all through the room was full of dirty marks and the black out curtains did not shut... Stayed here for one night as our flight home had been cancelled, and hard to find any available hotel in Barca. Normal rate around £140, but we had to pay £588!!! St John Baptiste Day an excuse to rip people off, it seems. Either this hotel or nothing by then. Hotel itself was passable, but lad on reception had been left to cope alone, and struggled. Our room was scruffy, in need of some tlc, and decidedly depressing. This hotel has a gym in basement, and a rooftop pool, but other than that it... Read more

I loved this hotel - the location was very close to the beach and price was extremely affordable when i booked (two days before arrival!) you get what you pay for - but i was not disappointed as; - The local town had a lot of restaurants and shops - Taxis came quickly and cost no more than 12 euros to central Barcelona. -The main desk staff were very helpful and polite, no language barrier - My room (housed three people) was big and clean - Pool is small but i expected as much and didn't spen... Stayed here for a week with two friends. We had an excellent time and the hotel was completely ideal - quiet, clean and comfortable. It was a complete bonus that they give a free bottle of water each a day! Went and had a look at the pool but it is very tiny with no shade around it. However it didn't bother us as it was only a 20-25 minute walk to the beach. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights to start off our European trek in Barcelona. I think it's an okay hotel. We got this hotel on priceline's name your own price. It was listed as a 3 star hotel but I think it should be a 2 star. I have stayed at red roof inns on highway truck stops which were cleaner than this place. 1.) Location - about 400 m to the Arc de Triomf metro stop. Besides that there is really nothing else around there. About a 25 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to pla... Read more

The hotel service was excellent. Staff spoke excellent English and did not laugh at my Spanish. They did gently corrected a couple of times, but seemed to enjoy their jobs and guests. The hotel is located in a mixed neighborhood with businesses on the street level and generally apartments above. Lots of dogs, and some children playing on the street level. Almost every corner of the neighborhood had one or more small tapas restaurants. The neighborhood felt very safe. It was probably abo... Read more

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It's located a few minutes walk from Arc de Triomph and the old town of Barcelona, and about 20 minutes walk from the beach - perfect if you want a central but still quiet location. We have only positive things to say about the hotel, except a few notes: - Thin walls made it a bit noisy at the room - Annoying perfume smell in the lobby - Small (almost useless) pool Anyways, we would definetely recommend this hotel to friends and family! The hotel has a good location to explore the city from. The rooms were clean and there was plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. The price is also really good compared to other hotels. Don't expect much of the 'pool' though, it's basicaly a big bathtub, but who needs that anyway if you're exploring the city all day? Ideal for a citytrip!

We stayed for three nights in this hotel. It has a cute little pool on the rooftop and some training gear in the basement. Our room was fine, however, it can get very hot in there if you forget to put on air conditioning. We have been regular customers of this hotel for over 5 years, returning to Barcelona for work purposes. Things have gone from bad to worse since the last year.
