The hotel is perfect for a big city experience in Barcelona. The hotel is placed in perfect walking distance to all the main areas in Barcelona. The staff is super welcoming, breakfast had a nice variation, nice roof topp terrace and the standard of service and cleaning was excellent.

My fiancee and I stayed here May 2016. It is in the perfect location-near shopping and restaurants. The lobby area is quite beautiful, with tons of couches and quite the bar. Having traveled to Europe before, I knew coming in that European rooms are much smaller than American Hotel rooms. It worked out just fine for us during our stay. I would have to say the rooftop terrace with the bar was outstanding. The service up there was excellent and couldn't be happier. Quite the view as well. I would ... Read more

This was our third stop of four on an extended Europe trip. Of the 4, this one was my favorite! This is a lovely little hotel, in a fantastic location. It is just steps from the Cathedral, and is very convenient to walk to popular tourist areas such as the Ramblas and the marina area. This hotel is beautifully appointed. Everything felt new, and it was all clean. We had a corner room facing the street, so we had almost an entire 2 walls of windows! And, on our floor, the windows opened. The lob... Read more

You have to be very careful here with your creditcard, they like to deduct 2x the amount you owe them!!! I was there 6 weeks ago and still wait for the refund of more then ? 1000!! Hotel is ok, however the bar in the lobby is most of the time not open. The roofbar was very windy when we were there. Rooms are very small.

On arrival we were given our room key to 101. It was tiny with no bath and nowhere except a small wardrobe to put clothes (no drawers). We would have spent the stay living out of a suitcase. We contacted the desk who moved us to a much nicer room. This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city for all the major attractions. The staff are very helpful and friendly. However the Metro line runs directly below causing the room to shake and a fair bit of noise. Hope you are a sound sleeper... Read more

This hotel is in a great location and in walking distance of many places of interest, food markets, restaurants and transport. The rooms are small but well equipped. Our first room was on the first floor with a view to the cathedral. There was very little road noise however the train runs under the building and the vibrations could be felt and heard. This may not be a problem for some people but it was for me. When I asked to move rooms it was not a problem and the staff were understanding and h... Read more

On the corner so each room was very small, double bed in one, wardrobe space (very small) in another, round corner chair and mirror - and room door, finally a bathroom with shower. A long way to go in middle of night! Having said that very clean. Unfortunately view from window was a private balcony with disgusting washing etc. Wall hadn't been painted for decades. We arrived a little early for check-in, however, the office staff provided us with the option of a coffee or a glass of champagne whilst awaiting the check-in. As there was a delay in time we were offered an extremely reasonably priced upgrade to a simply magnificent suite for our week's stay. The staff and the accommodation and the meals we enjoyed in the hotel were terrific, highly recommend for a well priced very comfortable hotel in Barcelona.

After a welcome glass of cava, we made our way to our room. After reading reviews, I was expecting a small room but didn't mind as we went to Barcelona to see the city, not four walls of a hotel. However, the room (106) was clean and spacious and also has a large bathroom. Our air-con worked fine. The bed was lovely and comfortable. I came prepared for the city noise and brought ear-plugs. A lot of street noise does seem to travel through the closed windows but after one night, I was used to it ... Read more

TL;DR Pros: rooftop bar, jacuzzi, spa, great location, good breakfast options, friendly staff, fast free wi-fi, clean, bar fridge Cons: no swimming pool The H10 is a great boutique hotel. The staff were very helpful, friendly and funny and it was always very clean. Our booking included breakfast (part of a flight package from British Airways) and had a good variety of options for those who prefer hot or continental (or a bit of both!).
