We went for a long weekend. The hotel room was great sound proofed with black out curtains. The staff were very helpful, and sent us to some amazing tapas bars. We didn't eat in the hotel as we seemed to be up early sight seeing however had lovely coffee delivered to room every morning. Thank You for a good time!

We were here for two nights. The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and the rooms are big enough. I had a very pleasant stay. Maybe next time I will take a cheaper hotel because we were only there to sleep.

Last Hotel of our honeymoon, and the only one to provide us with a bottle of cava (local sparking Spanish wine), candles, and rose petals on the bed. OK. The rose petals were fake, and the candles were in plastic holders, which almost allowed me to cause a plastic fire when I dropped one of the matches against it. All that aside, it was so nice to come to a decorated room and enjoy a cold adult beverage when we had been traveling all day. The location is good. I really wanted to be in Eix... Read more

Room 511 is very quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cram. We loved staying at a boutique hotel that was so clean and newly renovated and modern. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the linens & pillows of a very good quality. The towels were large and soft to the touch. The provided robes were thick and comfy. We enjoyed both the buffet breakfast and a la carte lunch at the rooftop restaurant. We enjoyed the view of a castle and th... Read more

This is a great hotel in a perfect location. The best things about this hotel are the views and the roof top terrace ... All the staff are great and credit to the company, and will go out of there way for anyone. The rooms are great and well appointed and most have city views and balconies, big enough for an ideal city break. Clean and tidy throughout the whole hotel, although starting to look a little worn around the edges, however nothing major. This hotel would suit couples, friends an... Read more

Hotel is very Euro and modern. True to advertised pictures. I loved the corner room I had. Unfortunately walls are very thin and I was kept all night with next door neighbors talking. No bell service, had to roll out my luggage and down steps on my own.

I recently came to this hotel. We were due to check out at 12, though were going to come back by 5pm to pick up our stuff, we knew we will need a room to quickly change and public toilets were the only choice. However, the hotel very kindly offered us to keep our room till 5pm to change. They also had the room cleaned n yet let us use it. Very friendly, clean rooms, lovely area..Highly recommend!

We stayed here a few nights after partying in Ibiza and wanted a centrally located modern room in Barcelona to recoup. Hotel Cram isn't anything fancy, but it is clean, modern, fresh, and well located.

Hotel Cram markets itself as a luxury, small design hotel, and this is a fair summation. Perhaps the only reason it is not a 5* hotel, which I tend to reserve for absolutely mind-blowing properties, is because we stayed in the most basic tiered room they had, and the price disparity between different rooms is significant. Whether this is warranted or not, I cannot say, but we were slightly priced out of the extreme luxury that the hotel likely provides. Hotel Cram is on the corner of Carre d'A... Read more

This is really lovely hotel. This is the second we have stayed. Well portion room. We had a roof terrace and that was lovely on the summer evening. You get pently of toiletries even toothbrush and paste. We went to the roof top bar a couple of nights for drinks and are reasonable priced. We are hoping to come back next year

We stayed here on our first 2 days of our honeymoon. The staff are so kind and helpful. We were in one of the Privilege suites and it was spacious and beautiful. We had an extremely large terrace with 2 lounge chairs and a bistro table set. The view overlooked Barcelona and the nearby square. This is about a 3 minute walk to the University metro station which is on a central line that makes it easy to get to the beach to the south or Sagrada Familia to the north etc. We could not have had a bett... Spend 3 nights in Barcelona, we found the city itself rather hectic but this hotel was the complete opposite, a lovely retreat after a busy day sightseeing. The staff were very pleasant and the decor very modern and stylish, the rooftop bar/pool area in particlar was a great place for relaxing. Would highly reccommend.

Barcelona can be difficult with a car. Hotel Cram staff met us and parked cars after unloading luggage. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Lovely roof top bar with great views out over the city. Easy walk to centre and surrounded by bars and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay here, particularly the roof top bar. Modern room- On the small side, however, functioned well for our trip. Thanks! Good transport links to passeig de gracia and other local links. Good in room amenities. Would have benefitted from a balcony but who spends that much time in their room!

We stayed here for 5 nights, as our base for exploring Barcelona. The hotel is well located, in a nice area full of restaurants, tapas bars, coffee bars, etc. Metro station is a few blocks away, 10-15 minutes walk. The staff is very friendoy and attentive. The rooms are nice, and you have enough cupboard space. Upstairs there is a (small) swimming pool, with a bar where you can also eat something. This was not so cosy as expected, but still nice to sit and read a book f.e. Overall a nice adress ... Read more

We first asked for a room with balcony, but first night was not possible so we changed the room next day. In our new room we had problems with the toilet after we flushed some of that water came in our bathroom through the wall. Also that bathroom door gives no privacy.

From the minute we stepped foot in the hotel we couldn't have been made to feel anymore welcome! All reception staff were so friendly. We had a very quick check in followed by a talk through on a map of local interests to then be taken to our room and shown all the amenities available in there. The hotel rooms are lovely and spacious with ample mirror space and a smart TV. The bed is the most comfortable I have stayed in abroad and was big enough for 3 people. I have been there in September 2015 for my business trip. It is located quite central, with good variety of restaurants nearby. I quite liked my room, it was spacious for standard one and with nice decor. The breakfast was at the terrace overlooking the city. We had arranged all our meetings there. Personnel was nice and attentive and arranged taxis and other requests. I would recommend it for business travelers.

We stayed in the suite, and it was a nice spacious room with a delightfully comfortable, large bed, however the the room itself was definitely showing signs of age- general wear and tear more than one would expect- marks on the floor and furniture etc. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Great location.

We read the reviews and decided to pick this hotel for our wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. The staff at reception always great & smile when we walk in. The room is modern & felt spacious because it has mirrors all along the walls. The bed was very comfortable, shower has power and the aircon temperature was set perfectly all night. We had originally booked a rental apartment, but the night before arrival the owner called to cancel us because they had no electricity - a lesson learned about apartment rentals (but that is another story). We were able to reach our travel agent in panic mode and asked her to find us an alternative, knowing that we usually prefer small boutique environments. This was in July at the height of tourist season and things seemed to be iffy. Finally around midnight the evening before our departure... Read more

Hotel Cram is located very close to Ramblas and Pasaje Gracia which are main attractions in Barcelona. Being a Hotelier myself I have the following observations and comments: 1- the reception staff is great! Especially Adrian. Since the check in he was always very nice and courteous and gave great tips on where to go in Barcelona. Also the bell attendant Sean was very helpful and nice. Stayed here for 4 nights in July. Wonderful location close to all the main attractions in Barcelona but away from the hustle and bustle. We could feel ourselves relaxing at the end of a busy day as the streets became quieter as we got closer to the hotel. There is easy access to the metro, trains and busses. The rooms were bright and modern. There was lots of lights and plenty of storage. Although the tv blocked the wardrobe door from opening but this didn't bother us as we were only there for... Quiet , modern hotel, very friendly staff. Located just close enough from the touristic action but not in the middle. A well deserved spot surrounded by good restaurants, cheaper parking spots and steps fron La Rambla , plaza catalunya , barrio gotico etc.. I stayed at the Hotel Cram with a group of 16 others. I must say the staff was great...they treated each and every one of us with kind attention.
