This was a very welcoming place to stay. The staff were especially good and helpful. The free coffee in the vestibule was much appreciated. It was very well located to be able to walk most places or get a cheap taxi.

If you enjoy modern creative interior design with many interesting and original details, this is great place to stay. Rich breakfast with quality products you will enjoy at big round tables or large long tables sharing with other guests but here you will not mind and take it as an advantage. Hotel is located in good location, few meters from subway. Only one negative we found - from the room you might hear noises from the corridor. In general we recommened it!

Pol & Grace Hotel is awesome! Super clean, excellent water pressure in the shower, friendly staff, and the room was huge for a European city. I loved the location. Three stops on the metro to the city center. I would stay there again!

- Positive: Very friendly staff, very comfortable beds, modern but cosy, good location in a nice neighbourhood, good sound insulation from outside noise, spacious bath room, free coffee & cakes - Negative: inadequate noise/light insulation from the hallway. You market your hotel as a 4 star hotel: Disturbing light and noise entering from the hallway should in your price range not be an issue. Higher prices go along with high expectations. That's the reason why I only give an overall 3.

We had just finished the Camino in France 780kms of walking , had 3 days in Barcelona and spoke very little Spanish as we are from Australia. Thought we needed to stay right near La Rambla to be in the middle of all the buzz. But picked this place because of the reviews and so glad we did. It's new clean fresh and all the staff are wonderful ! So easy to get around, they will help you with everything. If we found it easy , anyone will! Our room was great, tiny bit small as we had twin beds, but... Read more

Stayed for 2 nights with family. Check-in is really quick and efficient. Staffs are really helpful and they do it with smile. Rooms are spacious and clean, but little maintenance required. Parking is available but sometimes bad surprise when your return after city visit, you will not find your place and left with very small spaces where your car can not fit. But otherwise, highly recommended and myself will return to the hotel if I visit again Barcelona. Ideally located, 2 minutes from the metro... Read more

Would recommend this hotel to friends. Breakfast there was superb with different selections of food to choose from and it is eat as much as you want! Including delicious croissants, bakery, salmon, yogurt + granola, toast, fresh fruits salad and more. The receptionist was very friendly, can speak clear english so was able to get to places by the information given. When I had issues in my room they would give their full assistance to help without a doubt! Customers service I am pleased to give fi... Read more

Stayed 3 nights during May 2016 and used pol & Grace as base to explore Barcelona. Only 4 subway stops and 8 minutes from main tourist areas and plenty of local bars restaurants and coffee shops around hotel. Stayed in smaller room but ideal for 2 people and breakfast was great each day. Will stay again when next visit

This is the 4th time I have stayed here in the last 2 years. Consistently, it is a great hotel for a good price in a good location that is easily accessible to all points, and near my favourite neighbourhood : Gracia.

The staff was always very helpful and friendly. My friend and I would often come home very late from the bars, and the staff was always greeting us with a smile, no matter how late it was. Rooms were also very clean. Would definitely recommend!!

My boyfriend and I spent here a few days last week and this spot has been a really pleasant surprise. The setting is very welcoming, cool and fashionable, with great attention to details. Noticeable is the receptionists kindness, especially of the one in charge at night (don‚??t remember his name, sorry). Every hotel floor is devoted to a specific subject, and every room in it is themed. For example, our room was all about football (no. 316!), and we had a small table-football just for us. Rooms... We stayed here for 3 nights on a short break that was a gift from our son. We were impressed from the minute we walked through the door. The reception area was modern and stylish and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms didn't disappointment - they were spacious and bright. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The location although outside the tourist area is within 100 metres of one of the main Metro lines. We had a wonderful time in this beautifu... Read more

The room was really nice and the whole hotel is well decorated but what was the best is the service from the reservation to the check out. The staff, especially Paola had great advice for us to visit the city. They are all smiling and give you the feeling you are at home. Thank you very much for this amazing stay in Barcelona! We recommend your hotel ++++ !!! Besos.

A wonderful hotel that is tasteful and peaceful. A wonderful place to relax and prepare to see Barcelona from with plenty of amenities close by from little shops to cafes and transport links. The rooms are fash along with the facilities which are clean and cultural with 'Picasso's' lining the walls and murals highlighting the history and culture of the city. The staff were a joy and always available if needed for help. The little notes left in room in both English and Spanish were cute and gave ... Read more

Although the hotel itself is nice, my favorite feature of this hotel is the staff. From the minute we walked in the front door they were friendly and so unbelievably helpful. They gave us directions. Called taxis when we needed them. Printed out our online tickets for la Sagrada Familia. On the ground floor they have coffee machine and hot water and tea bags, comfortable social area with couches and a tv. Also, they have a book shelf where you can just go choose a book (or leave one). ... Read more

This was an excellent hotel for a reasonable price. The staff were so friendly and spoke english very well. We may not have discovered the neighbourhood, Gracia if we had not stayed here. It has lots of restaurants and shops that we really enjoyed. Close to tourist destinations but not overly touristy.

Stayed 3 nights upon arrival in Barcelona. I booked it based on reviews as well as cost- it was one of the more affordable places around. The staff was young and cool, very helpful and spoke very good English. Appeared to attract a good mix of of young travelers and business folk. As for location it's a bit out of the way if you're looking to spend most of your time below The Diagonal (La Rambla, el ravel, the beach). It is close to a lot of Guadi though (parks, la familia). My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights last week. The hotel was light and airy with a modern vibe. It was a little way out from the main area of Barcelona but the transport links were excellent. We tended to take the bus as you get to see more! However a taxi journey was only around ‚?¨10. There are plenty of bars and restaurants near the hotel and a nice little bakery right beside the bus stop for breakfast.

We stayed here in September based on tripadvisor reviews and I have to say the reviews were spot on. Lovely place, well situated and friendly, English speaking staff. The rooms are clean and the air conditioning system is state of the art. Can hardly hear it work and we slept so well. The neighbourhood of Gracia is central and close to Carrer di Verdi which has a lot of exceptional tapas bars.

I've just returned from a 3 night stay in Pol & Grace, my first ever time in Barcelona. I'd come back here, it has a young and cool vibe to it, that so many other hotels lack. The basics are good - the rooms a little larger than normal, especially the bathroom (with bath and bidet). The wifi is easy to connect to and the signal is strong. The staff are outgoing, friendly and helpful - especially when explaining to me how to get to the police station to report a stolen phone. However I did feel t... Read more

I arrived to Barcelona on the 22nd of September with my wife and 1.6 years daughter. We stayed at Pol&Grace for a week, until the 29th of September. We had a great time in this hotel, located at Gracia neighborhood of Barcelona city. The hotel is not located in the middle of the tourists area, yet, buses like V15 and underground lines like L6,L7,S5 can take in 5 minutes to Placa Catalu√Īa and other main location's in Barcelona. Yet, it has much more local atmosphere than the main business and... Read more

I previously submitted at least one review regarding this place. Service has always been great. Yet I'd like to say that this time around Pol & Grace's front desk staff exceeded my high expectations. I was lucky enough to meet Astrid and Paula, who made me feel at home from the get-go. They were always helpful, friendly and impeccably professional. Stayed with colleagues, all of whom were very, very impressed. The hotel is stylish and has a boutique feel, and the greeting and general service levels are wonderful. Very good amenities, great location for getting around (2 mins to the local S line services!). Well done P & G. Just one tip - few irons going around so if you need to press your trousers or shirts, get one in the evening rather than the morning!

This hotel is just amazing.... the staff, the room, the localisation etc.... As my fiance is in a wheelchair we had the handicap room. It was huge, gorgeous, we felt like at home. The only problem was That an adapted chair wasnt in the bathroom but in the hour, the staff went out and bought one. Never seen that before.... JUST AMAZING. You can get tea & coffee as you like near the reception. Everything was great. Thank you we had a wonderful stay !!!!

Pol & Grace is a really modern, homely and vibrant hotel. All of the staff were helpful and extremely friendly. The hotel itself is close enough to most central locations to walk, although we found ourselves sometimes taking the metro out of ease. The metro is round the corner so it is easy to get across Barcelona very quickly (would recommend the T-10 ticket to do this- very cheap and can be shared between you!). There are good restaurants around, particularly La Bruschetta and Tivoli which are... Read more

It was a very friendly hotel, with helpful staff. Every room has layout. Very clean. You can have free coffee and tea in the reception hall. Breakfast is not very various, but high quality. We stayed 7 days, it was a little bit too much to eat every day the same things. You can read books in the hall.
