We spent 5 nights at the hotel and thought it was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was large and comfortable and the roof terrace was a great added bonus! It was easy to see Barcelona from here and it's close to the metro. The breakfast is just ok, it will do the trick but nothing spectacular and the new style memory foam pillows are unnecessary. Just one tip, if you are recommended to go to Cerveceria Catalana for dinner, don't bother. Of all the places we ate, this was the... Read more

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. The main positive for us was the staff who were friendly and delightful. In particular we enjoyed meeting the lovely Andrea - she was a delight and made us feel so welcome. She is a great bartender and the most charming girl - a huge asset to that hotel, as is victor at reception. The hotel itself is in a good location in upmarket Eixample which is a bit of a walk into the main action or a metro ride away. The issues were that the room was tiny, noisy... Read more

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel and we enjoyed the stay very much. The hotel was very modern and the room we had was very new also. Not a big hotel as there are about 44 or 45 rooms available. But the rooms were fairly large (for European standards), nice wood floors, plenty of storage space and comfortable beds. Very clean hotel and we had no issues with hot/cold water, towels, or even the TV. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with directions. One day, they called a local golf ... Read more

A hotel in a great location with wonderful staff. This is the hotel for the aesthetically minded: it has stunning design and modern paintings integrated in the design. It also has a nice rooftop terrace with a pool, that however wasn't heated during my visit. My only complaint is the lack of a working desk in the room, so I had to work on my laptop while sitting on the bed, which was OK.

Stayed here for one night. The staff were very accommodating and ready to assist. The rooms are very nicely set out with good quality item, bathrobes etc., plus bed was very comfortable đ??´. If you book via the hotel site they offer some nice extras - bathrobes, free minibar, Nespresso in your room plus 50% off breakfast or 3% off your room rate. If you have a car, as we did, they do have three parking spaces at an adjoining car park. We enjoyed our stay - thanks!

The hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station with several nice restaurants near by.The rooms were modern and everything was extremely clean. The service was excellent and the staff extremely friendly. My only complaint is that the hard wood floors echoed the steps of people in other rooms. Its part of the design and wouldnt stop my from visiting again.

My mother and I visited the hotel between 13th and 18th June 2016. Upon arrival we were greeted pleasantly by the lady on reception, who appeared genuinely interested in our visit, asking about our journey, and showing us the city map in detail, we were then given complimentary cava which was lovely! The hotel decor is modern and stylish, the rooms were full of all amenities needed and the complimentary mini bar with snacks and soft drinks was an added bonus, our room was tidied with beds made ... My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights on our honeymoon trip. The staff made every effort to make our stay special. The complementary champagne and beautifully decorated bed were nice touches. Most importantly the team at reception and lady serving drinks at the bar and pool were very kind and helpful. We loved the location as it was close to everything but still in a relatively quiet location. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thanks so much for everything!

This hotel was amazing. We were invited to get a welcome drink at the bar. Friendly staff and great rooms. Breakfast was good as well with quality products. Fantastic place for a romantic stay. We did take the "romantic" package (including flowers and champagne). We will come back for sure if we come again to Barcelona.

I would like to give this hotel a decent rating, but I can't. Barcelona is hot in the summer. So is W&C. Hopefully by the time you see this review, they will have fixed their issues. If you are checking in close to the date of this review, do not accept your room until you check to make sure the AC is working in your room. After a long time flight from Atlanta, we checked in. Our room's AC did not work and we could barely sleep. (#54) We complained and they told us we would have a new room when ... Read more

This relatively new hotel is very modern and stylish and well located. The rooms are average in size, but very well appointed. Each room comes with free Nespresso coffee, soft drink and snacks in the mini-bar, which is refreshed daily. The roof has a pool and terrace for sunning yourself. The pool is smallish, but thats to be expected for a Barcelona roof top pool. They are still building a bar for the rooftop, which will be a welcome addition. It also needs some umbrellas to offer some sh... Read more

We stayed at this Hotel for 2 nights on a recent trip to Barcelona. The Good: The location is not bad for site-seeing, although the hotel is not particularly easy to find. The rooms are on the smaller side, but are clean and modern looking. The front desk was generally helpful with advice on site-seeing and you could also purchase tickets for the Picasso Museum, Hop-on, Hop -off bus etc right at the hotel. The Bad: The AC was very anemic. If you turned the fan from low to high, you barely not... Read more

Stayed here for 3 nights on a recent trip to Barcelona. First impressions were good, hotel is very well presented and nice décor in reception/bar area. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Welcome drink on arrival is a nice little touch. Again, the rooms are nicely presented and of a decent size for European standards. Stayed here for four nights last week. Good central location for what we wanted (sightseeing and restaurants) and overall a very pleasant hotel. The staff are courteous and professional and our room was clean and adequate for what we wanted. We did use the pool and lounge area one afternoon and although it wasn't very big there were spaces available. The hotel was a good base for our city break and we enjoyed staying there.

We recently returned from a stay at Well & Come Barcelona during which we suffered through our worst check-in experience ever. Management and its staff failed to live up to rudimentary service levels on multiple fronts. These failures are summarized here but there are more details below if youâ??re in for the ride: Failed to deliver the room as per check in policy (4hrs late) Failed to elevate the issue to Management in a timely manner Failed to deliver the room type and size that we reserved a... I've just returned from a long weekend away with 2 girlfriends from this hotel and we can't speak highly enough of it! Upon arrival we were very impressed. It's a modern, boutique style hotel and it's spotless. It also has a rooftop terrace and pool and a lovely bar downstairs. Our room was great and perfect for 3 of us. There was and extra bed in there. The thing that really impressed us was the service we received. Reception could not have been more helpful with directions, recommending plac... Read more

The hotel is clean and has a nice pool on the roof. There is a bar downstairs and plenty of good restaurants nearby. The concierge was super helpful in providing us with recommendations on where to eat. The room was clean and they also provide complimentary snacks in the room. I would definitely come back here as it was a well maintained boutique hotel.

Hotel is near a metro station and not far walk from the main street of shops. Service and breakfast were great. Nice and modern room but the air con was terrible - didn't really work. Reasonable stay but probably wouldn't return.

We were three girls in one room and there was enough space for us which was great. The beds were comfy even the temporary bed, and decor was modern and pleasant. The roof top pool, was great, it's more of a pool for a cool off, you won't be able to swim, but it's great for after a hot walk round the city. The bar service was good as well and Marta was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was ok, I wouldn't rave about it but it was certainly edible and filled us up for the day. We r... Just had 3 wonderful nights in this excellent hotel. Good rooms in a great location with very friendly staff. Close to the metro for access down to the beach or historic Born area; some fantastic local restaurants recommended by staff; close to a open top tourist bus route - ideal for seeing the city with limited time (!) and a few blocks from Sagrada Familia.

My boyfriend and I have just got back from a 4 night stay in Barcelona at this lovely hotel. As soon as we arrived the staff at the main desk were very welcoming and we were given very good advice on what to do and where to go during our stay. Our room was faultless, so clean and literally everything was brand new with no wear or damage. Our mini fridge was re-stocked every day with soft drinks, water, crisp and chocolate. We spent four nights total at the Well and Come and we could not have enjoyed it more. As comfortable and stylish as the room and hotel were, it was the staff that made our visit so exceptional. Marco at the front desk could not be any more of a gentleman, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.
