First time at this hotel but I will definitely be going back. The whole hotel is spotless and very well kept. I stayed in a Maris room and again it was spotless. It wasn't a massive room, but certainly sufficient. I could hear a slight noise from the main road, but it certainly didn't disturb my stay and I'm a very light sleeper. It has a large family pool which is a bit on the cool side and a smaller adults only pool. Plenty of sun beds available and I didn't find that people "reserved" them ... Read more

A very pleasant holiday. The facilities, restaurants, pools, are very good the staff are very attentive and helpful. A very sport oriented (Cycling) place. There is a self contained spar equipped with numerous exercise machines (although I didn't use them) plenty did. A totally self contained resort which has,as far as I could see, all you need for an activity based holiday or you could just stay by the pools, adult only or communal. The communal pool was very good. Nearby bar/restaurant. The re... Read more

Absolutely loved our stay. The suite worked perfectly with a young family. The facilities were all modern, clean and really child friendly. The splash pool in particular was a huge hit with our children! The food was of exceptional quality and a great variety every night. Would highly recommend for people with and without children (lovely adult only area which includes a restaurant) - we will definitely be returning!!

We stayed a week in May and really enjoyed it. The hotels is set out in large grounds that adjoin a nature reserve; the hotel is situated in between Pollencia and Alcudia old town right on the beach road. Its easy to get about from here if you have a car (which we would recommend) but if not the hotel does provide free shuttle buses and the local buses also regularly stop at the front of the hotel. Its literally 5 mins drive to Pollencia. The room was spacious and the beds reasonably comforta... Read more

We came here as a family with a one year old grandson. From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed and welcome. The staff are exceptional - everyone was happy to help us and smile and make a fuss of the little one. We particularly liked the fact that the dining room for families was very child friendly ( when I mention how much mess a little one can make when he is feeding himself, parents and grandparents will know what I mean!), but there was also an adults only dining room which we took it in ... Particular mention to Rafael and Abdul in the restaurant who treaded us like family, in fact they were all very good with our toddler. This was out first real trip away with a 7 month baby. We were apprehensive about how things would go so agreed to have a short trip away. The hotel provided a very nice travel cot for our room. During meal times (we did half board) there was a great selection of food for me and wifey. Our little one managed to share some of our (healthy) meals. They had lots of comfortable high chairs. Rarely, if indeed ever, have I visited a place so welcoming. If I was younger (I'm 40 something), and was more adept linguistically, I would move here tomorrow and work at this hotel. So many good memories made here with my wife and young daughter. It's a great choice for a family. OK, the accommodation is a little dated but it's clean (immaculate) and tidy and the beds could be more comfortable but all of this is far outweighed by the overwhelming joy and hospitality of this very special hotel... We enjoyed 1 week at Club Pollentia Resort, a family with two kids <7. Facilities at the resort are many, and reaching Pollenca or Alcudia beach is just 1EUR and 15 minutes away in bus, or about 10 EUR in taxi. We booked another Port Alcudia hotel for our second week, but, the standard was so far away from the calmness at Club Pollentia, so we moved back to Club Pollentia. It says it all.

The hotel offers a a good location for a family vacation. The pool area is great and the Staff is absolutely wonderfull. The rooms are probably not to everyones 4 Star standards, but the exellent service provided by the nice women who clean the rooms makes up for that.
