Well... Where to start.... Got back early hours this morning from a 10 night stay. Let's just say we will not be returning here! I read a lot of reviews before going to this hotel. Some bad and some good so thought, let's try it because some people are hard to please and expect 5 star hotels when they pay for 3. Let's just say most of the negatives are true ! We have never felt more uncomfortable than we did here! The atmosphere was awful. And all because we were English. Everyone was German... Read more

Myself and my partner visited the last week of September 2015 and could have no quarrels. It was our first holiday away together and we couldn't ask for anything more, especially for the price! The location is perfect, just a walk from a beach perfect for everything whether you want to relax or partake in the numerous activities on offer. vast choice of food and a lovely look out onto the lake from the restaurant. very attentive restaurant staff, and lovely on tap beer if you stay all inclusi... Not the best hotel. food is average, drinks are not the best and some parts of the hotel were for german guests only. (Annoying) The one big plusside that saved our trip was the beach bar! But since the hotel was kinda cheap I guess you get what you pay for :)

Stayed here for a 5 night cycling holiday in late March. The hotel is perfect for our needs. Clean, friendly staff, good food and for less than £25 a night half board via alpharooms, what's not to like! Great location in centre of town but less than 200 metres from the beach.

Just returned from 5 days all inclusive at this hotel. One of the main reasons for booking was the bar set beside the river, which dosent seem to exist anymore. If you dont go with too high expectations this isnt a bad hotel. The rooms are decent and the alcohol is ok pretty strong compared to other AI in past experiences. The hotel is full of Spanish and Germans and with us been English we felt a bit left out, the entertainment was never focus on the English guest and was never translated in En... Read more

This was a last minute idea and we didn't travel with any great expectations but we were pleasantly surprised. All the staff were very polite and hard working. The restaurant and food were fine and plentiful and no need to go hungry. It could do with a lick of paint here and there but other than that it's fine. The hotel also has a beach bar 5 mins away which is very pleasant. Most of the guests were Dutch,German or Spanish but again this was no problem,in fact the only obnoxious family were Engli... My Wife and I Just got back from a lovely stay at this Hotel and generally really enjoyed our stay. No problems with the food, hotel room nor the staff. The only really thing that really bugged us was that there was a Spanish couple with a 2 ish year old child who every morning hogged the only proper working toaster (out of 2 toasters) and toasted 20 plus pieces of toast (thus resulting in a large queue of people waiting to use the toaster) and then when they went back to their table they procee... Firstly, I would like to state that I paid for all inclusive, yet was not given it. To begin, when my friend and I first arrived at Boccacio Hotel there was a lack of communication as staff were not very informative. We had been travelling since 5am(GMT)and arrived at our hotel between 2 and 3pm(GMT). Our last meal was at Gatwick airport at 7am (GMT) so naturally the first thing we wanted was a meal. I was appalled to not even have been informed that meal times had ended as we went to the beach ... Read more

So the hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are very basic with a tiny bath but we couldn't complain about the cleanliness at all. Our room was spotless! My real main moan is about all inclusive. We paid for all inclusive under the understanding that there would be snacks available throughout the day. There was only sandwich making facilities in the bar. Food was served between set times and then it was only sandwiches available otherwise. The restaurant food was reasonable but I'd have preferre... Read more

Having just got home from our second visit to this hotel I really do not understand the comments some people have put on here. Laura b your report is really unfair , do you really expect a hotel to keep food etc just for your party because you arrive out of hours service ? A chill out bar which was for german customers ? so what ? There was plenty of drinks on offer in the main bar area and the staff were always friendly and polite if you were the same to them . As for a small bath ?????? My p... Read more

We were all inclusive but ate out as the food was either cold or insufficient. I sat round the entertainment area ! There was no entertainment but a young lady had put a CD. It was obvious she didn't speak good English as the song she had put on contained foul language. When I mentioned it to her she suggested I moved to another area. This was mid afternoon when young children were within hearing distance. Would I recommend this hotel. No

This was a family holiday and our first visit to Mallorca. The hotel was mid-range in terms of price but our stay was certainly worth every penny (we were all inclusive). The rooms were clean and functional, for the amount of time we spent in them they were more than acceptable. The hospitality staff were very thorough. Public rooms again functional, not particularly special and not like the photos on their website (photos look 'posher' than the actuals) but certainly nice enough. Food was excel... Read more

Me and my partner took our first holiday together here and was both happy with the hotel. The rooms were basic but always kept clean, the food was better than I expected for a 3* hotel and you could always find something you liked. Also only a two minute walk from the best beach I've been to! And if you walk just a little further down the beach you can find the Boccaccio bar where you can get your all inclusive down by the sea. Overall, a very pleasant hotel.

We booked this as a couple fairly last minute thru Booking.com and stayed June 27-July 8. The staff are great both at the front desk and in the restaurants. The buffet provides a good choice each day, and the beach bar also has decent options for the lunch serving. Drinks are the usual beer/wine/juices - not great but ok. Location is pretty quiet considering it's surrounded by shops, bars and other hotels. We had a room overlooking the back of the hotel with a glimpse of the lake. There i... Read more
