Stayed 8 days in this hotel. Bad: - The room and decor were really old. We had booked a queen sized bed. But god two twin beds put together. The bed was killing my back. During my stay my back was in pain the whole time. - First day on, I noticed there are ants in the room. I left a baby biscuit out and it was covered with ants. - The toilet seat had stains on it. - There aren't much it the room eg. fridge, coffee, tea maker etc. Very basic room to sleep. - It is still a bit walk to the bea... We spent 2 weeks in this hotel with 1,5 years old son. It's totally French and German hotel, people speak French, German and Spanish and just few basic words in English. Name of dishes in restaurant unknown, if you have a food allergies it's not for you. BUT food amazing taste, many many fishes, meats, salads, vegetables, sweets, just WOW. Room small and old, 1 of 3 sockets doesn't work.. Shame. KEYS- ONE CARD.. Same swap card for door, air conditioning, lights.. Very uncomfortable!!! Spec... Read more

Hated every second in the hotel. Staff go out of their way to be rude. Nothing written in English so hope your good at distinguishing the slop that's provided for you to eat. Grotty hotel. Shouldn't be a 4 star by any extent. Atmosphere appalling. We wanted to leave after the first night. No rep on site. Only thing I can say is that the animation team where friendly. All other staff where horrible! Stay clear don't put yourself through it!!!

Stayed for 1 week with my boyfriend. Went with an open mind due to all the mixed reviews. The hotel staff were lovely from the second we arrived, there was a slight language barrier but we expected that. The room we stayed in was beyond what i expected, was a perfect size for the two of us. We had a poolside view which was beautiful, especially at night when the lights were all switched on. The beach is only a short 5 minute stroll away along side the shops and restaurants. Staying all inclusive... Read more

We booked Half Board in need of a rest in pleasant surroundings, we did not know this is a All Inclusive party venue, music and entertainment every night. Hotel exterior badly in need of painting, drab rooms and furnishings, balcony planting not watered or cared for, plants dead dying struggling and weed ridden, photographs were taken when hotel was new. Pool fountain only on when pool games were taking place, loungers in tight regimental rows without any space between,... Read more

Myself and my boyfriend visited here may 2016, the weather was just right and the hotel was amazing. The staff are extremely accommodating and make an effort to speak every language including German French Spanish and English (as you may find that English is the minority at this hotel, but I found this nice) The food was always hot and different every day, not bog standard all inclusive, and a generous list of drinks to choose from. It's about a 5/10 minute walk to the beach which has its own l... Read more
