Hated every second in the hotel. Staff go out of their way to be rude. Nothing written in English so hope your good at distinguishing the slop that's provided for you to eat. Grotty hotel. Shouldn't be a 4 star by any extent. Atmosphere appalling. We wanted to leave after the first night. No rep on site. Only thing I can say is that the animation team where friendly. All other staff where horrible! Stay clear don't put yourself through it!!!

Stayed for 1 week with my boyfriend. Went with an open mind due to all the mixed reviews. The hotel staff were lovely from the second we arrived, there was a slight language barrier but we expected that. The room we stayed in was beyond what i expected, was a perfect size for the two of us. We had a poolside view which was beautiful, especially at night when the lights were all switched on. The beach is only a short 5 minute stroll away along side the shops and restaurants. Staying all inclusive... Read more

We booked Half Board in need of a rest in pleasant surroundings, we did not know this is a All Inclusive party venue, music and entertainment every night. Hotel exterior badly in need of painting, drab rooms and furnishings, balcony planting not watered or cared for, plants dead dying struggling and weed ridden, photographs were taken when hotel was new. Pool fountain only on when pool games were taking place, loungers in tight regimental rows without any space between,... Read more

Myself and my boyfriend visited here may 2016, the weather was just right and the hotel was amazing. The staff are extremely accommodating and make an effort to speak every language including German French Spanish and English (as you may find that English is the minority at this hotel, but I found this nice) The food was always hot and different every day, not bog standard all inclusive, and a generous list of drinks to choose from. It's about a 5/10 minute walk to the beach which has its own l... Read more

Family of 4 visited for 7 nights in mid-may. Mixed feelings about this "4" star hotel.. Pros: - Very clean room, which was cleaned daily and towels replaced as and when required - Small fridge in room - The older chap welcoming guests into restaurant was very friendly as were most of the waiters - Indoor swimming pool including jacuzzi (nice warm temperature) - Entertainment staff were very friendly - Food was well labelled and fish dishes were very tasty - Location, as beach only a 5-10 minute... When you are looking for a hotel for a couple or a family with children, you have found! With my boyfriend, we were the first time in this hotel and certainly not the last! During our stay at the hotel were several couples, families with children up to 15 in the entire hotel and a lot of seniors. What hinders us at all, quite the contrary. The program is a full day looking after amazing animators! I recommend using all inclusive - meaning breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner and drinks (alcoholic... Read more

Having read some of the horrendous reviews we were very sceptical about our forthcoming stay. However, we have just returned from a one week all inclusive and can honestly say, it was superb. All staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. Food was scrumptious with a huge selection for everyone's palates. If you fancy having a plated meal in a more select environment,Mary lunch in Cap Bleu. Gym etc looked professional but didn't try it. Rooms were very clean and towels changed daily - if requi... Room - the room is ok, although the furniture has its history :) but for the sleeping it is ok, I was sleeping there in the night and spent no other time there. Beach - hotel does not have its own beach, you go to beach about 5 minutes, beach is nice, clean, water is clear. I was very satisfied... Hotel swimming pool - nice and clean every day Staff - what I like on holidays in Spain is a everywhere smile - but not in this hotel and that was for me biggest minus of this hotel. Room wasn't bad, it had air conditioning and was very clean.hairdryer rubbish. Guests were mainly French and German, we didn't feel very welcome being English, We arrived at the hotel at 11am and had to wait 2 hours for our room. There were eight in our party and on the first night asked them to put two tables together which by the rolling of there eyes was too much trouble, I actually told them not to bother, the next night we pushed tables together ourselves and we told off! Fantastic - we've just returned from a 10 night All inclusive stay and really loved it! We were sceptical as had read some really bad reviews but I have to say they were all totally unfounded. As a family of 5 we had a junior suite and it was great loads of space, large TVs and a huge terrace balcony . The rooms & hotel throughout was spotless and the air conditioning was absolutely fine in the August temperature. The all inclusive covered everything that you would expect and nobody in our part... Just returned home from two weeks all inclusive at the Rei del Mediterrani. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the food was excellent. Our arrival flight was delayed and we did not arrive until 2am in the morning but the restaurant had been kept open for us and a full cold buffet was awaiting. The staff were friendly and accommodating. If I was to make one small criticism, it would be that most of the evening entertainment was 'village hall' average with just a couple of decent shows during the... Read more

There is nothing wrong with this hotel generally. Rooms freshly cleaned daily. I had bed and breakfast and there were no breakfast options that they hadn't thought of. The rooms were very spacious but if you don't have a pool view the balcony will look out onto the local hospital surrounded by trees. The shower just trickled water out so not great. My overall opinion is that if you over 50 and French. This hotel is perfect for you. All activities day and night are conducted in French/German. ... Read more

We stayed here for 10 nights and we all agree this is one v nice place to spend a late summer holiday. One of the best experiences of this trip was that the guests were a mixture continental Europeans. We went all inclusive which was fantastic as the food here was terrific (as majority guests were french I guess this had a large influence). The entertainments team were brilliant and lead fantastically by Mario they put on some super shows very funny and extremely entertaining ?????. We had a ... Read more

The pool area is clean and lots of sunbeds. The staff were all very friendly especially the entertainments team. The evening entertainment was very proffessional. We vacated our room in the morning but were given towels and shower gels to use in the spa area to freshen up before leaving late afternoon and a ... Read more

This hotel is very near the Hospital (its opposite). The reception staff are OK however are not over friendly with visitors (did not feel very welcome). The rooms are a little on the basic side, it is a tourist hotel in a tourist area so should not expect any massive luxuries with this property. Nice pool area , internet very very limited (Rei's policy) which is not helpful if out there for any kind of business. Food in restaurant was buffet style and actually quite good (have had a lot worse in... Read more
