I will start with the positives first. The Hotel itself is very clean throughout, reception staff a couple were more friendly than others. Marga (I think her name was) is a lovely girl and very helpful so was the gentleman who also worked reception. I found the cleaning staff all to be extremely friendly! Nothing was too much trouble in providing fresh towels for the 2 days that they don't clean your room. Food A good variety of food, you will no go hungry at any point. Waiters seem friendl... Just back and already missing this place. From the moment we arrived in reception to check in, to when we left yesterday, we felt so welcome, relaxed and like special guests. Holiday dates 13/9/15 to 27/9/15. Check in was very smooth and we knew straight away by how immaculately clean and smart the reception and room was that we were going to love this place. We enjoyed 3 lovely meals a day with plenty of variety. The entertainment was fabulous too, rangeing from a mime artist, flamenco, juggler... Read more

The hotel was well situated for all amenities, beach, bus stops, bars and restaurants. The food was excellent wide variety something for everyone. We had an apartment looking out on to tennis court nice and quiet if you wanted to relax. The entertainment was mixed even English entertainment. The staff were amazing they worked so hard could not fault them. Would highly recommend this hotel. The area around had everything you need from supermarket to gift shops. The beach was beautiful.

We got 'down-graded' to this place from Pollensa Spa which we weren't happy with in the first place, so we went with a heavy heart.. but to be honest it was alright. AI was ok: drinks were ok, food was usual 3* star (it may say 4 but it isn't really), it's edible but that's about it. We only ate there on the evening twice (though restaurants around hotel weren't much better tbh). Brekkie was so-so, the German majority seemed to like it but not to my taste. Lunchtime food was, again, ok. Guy on ... Read more

We stayed at Eden Lago for 9 nights, from 30th May to 8th June. First impressions were good, the reception area was spacious and very clean, Receptionist were always very helpful and friendly. We had booked one of the rooms with larger balcony, but we didn't realise we had one of the smaller larger balconys and the hotel wanted an extra 10 euros per night. We told them it wasn't worth it so to move us to a normal room, but they waived the cost so was fine. The hotel is mainly full of German ... Read more

Lovely clean hotel, wonderful friendly reception staff. Very polite and welcoming. Our room was superb, overlooking the lake. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels every day. Good variety of food to choose from. Pool and bar area very clean. All staff very helpful, cheerful. Lovely setting for a hotel, most of the guests were in bed by 11pm, very very quiet at night, the best sleep we have had in any hotel!! Would stay here again

Stayed for one week last summer. Hotel very clean and rooms fine. Meals are ok but should be used just for filling up rather than a nice dinner. Watch out for the undercooked meat on the grill. This hotel is miles away from Alcudia and too far to walk more than once. We like a European mix but we did feel very excluded due to this being a predominately German hotel. We would not dream of returning to this hotel but alcudia beach is fantastic. Top tip would be to stay actually in Alcudia ;)

The show is really funny and entertaining. The hotel is just 5 min walking from the beach, the hotel is quite and the workers very attentive and polite. For... Read more

Hotel was lovely, good sized pool with daily entertainment for all ages. Food was good with a constantly changing buffet, different meat each day alongside a local specialty. All inclusive bar was great, Estrella and sangria on tap with and mixer and daiquiris on request. Burgers and chips available throughout the day at the bar and unlimited icecream. Room was very spacious with a large bathroom and king bed with sofa and a fridge, didn't spend a huge amount of time inside so it wouldn't have... Read more

My husband booked us a cheeky 4 night break for my 40th birthday: We are an English couple in our 40's with a 4 year old little girl. Check in was quick, we wasn't told about the towel system, or kids club of how get to book in etc. We arrived late evening just before midnight and was told food was laid out for us but we never found it and decided to just go to bed and have an early start in the morning. We booked an apartment as we had seen that the studios was sofa beds - the rooms was clean, ... Read more

The reception are very kind and the services are correct. Disturbing are those room plastic white-drapes! Once openend, every other room around the pool can look into your room and there is no discrecy. That means; keep them closed at all times! Though I was there in the middle of July, it was full house! There are too many tables in the dinning rooms and you have too stumble around all the guests untill you get to your table. The same goes for the outside tables around the small pool (On the p... Read more
