Spent 10 days at Neptuno apartments. The apartments are clean and spacious. Really good shower. Kitchen facilities - Fridge, hob, kettle, toaster & microwave. Breakfast bar & bar stools. Nice balcony with pool view. Pool - Good size pool, plenty of sun loungers & parasols. Pool bar - Cocktails were poor & expensive. Apartment on a slight hill. Taxis were always a different price. Plus they tried to add $2.20 tourist tax most of her time. The walk down to the beach & main area was fine. Ov... Read more

Having read some of the reviews we were pleasantly surprised when we recently arrived at the Neptuno. The apartment was spacious and clean with a large separate bedroom, good sized kitchen area with toater, kettle and glass 4 ringed hot plate. we had a balcony over looking the pool. the bathroom was quite spacious with a lovely shower and plenty of hot water. We didnt see any cockroaches during our stay. The rooms were cleaned daily except on sundays and towel change was every other day. the ho... Read more

Booked a one bed apartment was given a lovely two bedroom that had been refurbished so my son had his own room! Bar food was great reasonably priced the whole place was spotless they have a great courtesy room for that last day! Yes it is up a hill but we walked everyday twice but got a taxi back on an evening unless we popped into The Pub great little bar with a nightly quiz. The only reason I dropped a star was because in 11 nights we never got our bedsheets changed it should be at least once a... Visited from 25th May - 1st June 2016. I asked through the estate agents for "Rooms close together and with as few steps as possible as I have MS and thus am unable to walk too far." What did I get? 127 steps down to my apartment! (No lifts) Fortunately it was just for one night as they transferred me the following day to just 26 steps! I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and well supplied. Parked outside on what looked like proper parking spaces, and despi... Read more

My grand daughteer and I went to Tenerife for half term and stayed here for 5 days. I had booked through a deal site with the eventual travel agent being Broadway Travel. The apartment was pleasantly large, not much hot water early evening, beds comfortable, we had a balcony overlooking the sea. Drinks in the bar was reasonably priced, we didn't eat anything here, preferring to try restaurants nearer the sea. The walk downhill to the beach takes about 20 minutes, it is steep and the terracott... Read more

From the arrival at the airport, boarding the transfer shuttle and being dropped off at Neptuno, our trip and stay was seamless. An evening arrival of 10.30pm we were greeted by a friendly face with a warm welcome. showed us to our room which overlooked the swimming pool and bar area from the first floor and a mega sun trap for afternoon sun until sunset. Very spacious, (only 2 of us in a 4 bed apartment) clean and well kept. Showers were basic but hot water night and day regardless and with ver... Read more

Stayed here for 1 week the apartments where clean and basic. The only thing i would say is that the apartments could have benefited with air con in one of the bedrooms as it had no windows. The other bedroom was great as it had a window which allowed the air to filter through. The mojitos are to die for at the bar

We stayed here 1st in 2010 and always said we would return. great location for us as we enjoy the quietness at night and only a short walk to the promenade. we thought it might look a little dated since our first stay but they have maintained it well. the Staff are very friendly and helpful, accommodation has all the self catering facilities you need and Its about 20 minute walk to fanabe beach and down the hill is a shopping mall with a huge supermarket. This time we did however discover a clos... Read more

We stayed here for 11 nights as part of a large group family holiday. We were one of the lucky ones who had a room that had recently been upgraded room 76. It had a pool view from the bedroom and a sea view from the livingroom area. The checkin was pretty quick we also got a safe which requires a ?20 deposit which you get back when your return the key. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with a corner suit in the livingroom which turned into a sofa bed. The plastic cover was on the mattress so I ... Read more

The apartments were clean and very spacious, the pools were both lovely; especially the heated one which is always quiet! We had a great view as we emailed prior to arrival to ask for a sea view. The pool bar does nice food and there is a supermarket & bakery close by. We wouldn't visit again as its too far away from the main resort of Costa Adeje.

We had read various reviews about this property and went with the positive reviews rather than the negative reviews as with most holidays price and quality matter this matched ours completely reception area was nice and welcoming you go through the pool and pool bar area to your apartment which were lovely yes you could see they had just been refurbished and the property itself was being painted . Very quant in the lay out of the property no high rise hotels around or in your view a lovely breez... Read more

Went here for 1 week in July. We stayed in room 57. This was facing the road. Some notice at nite but nothing to much to worry about. Pool was fab. Towards the end of the holiday there was a struggle for a sun lounger some days so had to get there early to get one. Our room was old interior but very clean. Towels and sheets changed once during the week. Staff very helpful. The rooms are in the middle of being modernised and from what I've seen they are going to look amazing. It's up a hill but a... (6 children ages 7-14 and 6 adults) Location yes it's up the hill and tbh we never walked up as it was only ?3.50 in a taxi from fanabe beach we did walk down on most days and takes about 10 mins so not a problem! Hotel itself is absolutely fine our room was lovely and recently refurbished with a sea view everything you could want in an self catering apartment. All the staff were really polite and helpful!
