Spent 10 days at Neptuno apartments. The apartments are clean and spacious. Really good shower. Kitchen facilities - Fridge, hob, kettle, toaster & microwave. Breakfast bar & bar stools. Nice balcony with pool view. Pool - Good size pool, plenty of sun loungers & parasols. Pool bar - Cocktails were poor & expensive. Apartment on a slight hill. Taxis were always a different price. Plus they tried to add $2.20 tourist tax most of her time. The walk down to the beach & main area was fine. Ov... Read more

Visited from 25th May - 1st June 2016. I asked through the estate agents for "Rooms close together and with as few steps as possible as I have MS and thus am unable to walk too far." What did I get? 127 steps down to my apartment! (No lifts) Fortunately it was just for one night as they transferred me the following day to just 26 steps! I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and well supplied. Parked outside on what looked like proper parking spaces, and despi... Read more

My grand daughteer and I went to Tenerife for half term and stayed here for 5 days. I had booked through a deal site with the eventual travel agent being Broadway Travel. The apartment was pleasantly large, not much hot water early evening, beds comfortable, we had a balcony overlooking the sea. Drinks in the bar was reasonably priced, we didn't eat anything here, preferring to try restaurants nearer the sea. From the arrival at the airport, boarding the transfer shuttle and being dropped off at Neptuno, our trip and stay was seamless. An evening arrival of 10.30pm we were greeted by a friendly face with a warm welcome. showed us to our room which overlooked the swimming pool and bar area from the first floor and a mega sun trap for afternoon sun until sunset.
