A large group of us visited this hotel and we couldnt fault it. The staff had arranged seating in the large dinning room so that we could all sit together. Food was plentiful and varied every day with lots of food cooked fresh whilst you waited. We were half board but yiu.can arrange to change your evening meal for lunch if you wish to. The rooms are spacious and very clean, most have some sort of sea view. Entertainment in the hotel was good also and bar prices not too expensive. The hotel... Read more

Really enjoyed our two week stay at this hotel. The staff and the service they provide was outstanding. The entertainment team was brilliant, one of them stood out from them all Ricardo!! What an amazing man he really made our holiday. The only downside we found was that the parents of some children didn't have control of them while the shows was on at night. This was very distracting for the audience and also for the entertainers but the entertainers did a great job to continue their act as b... Read more

We have stayed at this hotel before and have been pleased but not this time. The hotel has been refurbished and we upgraded to Star Prestige but this was a waste of money. Firstly the reception were not aware that we had upgraded. This was soon rectified. The only drinks you could get on the Star Prestige terrace were wine and water and fruit, no other options. Disappointing food not much variety unless you like pork!!!. On a plus note the staff were as friendly and helpful as they have always... Read more

After reading previous reviews, I was confident that our stay would be enjoyable, and enjoyable it was. Can not fault the hotel, Lovely food, beautifully clean rooms with modern decor. Pool area lovely with wonderful views of the beach and sea. No problem getting sunbeds at any time during the day. The one down side for us was it is definitely a hotel for the older holiday ... we stared at this hotel for a week all-inclusive, the rooms where spacious and spotlessly clean. The food was great, the only problem I found was that they served the same food every night. Although the bar stayed open until 12.30 the entertainment was over for 10.30. I thought the entertainment was very poor for such a fantastic hotel.

I have holidayed at this hotel many times since 1982. It's always been an excellent hotel. Rooms are now refurbished and are up to modern standards. Food has always been and still is top nokka. This hotel was built when there was virtually no other hotels in the area and space was in abundance. There's always sunbeds available. Writing this on my last day of the holiday. Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to all the waiting and bar staff for making this a great stay. They are all so happy and polite .The rooms were kept spotless by the cleaning staff. The room was of good size but could do with some draw space. The shower was really powerful (great). A nice touch was the staff coming round with fruit or ices by the pool and with shots or liquors in the evening. The food was of a good quality, English, Canaria, ... Read more

Just had a superb holiday at this hotel. Went half board and stayed on the third floor with a sea view. Good points:- On arrival, reception staff were excellent and very friendly. Special mention for Carlos and Mauren who were very professional and helpful and nothing was too much bother.. Thank you. Room was absolutely spotless, lovely and bright with plenty of plug sockets. Shower was amazing, probably the most powerful easy to use shower we've ever had. View was lovely overlooking the pools a... Read more

Stayed at the Bouganville Playa from the 21st-28th July on our honeymoon. I have already recommended this hotel to family and friends as my wife and I had a brilliant stay. I have never left a review before but really felt I needed to give credit where due. I'm not sure where to start as there were so many good points, first though should probably be the staff they were all so polite, happy and helpful with nothing too much trouble. I stayed at the Bougainville Playa in Costa Adeje with my two grown up daughters from 31st July - 6th August. We had a wonderful holiday and I would highly recommend this hotel. FIRST IMPRESSIONS We arrived in the early hours of Sunday 31st July, about 1.45 am. I don't know the name of the man on Reception at that time but he was very friendly and a lovely first impression for the hotel. If you wanted sheets changing then just leave a card on the bed to let the maid know. Shower was the best we have had in a hotel ever. Towels changed daily. Pool area very well kept and we always found 2 sun beds without having to get up at stupid o'clock. Pool towels changed everyday free of charge with an initial 5e refundable cost. Twice a... I have just come back from a 7 night stay at Iberostar Bouganville Playa with my partner and two friends. The greeting and check in was at good standard and quick! We had requested a sea view balcony/terrace room which we did receive. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable although asking for a double room you would expect a double bed instead it was two single beds pushed together but that's not a big disadvantage. Located within 2 mins from the beach and a 5 min walk to the Siam Park Waterpark. It was only about 20 mins by coach from the airport. Great hotel

We stayed half board, there is an all inclusive option if you prefer but it's about ‚?¨300 p/p supplement. We ate lunch out most days and enjoyed the local bars most nights and it worked out quite a lot cheaper and we appreciated the variety. The hotel restaurant provides a wide variety of food, they do a good job of feeding so many people but the result of managing the volume seems to us that the food is good but nothing special.
