We stayed one week and enjoyed it a lot. Very clean. Rooms are not huge by western standards but plenty spacious. Breakfast buffet is very good. Service was spectacular. Staff were very helpful and polite. They went above and beyond to help us with transportation and plans. We don't really recommend the rooftop BBQ. There are many excellent places to eat right in the vicinity. Hotel is in great area convenient to palaces, subway and artsy walking street. They offer free filtered water on each fl... Read more

This IBIS hotel is much more that the regular European IBIS hotels. The rooms are typical IBIS (when you wake up you would think you're somewhere in Europe) with the same furniture, bathroom and (very good!) beds as in all other IBIS hotels. The add-ons of this hotel: a gym, a guest's laundry, vending machines, etc. The hotel is centrally situated in Indasong, at *walking* distance from the Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung Palaces, the Jongmyo Shrine, Tapgol Park, the gwangjang market, etc. Ne... Great value hotel. Good location close to many tourist attractions with lovely little cafes and bars in the lanes nearby. 5-10 minute walk to subway. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very small but clean. No issues with the amenities, made use of the guest coin operated laundry and gym. Wifi was reliable. The roof top garden was a lovely surprise with views of N Seoul Tower. Breakfast was good but to be honest there are better breakfast options outside the hotel. Front desk staff were very helpful,... I just want to comment on the air conditioning since there has been much discussion. I spoke with the manager today and the a/c does work but for some rooms the a/c is regulated by the hotel and some rooms the a/c is turned off at night. We asked for a room on the tenth floor because those rooms are regulated by a room thermostat 24/7 if you leave your room key in the slot by the door. I hope this helps.

Easily reached from Jongno 3-ga Station (?路3??) Exit 4. I am Le Club Accor Hotels member and the hotel has kindly offered us an early check-in and check-out services which is definitely appreciated after a mid night flight. The room was clean with reasonable size. Overall I am very satisfied with this trip.

This is a nice, efficient hotel located close to many great restaurants, historic sites, and shopping districts. While it's a tad bit away from the metro (5ish minute walk) it's surrounded by a couple of lines which is nice. We stayed for over a week and our room was always well taken care of. We did not have breakfast in the location but other guests said it was tasty. I just returned from Seoul from 10 July to 16 July 2016 and had a great time there while staying in Ibis. The receptionists are attentive and the house security has always been so helpful. Even though the hotel is rather quite a walking distance to the station, there are many restaurants, cafe and convenient store around the hotel. In Ibis, there's a hot bath which I regularly go to after a long day walking, and they have a good gym facility. Thank you Ibis!

Breakfast buffet is 9,900 KRW and the quality is way better than the price. Good combination of typical continental breakfast and Korean dishes.
