...and indifference. There is no urgency or sense of service here; it is a hotel that is organized around big group tours. Thus, hordes from Japan and Hong Kong cycle through, being fed, sleeping, shopping, riding on big buses to obscure ceramic kilns, only to return to a room with expensive wi-fi and uneven air conditioning, with battered carpets and a funky, unidentifiable smell. Yet with all that said, this place is in a good location and nothing will offend you. The food is fine; it is typ... Read more

1. Hotel staff are brimming with indifference and apathy. 2. The rooms are old and dusty. 3. The breakfast is far from satisfactory. But that's not the worst part. Everything on the above is not that big of a deal, and can honestly be overlooked, but... 4. For US$130 a night, this hotel was quite a waste of money and is not where I would take a girl to impress them. The room is so old and is in desperate need of renovations. Also, they only offered one key for my room which was also inconvenient. What you're paying for is a very nice view, overlooking the Han river as well as its prime location, as it's near some of ... My stay was for 4 days.As I I checked in I had to hurry to conference briefing. The Taxi by the concierge was quick and later during my stay had no opportunity to venture to anything else. The turning down of the room as efficient. I did not encounter any staff members on my floor.Every part of it was pristine. With the cold wintery season the lift facing the river and the scenic beauty was awesome. The breakfast at the coffee shop was okay. Reasonable spread. The front office team were very ac... Read more

in the room, amenities are just ok. They do cleaning everyday, but all things are old-fashion and look old. The location is fine, near bus stop and subway station and surrounded by grocery stores, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. The views from elevators are great.
