We stayed in Hamilton Hotel in early April for 6 days. We could have 1 hour early check in from the normal check in time. + The location was convenient for us, muslim travellers. Just in front of the hotel there is elevator to go to Itaewon Line 6 subway station. Airport limo bus (bus # 6030, direct from and to Incheon airport) stop at Hamilton hotel station across the hotel. Surrounded by halal food and bakery shop. The triple room was well designed and upgraded, clean and comfortable. They pr... Read more

Hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Seoul but its got issues. On a busy night even on the top floor you can't get away from the noisy nightclubs at the rear. At the front it might be better but in Seoul drivers especially taxis use their horns all the time for no sensible reason so you're going to hear noise. And its a bustling city with a party atmosphere well into the early hours so for some thats just not going to be an issue. On to the room itself...mine is dirty. Drop a pillow on th... Read more

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights While the location was ideal, ie close to subway station and halal restaurants and the Central Mosque, unfortunately the hotel staff were not helpful, not very fluent in English and were not really happy to see us.

This is a great hotel with great location. Only negative comment is the outdoor pool should/needs to be open. Other hotel pools are open less than a mile away at the top of the hill. Why wait until June?

Rooms are overpriced for size and bathroom shower curtain was dirty. If they service so many international customers they should have transformers. Ice buckets available but you have to request ice from the front desk and pay 2,000 won. There is a surcharge for the pool 13,000 won for hotel guest.

The Hamilton is a fairly nice hote for the run down Itaewon district of Seoul. For those that enjoy nightlife and late night reveling this hotel may suite your taste but is not recommended for families or older patrons. The outdoor pool is popular and has a DJ that will appeal to a younger party crowd but may irritate families who have rooms overlooking it as the music will penetrate the walls. Behind the hotel are many bars and restaurants and a nice walking street but in front of the hotel is ... Read more

Stop here for the night and I can understand all the hype about this hotel. The location of the hotel is great.. Being located in one of the busiest strips in Seoul and right by the metro train station is a plus. Not to mention being surrounded by numerous shopping opportunities, various restaurants and clubs. The nightlife also make this hotel a very good choice. The rooms are comfortable of course but the location in my opinion what makes this hotel very popular. Y

Located steps from the subway station, in the middle of everything, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Large hotel room, large bathroom, technologically advanced room, wonderful toilet seat that washes and dries your butt hole. Room amenities include free facial masks to re-vitalize your skin. Nice gym for a hotel with free weights, dumbbells, and machines. Good breakfast. Now, they charge to use the outdoor pool which I thought odd. A very clean and comfortable hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and it is as good as last time. It is right in the middle of the nightclub/restaurant area of Itaewon so choices for entertainment and food are unlimited. I was on the 9th floor this time and it was much quieter than the 5th floor. The breakfast was very good and there was lots of choice. The room was clean and comfortable and very well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here many times for business. The hotel room is well maintained and up to date. Housekeeping does a great job cleaning the room. However, the policies in regards to the swimming pool is ridiculous. Firstly, I never stay at the room facing the swimming pool because of the loud music and screaming from the daily pool parties that take place there. Secondly, even as a guest at the hotel, I had to pay 10,000 KRW for access to the swimming pool, only to find out that I would have to pay... Read more

The Hamilton Hotel says it is a five star hotel but to me it is more like a three maybe low four star hotel. The rooms are very small. The interior is quite minimalist especially when you compare to the Grand Hyatt Hotel. The staff is professional and location is great. The price of around $120 is very reasonable for Seoul and for its location.

We booked this hotel in Itaewon because we wanted somewhere with a pool to relax before or after a day of sightseeing in the blazing summer sun. When we arrived we were told that there was a party at the pool on Saturday and Sunday - disappointing. I went to view the pool at 5pm on Saturday out of interest and was pretty shocked to find that it was more like a dirty night club - people everywhere (you literally could not move), all very very drunk, and smoking in and around the pool. I asked if ... Read more

its location is awesome for those people who pay their first visit to seoul or prefer night-life experiment. This hotel is in the middle of itaewon and surrounded by many local/exotic restaurants and clubs. And best part of it is its convenient transportation because it is located at the Itaewon subway station exit and also a shuttle bus stop between Incheon airport. although its an old building on the outside, its room facility is quite new.

The hotel is located in an excellent location but it's quite old hotel.. The only motivation for me to stay her is the Halal resultants and the location of the Masjid. The room is a bit specious with no fancy decoration. I think it's the best hotel in this area among others...

Rude and unaccommodating front desk management. Funny that ALL rooms are suddenly magically clean and ready at 2pm on the exact dot - the official check in time. What would it harm to release ready rooms when they are available. These small things and the rude assist. manager are reason enough never to return

I stayed in this hotel for 9 days. Very close to subway station. Hotel is located in a trendy area. They gave me room on 9th floor with a birds eye view of the surroundings. Many halal food restaurants and shops are only a few steps away from the hotel. You can have Turkish, Arab, Pakistani and Indian halal cuisine. Seoul Central Mosque is only a 5 to 10 minutes walk. Mosque is located on a hill and the steep walk up the hill might be exhausting for older people. It is clean cozy hotel. Staff ... Read more
