Selected on location and price, avoiding Sandton's notorious traffic. Should have known this cheap would come with challenges, just didn't expect 'dirty', barely adequate towels, not even a working vending machine for drinks or snacks. At least the linen was clean. I'll rather get a BnB in the nearby suburbs n this price range, but if you have to be walking distance from Sandton City at a budget this fits.

No restaurant and no bar as per photos, but very helpful staff. Rooms and especially bathroom needs urgent cleaning!!! Aircon does not work and bed light broken. Breakfast was standard. Shall I stay there again? Definitely no.

We made reservations to stay at this hotel for one night based on the pictures included on the website. The pictures are completely misleading. The rooms were a disaster. Ants and other bugs were everywhere and the carpets needed replacing. The bathrooms were dirty. The locks on the doors were very flimsy. We left and stayed in a nearby hotel. As we were leaving, we requested our money back and were told the morning manager would reverse the credit card charge. This did not occur. Do no... Read more

The hotel isnt well kept, staff however are friendly and helpful. Wifi is available on a prepaid basis. If you need to stay in central Sandton area and dont have a high budget or if you are unable to find a better booking elsewhere, this is an acceptable place. Dont expect a palace with these low rates.

The location of the hotel is good with it being near to nelson Mandela square and gautrain. But the room which we got was having air con in the hall and not in bedroom and the television was not working properly. So we changed our rooms. But things were still the same. We then left for nelson Mandela square. But when we returned at night, there was no tea kettle, no toiletries in the bathroom and the tv remote was missing. When we called the reception in the morning, we had to call thrice be... Read more

Everything is old and old fashioned, but clean and neat. I will only recommend the place for a very quick stay over. You get what you pay for unfortunately but very nice location in Sandton, its near to everything. If they could do a massive overhaul of the hotel it would be a massively nice located place.

The receptionist was an old man who has an eyesight problem. He was very unfriendly! The porter is the one who was friendly and tried to make our check in experience a bit better. The room was hot and stuffy when we arrived. The TV was not working. Thank God the aircon was working! But they only had aircon in the lounge and none in the bedroom. The bed was not comfortable. The only good thing is that the bath was humongous, so my partner and I could fit in comfortably. My stay here was not pleas... Read more

The hotel really offers value for money considering its location being walk-distance away from all you can need. They offer semi-standard service and breakfast. Staff is friendly but Open space parking is a challenge during this rainy season, with possibility of hail storms.
