This is the place to come to if you have a late night flight and want to get some work done during the day while you wait for your flight. Although check out time is at 11 AM, they will activate your card to let you use their business lounge. You have access to computers, printers, good WIFI, free soft drinks and Nespresso coffee. You can also use two showers in the lounge. The lounge can get busy when flight crews congregate there waiting for their shuttle, but is otherwise quiet. From time t... Read more

One of the good places to stay in Johannesburg with an excellent service, divine food and African traditional spa. Hotel is located in the business centre of the city ,closed to Gautrain station and to a huge shopping centre..

Enjoyed the Maslow very much. Comfortable with very efficient service. My husband had an accident whilst there and twisted his ankle. They strapped it up for him. Everyone was genuinely concerned about him. Recommended highly for everything and will definitely stay there again. Thanks to all concerned.

there for 3 nights having done the same trip exactly a year ago . Hotel staff just as friendly and helpful in all areas as before, room clean and tidy as before . Breakfast buffet well stocked. We managed to get our room earlier than stated. We needed a late checkout - extra R300 to make it 3pm.

I stayed at the hotel for a weekend. The most disappointing thing was that there was no wifi for more than 24hrs from Sat afternoon until sunday evening when I eventually left the hotel. The staff kept telling us that the service provider had been informed but I was disappointed with their complacent attitude. There are some positives about the hotel The hotel offers shuttle transfer to the nearby sandton shopping mall every thirty minutes until 2230hrs and this is a convenient service. If yo... Read more

I am exhausted! I was given a room on the second floor close to the lifts and hardly slept a wink. The rooms have such poor sound proofing that i could here the lifts coming and going throughout the night. It must be said that this was the case even with my white noise app on my phone playing at full volume. There was also constant bantering from security and other hotel personnel just below my window in the car park during the night and the same staff started washing cars early in the morning... The hotel is located centrally in Sandton, very conveniently for many large South African and global financial institutions. The staff are welcoming, accommodating, friendly and approachable. The breakfast has a good spread, although it is a bit repetitive.

The room was fabulous, with a super bathroom and comfortable bed. However, the location was not convenient for tourists (probably better for business travellers) The pool was a disappointment, as I tried to enter the water down the steps My foot slid away, fortunately I was holding the rail, but did not proceed as it felt dangerously slippery. We had room service, which came promptly , but was disappointing, the toastie being all crust and little sandwich, though the whole was well presented. Fr... Read more

I spent the entire day there on Sunday the 15th where I had my meals and drinks for the day there and I must say it was the best service ever I think the lady that was serving us was Lamique she is simply the best, she is very patient and helpful I mean we tested her patience as we accidentally kept spilling our drinks but always helped with a smile on her face
