The hotel is less than a mile from Suntec Convention Center, Chijmes, Little India, and Clarke Quay.

Hotel amenities include the outdoor swimming pool, spa services, exercise room, Straits Cafe by the Park, Pickles (Thai, Japanese, Italian, and local a la carte dishes), Palong Lounge, Gourmet Gallery, Coffee Club, People's Corner (convenience store), Turkish Kitchen, Cyberian City (Internet cafe), and Rendezvous Restaurant (western Sumatran cuisine). The hotel also offers room service (24 hours), concierge assistance, free weekday newspapers, 24-hour front desk service, valet laundry service, currency exchange, and courtesy shuttle service to Suntec City and the Central Business District (Shenton Way).
