The location of the hotel is ideal for those looking for a more authentic Singapore experience. Great food, shopping and exploring just outside the front door, but why leave when the hotel restaurant is THIS good! Baba Chews is a great introduction to classic Singapore dishes and drinks. The views from the pool are spectacular and the fitness center is well sized for a boutique hotel. All modern equipment. Great staff and beautiful rooms.

Considering how this is a brand new hotel, I had a pleasant experience here. The staff seem slightly inexperienced but very polite and accommodating the rooms were larger than a normal business class hotel room, but was a little underwhelming due to the lack of a bath tub the pool was great, it was extremely warm, and there are no additional facilities like a spa pool or an onsen. overall this hotel, if they can continue to improve would be spectacular. the buffet breakfast was great too, nice... Just had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Indigo. Deco of the hotel reminds me of Katong's Peranakan culture. The hotel location in Katong is fantastic. Food and more food .. right at it's door step and around! There is also shopping and supermarkets just next door at 112 Katong and behind at Parkway Parade. 15mins walk to East Coast Park where you can enjoy a walk along part of Singapore coast. Staffs are especially friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Stayed here for two nights during a recent business trip to Singapore. Hotel Indigo Katong definitely did not disappoint me with its spacious room and phenomenal design across the entire property. Hotel is located in East Coast with lots of history and eateries within walking distance. The hotel's restaurant also serves fantastic food. If you take a cab, it's only about 10-15 mins to downtown, which is super fast. Even if you stay in hotels within the CBD, the horrible traffic can easier ta... Read more

It's a new hotel in this area. Located in east coast road. Only about 300 m from nearest bus stop. The hotel's surrounding is very nice. The hotel itself is very instagramable. The lobby, the lounge, and every room is very unique. It's trying to be a time machine to take you back in time. The staff were very helpful.

Had a staycation for a night 2 days ago. Beautiful and cozy room with a great view of the streets of katong with us staying on the 12th floor. Staff was friendly but seems a bit disorganised during check-in. But it could be that the hotel is new. However, we were very disappointed when we stepped into the room and discovered there wasn't a bathtub. That was the deciding factor when we were choosing our hotel for the staycation. Check in was slow as the key system was down so they could not program keys at the front desk, so you had to take a seat and wait some time before your keys were ready. Other services were hit and miss but the front desk staff did all they could to make it a pleasant stay. Worth using UBER to get around and into town, 6 of us used the XL and it was c.S$18 so factor in a few cab rides and it's well worth staying here rather than tired older more expensive hotels in town.

When opting to celebrate my 35th birthday in Singapore, I knew I wanted a location that was trendy and had lots to do in the area. Hotel Indigo Katong was the perfect choice! It is a short taxi ride from the Changi airport (roughly 15-20 minutes). From the moment we checked in, it felt as if I was visiting old friends. The staff, specifically Mehvish, Ronald, Rashid, Esther, and Tuah were excellent. They offered great suggestions for food and nearby things to do. Take advantage of the walking to... Read more

New, clean and beautiful hotel. A little disappointed with its' breakfast though. Will book without breakfast next time. Near many eating places. Overall, very happy with the service and room. Will recommend to my overseas friends.

We wanted an authentic experience in Singapore and this hotel, the staff, the service and everything about it made it exactly so. Great location with easy access to all the best local food. We love so much the rooms, the views, the pool, the restaurant. We are definitely coming back for our next trip. The staff always made it a point to make us feel special like remembering exactly how we would like our coffee, greeting and remembering us every time we passed the lobby. Lovely people!

My fiance and I are celebrating our 6th anniversary and as budget permits we decided to just find a nice inexpensive stay-cation around Singapore to rest and relax over the weekend. I browse this Hotel thru the sponsored ads in Instagram, and seeing their rooms uniquely painted with wall art and their colorful furniture has instantly catches my attention. I went to Agoda to check on the pricing and find the rate reasonable, hence, we booked 1 night. Well, all I can say is IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! ... Read more

Great weekend getaway. Hotel is nicely located in the Katong heritage district. Looks to do and see. Walking distance to nearby malls. Room was nice with the Peranakan theme. Absolutely loved the carrom board table. Can't remember the last time I played a game of carrom. Baba Chews served delicious food for both dinner and breakfast. Price was a little steep though. Highly recommended to visitors and locals alike. Great service staff too! Already thinking of my next visit!

As a lover of Peranakan/Nonya culture this hotel satisfies that love. Open the room door and the decor hits you, what a brilliant hotel. As an added bonus the staff are also .brilliant and helpful, very professional. Definitely the place to stay in Singpore at the moment and hopefully for some time to come. A very very comfortable bed.

Our staycation at Hotel Indigo Katong was absolutely wonderful as the hotel's/room's interior transported us back to how Peranakan/oldskool Singapore was like. The infinity pool at the rooftop was also great! The view of Joochiat/Katong from up there was stunning...especially towards the evening. And for some reason.. the bedroom slippers that were provided in our room were extra fluffy and comfortable..a first that we've encountered based on our past hotel experiences.. great job Hotel Indigo! ... Spend 7 glorious days. From when we walked in to the end, we have been poiled by the attention given to us by the staff, from reception to manager. The place is a delight for all senses. Tastefully decorated, bedrooms are roomy with all you can ask for. Bedding was very comfortable. The view from the rooftop is pretty awesome over the swimming pool. I ran a few times at the gym overlooking the city on the 16th floor, memorable. We will surely be back.

It is a new hotel, and I am very impressed by the cafe latte upon my check-in! The design of the hotel is very trendy but with multi culture elements. I believe it is a good choice both for travelers and business staying. The only problem is the transportation, since it is quite far from the subway so I have to take taxi everyday to the destination. In terms of staying, it is very convenient. I booked this hotel for my wedding anniversary and we both loved the room to bits! i like how well thought-out the decor was, small gestures such as the complimentary rabbit sweets to the carrot table which could be played on, to the sewing machine table below the sink! We also received a handwritten greeting card and chocolates for our anniversary, really very thoughtful of them!

Step into the hotel and you will see Peranakan theme designs welcoming you at the Reception. We have to wait for the rooms initially, but no worries as the welcoming drinks of ice latte & tea set the tone for a great stay while waiting for the room. The room's design setup is even more unique! Sewing machines, sandals (which has a note to explain what these sandals are), carrom board, clock on the side of your bed table, all these makes us feel the uniqueness of the hotel. The staff in every department were welcoming, friendly, attentive and knowledgable. Freshly cooked breakfast from a menu each morning was just a delight and so refreshing. The Katong area is a wonderful safe district to explore with lots of great food outets close to this lovely hotel.

A definite place to consider if you're visiting the eastern suburbs of Singapore. The hotel has a nostalgic Peranakan theme, with lots of little notes for visitors (and locals!) to learn more about the local Peranakan culture. Warm and friendly staff with excellent service. Really enjoyed our stay there!

Room deco was exquisite. With the touch of Peranakan culture. The open concept of the bathroom allows the room to have the open space feel. View was great from 14th floor. Overseeing the building. However, there are some things that seems unnecessary to be in the room. Facilities are simple and great.
