I was running the Spartan Race in Singapore last May 7th. Knowing the race would be in the Tampines Ave area, a local recommended Changi Cove because of its proximity. Changi Cove is a well run hotel. It's most striking feature are the lush forest grounds its surrounded by. Massive trees very near the buildings. The room was not too big nor fancy at all. But it all worked. No room service. The food at the restaurant was average. One expects a lot from Singapore. Changi Cove is the perfec... Read more

I spent a night in that hotel, I chose it because of it's proximity to the airport and it looked nice on the pictures. Well it is a nice hotel, rooms are nice and comfortable, even get your own nespresso machine. Although I booked twin beds instead of double bed and those beds were pretty small, and there is no fridge in the room, in Singapore that's an issue. It's very close to a village with a lot of restaurants, so you have plenty of choice.

Had a great stay during 1st May 2016. Though location is far from city, but the experience is very good, highly recommend for relaxing purpose. Upon arrival, we were attended by Lionel (hope i get his correct name). He was patiently explain the booking details and also advise the attractions around hotel. Instead just explaint how to get up to the room, he also personally lead us to the direction to room. Thanks again his extraordinary service. Room size is not that kind bigger room, however... The Changi Cove Hotel is conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport. Flights from the US often arrive in Singapore in the middle of the night and depart from Singapore very early in the morning so it is nice to have a hotel which is close to the airport. The hotel is rather unusual with guest rooms on levels separated from the reception and conference facilities. This requires using two elevators separated by a short walk between buildings. The guest rooms are small but comfortable. A... Read more

A largish group (around100) from several countries attended an annual corp conference. Rooms were small and utilitarian. Took forever for hot water to start. We actually joked that hot water is just ambient Singapore temperature of around 32c. Conference set-up, rooms, audio, projection systems were pretty good and food was pretty good. Some cutlery and glassware wasn't as clean as it could have been and had to be sent back. Overall, not bad as a cut-rate corporate conference location. Desp... Read more

I spent one night here and arrived late at night. The reception is open 24 hours and the staff were warm and freindly despite the late hour. The rooms are fairly small but definitely adequate and the Nespresso coffee was a nice touch. The shower was so powerful I was almost knocked over! The breakfast was plentiful and tasty and the overall feel of the hotel is boutique style and very friendly. i. Went there for a church retreat for a weekend. And I was totally impressed! - This hotel felt like it's specially designed for conference, retreat, seminars etc. So it has alot of amazing resources catered for this kind of applications. (And I checked their marketing card, it is catered specially for these purposes.) o Clean room, modern and simple. It provides you with whatever you need. o Comfortable bed. o Shower that has great water pressure. o It was a wall dedicated for you to be creati... Read more

The place is near airport and there are some nature encounters like beach, greenery and island escapade. A place where we can have all this in a single location. Here is my review on Changi Cove: - Hotel Environment: Before I booked this place and I have personally research on the haunted places in Singapore and this area is a place where army barrack, hospital are located and there are many stories around this area. Close to the airport and not too pricey. Though location is a bit remote, it makes the hotel calm and serene. If you get to visit it during the rains, its a wonderful experience. A cup of coffee, birds chirping, light rainfall, makes the day. With a wall in the room where u can scribble and a hanging wicker chair in each room, it is ideal for some reflection alone. And with Changi village nearby you have a lot of options for food. If you dont want to be in the crowds and want to stay close to na... Read more

We stayed here as part of a conference. It is a rather lovely place in terms of its greenery but its location from the CBD is perhaps a slight disadvantage. However it is possible to get to the CBD via a combination of buses and MRT. The bus systems in Singapore are very good but some of the bus drivers are a little strange and do not tell you the bus fare so you throw anything in. The staff at Changi Cove is its absolute asset. They are incredibly helpful in so many ways, always friendly and... Read more

I've come to Changi Cove a couple of times, for both a Church retreat as well as a personal retreat. Very nice place and very suitable for a retreat. The ambience and feel of the place takes you out of the hustle and bustle of Singapore. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. And I love its write-able walls. The hotel has been there for 3 years and yet there is no room service. The breakfast selection was limited. There is no ketchup on the table, so u have to ask the waiter for it. They will give you a verysmall bowl of ketchup. The housekeeping services were poor. Parking your car at the carpark is so troublesome as u have to go to the frontdesk to ask for the complimentary carpark card every single time u want to leave the hotel.

It's nicely tucked away in a corner of Changi which means it's not very accessible; but that also means it's a great place for a retreat. They have a Nespresso machine in the room which I love. And you can have fun by writing on the walls with a marker. It has a very young feel, with a red bean bag on the floor. Most of their staff are young too, but they do a very good job of helping their guests.
