Pleasant stay in a busy area. ideally suited for visiting the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources. Not much in the area from a tourism perspective. No restaurants of interest in the area. Quite a long drive (+/- 45 minutes) from the airport.

We had one training Session "Emotional Intelligence" in may, which was well organized by the hotel Staff, staff was very co-operative and they helped us a lot to make this event successful. Beside the very good accommodation facility i can say with out any hesitation that Hilton Garden is providing 5 star event management services.

The HGI Riyadh is like a home away from home; convenient, good quality of service and offers, easily accessible, good amenities, comfortable and with the staff always going out of their way to ensure your expectations are met.

Convinient and clean, rooms have good space, but the aircon... Absolute need in The Kingdom, is like having a truck the whole night in the room. The best is the Turkish coffee in the cafeteria downstairs, it is one of the best in Riyadh. Breakfast is also quite good

The staff is very good but the building is a big disappointment. The rooms and bath room need a full renovation The rooms are clean but the walls , ceiling and furniture need a complete overhaul .This is not like Hilton Hotel , a local three/two star hotel will have such condition of room. The staff does everything to accommodate the guests and look after the needs. Mr Mohammad Zahrani a front desk staff could not do more to accommodate, night Porter Mr Mousa and waiters in restaurants and Suad... Read more

We arranged a business trip to Riyadh staying for just one night. Having stayed in this hotel chain all over the world we were delighted there was one in Riyadh. We are Diamond Members. As we were arriving to the city early we arranged for early check in. Staff were on hand to greet us and a porter helped us with our luggage. The reception staff told us that our room wasn't quite ready but that they would give us an executive room in the meantime. We were shown to a room on the 6th floor. I... Read more

This was my home for nearly two weeks in Riyadh. The large room was clean and efficient; the breakfast and dinner buffets offered numerous selections both western, Middle Eastern and Asian, and the quality of the food was excellent; and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Look forward to returning.

Good Experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for others in my company who are visiting Riyadh. Only one small request to the hotel management - Breakfast menu can be improved slightly. I'm still seeing the same options.

Other than the location of the hotel, there is actually nothing great about this hotel. The location wherein this hotel is has literally 10s and 100s of small and large hotel brands, and the facilities provided in the hotel are not really extra ordinary

I will be brief. For a Hilton, the standard of this hotel is too low. The rom and lobbies give a bad smell. The carpet and funiture are dirty. The furniture is all scratched. The decor is at least 5-7 years old. This hotel badly needs renovation and a makeover. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is good but options are limited. They could add 3-4 more options.

Hilton Garden Inn is one of my three favorite places to stay in Riyadh. I am always there on business travel. The rooms are ok to me and the more up in the tower the more quitet they are from the street noise. The hotel is located close to the city centre of Riyadh. The restaurant is very good and up to Hilton standards. I love the desert buffet. there is no executive lounge, but I do not miss it. By all means avoid to be in Saudi during Ramadan. Decent hotel in the heart of Riyadh. I stayed for 1 night. The room was spacious. Strangely, the in-room dining menu was torn. I ordered a biryani which was good in quantity but average in taste. The order taker was prompt. Had issues with the air conditioning control which switched off irregularly making the room humid in the night. Good breakfast buffet spread. However, the cappuccino from the coffee machine was tasting of burnt milk. Overall an average experience at the Hilton Garden Inn R... Read more

The Riyadh Hilton Garden Inn is truly a 'home away from home', and I can't think of where I would rather stay. The entire staff is friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful. The rooms are large and well-appointed. For the businessman, there is a good-sized desk and a very comfortable (think corporate office style) desk chair. Also side tables, sofa, etc. where one can spread out files and papers.

Excellent staff cooperation and service. Great Gym facilities, liked esp the Precor stretch trainer. Best options for vegeterian in breakfast. One should not judge from the presentation of common interiors / front desk as they do need an uplift for a better feel; you got to stay to experience the service. Overall great experience as the Front desk and management ready to customize and ensure the comfort and satisfaction. Looking forward to my next visit. Cheers!

I have to admit to some trepidation as a lone female traveling to Riyadh. Business travel for a woman can be challenging enough in Europe and the United States. Saudi Arabia just might have its own twist. That I fell prey to a gypsy cab from the airport did not bode well. As soon as I walked through the glass doors at the Hilton Garden Hotel in Riyadh, everything was all right. Check-in went smoothly, the room was welcoming, the mattress and pillows were just what I needed after a long flight.... Read more

This hotel and the service from the staff have far exceeded my expectations! My room is large, quiet and comfortable, the staff have all been great, especially in the restaurant and at the front desk and nothing (so far) has been too much trouble.. I am staying 12 nights and so far everything has been excellent. There isn't much space in front of the hotel as others have noted, but there is a small open terrace at the back which catches the sun, a small gym and it's perfectly pleasant. No 5th ... Read more

First time here, it looks hotel is pretty old. I got "upgrade" to Twin Room. For 700 SAR corporate rate, I am expecting much more. No dental kit in the bathroom, room is very dark. Prices of room service (food) are very expensive. AC is very noisy. Breakfest are fine, I would expect more fresh vegetables. Selection of bread is poor. Almost everything was sweet (tsste of the bread).

Hotel was fine. Breakfast was pleasant enough. Room was clean, bed comfortable and the staff were so welcoming and polite, always helpful and took time to ask how I was enjoying my stay. The hotel has a nice environment somehow. At the time of writing they are working on the new metro system which has caused some disruption to the road system. I was never disturbed by any noise. For a city hotel it was quiet. If traveling by road from kingdom tower direction i.e you would pass the hotel on ... Read more

Here are my observations: Pros: 1) Breakfast is good and there are small changes made to the menu every 2-3 days 2) Location is good and is close to many offices 3) Staff is friendly and helpful. Here I would like to mention the name of Mohammed Zakir who takes care of my room.
