Regrettably I have only stayed for three days due to work, but I have to say that this hotel is beautifully run. They have at least five superb restaurants where the food is created and prepared with real artistry, a wonderfully refreshing swimming pool, squash courts‚?¶ The staff are amazingly courteous and professional, without however being over the top, and they'll be seen truly happy to meet and greet their guests. There are over 160 prestigious shops in the tower, but do remember to br... Read more

I spent one night at this fantastic hotel in center of Riyadh. I booked Deluxe Room which was big in size with amazing view over the city. Check-in was smooth and room service also was good. Food quality is amazing. The only thing that they should rethink about it, is the breakfast price which is much over normal 5 stars hotel price (180 SR).

With its Pearl Floor that is only for women ANd has a fitness center for women, this hotel may be the only one for women who want to stay physically active while traveling. I wish every aspect of the hotel was open to women, but, given the standards in other hotels there, this one is the best for women. In addition to Pearl Floor and fitness center, there is A) a tea-room for the women that has lovely continental breakfast in the morning and sweets in the afternoon, B) a 'grill' restaurant on le... I had an Iftar with my friends on 15th June, 2016 and to say the least the most disappointing Iftar I had in last few years.. To start with the it was extremely crowded and took us 20 mins just to enter and give our car at valet. Moment we enter the tent we realize we have made a huge mistake as it was crowded and the tables are placed so close to each other that you cannot move without disturbing the person next to you. Chair was extremely uncomfortable and cutlery was not up to mark. Now come... Read more

My family and I had Iftar at the Tent (that's what it is called) and i must say it was simply amazing. The variety of food was endless and the desserts were simply mouth watering. It isn't on the cheap side so keep that in mind if you are thinking of visiting. Everything was impeccable so prepare yourself to over indulge.

Perfect place to have a special dinner with your family or even your lover. Lovely plAce, perfect atmosphere and delicious food. I recommend this place as one of the best places in riyadh. The only bad thing is the parking valet you have to wait too much to have your car specially if there is a special occasion there.

The service level was consistent and flawless throughout the several times I've been in this hotel over the past year. I enjoyed the dinner in their restaurant very much, nice food - seating however not always suitable for a business discussion, thus try to make a reservation early on to catch few places "at the side". Staff very customer oriented. Clear recommendation.

The staff was super friendly. The most amazing thing is being at the women floor the gym was accessible 24/7. So being on a business trip with a jet lag was no problem. The room was a bit warm for my taste though; I am used to setting the AC at an extremely low temperature. But they changed the setting in no time even after me lowering the temperature from the controller was no good for me.

Security guys at the hotel main entrance and the other one leading to the mall were professional with very good attitude, treating us as valued guests.

I stayed here with my husband as we were looking at moving to Riyadh for my husbands work. As it was my first time to Riyadh, I was unfamiliar with wearing an abaya and as I was given one, which was too big, I was trying not to trip over!!. However, the moment we walked into the lobby and checked in I relaxed. Overall, Nice place and good stuff. I stayed there with my wife for only one night. The room was large and luxury clean. The Sahoor dining buffet was awesome. Variety of dishes from different cultures. I love the fact that my wife could go for shopping in the Kingdom Center without having me driving in the full traffic in the middle of the city. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the Kingdom Center. It was so small. I was shocked the time I visited it.
