I booked online with credit card and arrived at the hotel. The customer service guy told me in broken English that no room is available. I asked him that why they showed online that they have rooms and how come they let me book room online if they don't have rooms. He responded with fun that "yes, but we don't have room". Like it is a joke. Imagine I went all the way after long journey, with my luggage, I left my taxi, now I have to find a hotel by walking in the such hot weather, traffic. I sta... Read more

The hotel building is pretty old but the rooms and services are good. Except the split AC in the room which made a constant sqeeky sound. Also they didnt have enough plugs in the room. As the hotel is located at a hill, they offer a 24/7 free shuttle service to the main road leading to haram which is very convenient. There are alot of choices in breakfast buffet but the quality could be improved. Overall a good hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights with my Family. We were given a junior suite which was very old fashioned and the room needed restoration desperately. The shower was only 60cm by 60cm. with a curtain. I could not fit in the shower , shocking. I would not give this hotel the 4 stars it claims. The rooms were small and cramped up. For what I paid I am really disappointed.

Stayed for 3 nights in a suite of 2 rooms. It was reasonable. Breakfast included in the deal. Lot of choices for breakfast but menu could be improved. It is near to the Haram but As it is located on a hill, it is not recommended for elderly people. Although there is shuttle available but it only drops off the hill and still you have to walk to Haram. Staff I met with were friendly and courteous.

The place is close to the sacred mosque, the only issue is that it is over a hill. They do have a bus service, but it is often during the day. It is about 10- 15 minutes walk from the gate of the Haram, but if you are travelling with seniors then please skip this hotel. The room are ok and should be mistaken with a 3 Star in the US. The breakfast is fine. The wifi is weak in our room, just heads up
