I've spent 4 days at this hotel for January 2017 Umrah Trip. So glad that the travel agent book us this hotel as this hotel is one of the closes one upon the ajyad road, literally you can see the hotel from the Mosque ground. The room was a little crampy, but overall everything was ok. The bathroom is adequate. The food was all good and abundant. I even managed to eat at late brunch and they still served really well. The escalator is very full and impossible to use on after pray times, but I th... Read more

Extremely opportunist attitude of the management and a very bad experience of staying, we were here for 16 days after Haj but the housekeeping was very bad you have to slip in money to get the job done, security and reception staff were very rude the linen was average and bathrooms need renovation very soon. No view from rooms

Booked through Cosmic Tours of Mumbai who have block book some rooms for peak season. The hotel location is excellent for these peak seasons as its very close to the various access points ti enter the Haram (note in Ramadaan these access points were opened. Not sure outside Ramadaan). Cosmic managed the check in process as smooth as they could given you had 200+ rooms checking out and 200+ rooms checking in at same time. We had a quad room with a small lounge and view of the haram. It was livabl... Read more

I consider this hotel as 2.5 star in terms of services. I also feels that the price is too high for 3 nights stay in order to perform Umrah. The hotel is very close to God house (Ka'abah) and other shopping malls which is positive. The hotel staff are not helpful at all. The room service is totally poor. No other facilities including in the room like hot water kit for quick cup of coffee or tea. My room window view is very ugly and scary. Restaurants food are the same for every day? In any way I... One of the two Rooms was good with Haram view. Location excellent since it was just across the road to Al-Haram. Service was extremely poor. I had booked my room through but the hotel had no information with the reservation code provided by the website. I had pre-confirmed my reservation with the hotel before stay but when we arrived they couldn;t locate our reservation. It took more than an hour to check us in. It is painful when you are accompanied with kids and senior citizens and... Read more

HORRIBLE is one way to summarise our stay at this hotel. Our tour operator had booked us in and we finished Umrah really late so crashed at night. I was already sick when I landed and the hotel room didn't make things better, it was dusty with wallpaper ripped off and stains in the washroom, the tiles were dirty. The staff acted like they were doing us a favour by letting us stay there! When I woke up the next day, I had lost my voice because of all the coughing at night (LOADS of DUST, did I me... Read more

This Hotel looks great as an image on a catalogue with it's supposed 4 star rating and contemporary lounge area... However do not be fooled, the customer service here is appalling. The rooms are ridiculously tiny and they cramped 5 beds in a twin room! The bathrooms are disgusting with mould and dirt everywhere and a bathtub which a minion would just about fit in to. This hotel is not one I would ever recommend to anyone. Glad it's being knocked down!
