Our first trip to Russia. We didn't know what to expect, being brain washed by our fearless leaders. OMG it was wonderful!!! The hotel was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The room was large, clean and decorated beautifully. The location couldn't be beat. I had some tummy issues and bunkered down in my room for a day. Someone from the hotel heard about it and brought me camomile tea. I can't say enough about this hotel. Stay there if you have the... Read more

The Ritz Carlton is an excellent business hotel in Moscow, centrally located, but make sure to have club access. Indeed, the lobby is massively overcrowded by business people, hotel clients, drivers and security and therefor, the club lounge is a necessity. There is a different level with stunning view over the Kremlin, excellent concierge and free food and beverages until 10pm.

Ritz-Carlton Moscow is an exquisite 5 Star hotel, with excellent service, great location as it is walking distance from the Red Square, the Kremlin as well as from the Bolshoi Theater. The lobby is nice, although not sufficient for the number of guests and visitors..so returning from a long day, it is very possible not to find a space to have a coffee or a glass of champagne. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, amenities are of high quality and housekeeping is very good. We booked a Deluxe ... Read more

We had very high expectations re this hotel (well this is a ritz Carlton after all!) and this hotel delivers perfectly. Excellent service from both desk and concierge: For example, I was convinced the check out time was 3pm (it was in fact 1pm!) but the service desk didn't say anything about our mistake, and didn't charge us for the late check out (they could have!). Nice one. The concierge was also excellent in accommodating our different bookings and give us some good tips re restaurants/activ... Read more

Apart from a perfect location, this property is consistent with the Ritz style decoration, attitude, pricing and comfort. "O2" roof top bar is the best photo spot with the Kremlin serving as a backdrop - and the most pricey bar in Moscow. Many historical sites are within a short walking distance. Thin walls - could hear our neighbours phone ring and hummed conversations.

I have been coming to Moscow for many years. I invariably stay at the Ritz. It is simply the best. I have had to stay elsewhere from time to time but it always a let down. The rooms are nice, the ambience brilliant and the staff are superb. The gym and spa are very good and there is now a great choice for restaurants
