I have stayed at Several St Regis hotels and this one was certainly on par. You never know what you are going to receive in Moscow, so this is quite a treat. I was upgraded to an Aston suite, It was spacious, well appointed and I loved the heated marble floors in the floor. The complimentary buffet breakfast was incredible on many levels. There were several fresh squeezed juices, breads, jams, fruits,, pastries, and sausages to choose from. We ate like camels and skipped lunch each day.. The... Read more

Outstanding hotel in the St. Regis family, the attentiveness of employees is top-notch and you get a butler!!! My first time having a butler in a hotel and it was a very nice experience. Really liked getting two items pressed for free every day. The room was a bit on the smaller side but I lucked out by having the only room in the hotel with a view of top of Kremlin and St. Basil Cathedral, so that more than made up for that. Perfect for couples, kind of a waste if you are travelling solo.

Stayed at the St Regis for my first visit to Moscow, you feel the history in this hotel, very nice and spaced rooms with butler services. The breakfast is very special and rich, every day i would see either the F&B manager or her assistant going through the tables to make sure everything is OK, which was very good of them and professional. Every time I visit Moscow I pass by for a cup of tea at the lobby.

We've recently stayed in the hotel for four nights and despite some positives were overall disappointed by our experience. To start with the positives - the location is great for visiting major sites, the breakfast, while not comparable with what you'd get in similar Asian hotels, is reasonably good with rather efficient service and nice local touches, the spa and pool are not overwhelming but good enough for a city hotel. Unfortunately for us the negatives related to our suite and service out... Read more

Good hotel. Good service. Big rooms. Very clean. Quite modern. However a fancy bar is clearly missing and you can't stop the AC fan which is quite noisy. Feels like you sleeping in an Airbus!! But otherwise it's a good hotel. Well located 5mn walk from Red Square

Attended a conference fort time in Moscow and stayed at St. Regis as recommended by Trip Advisor as I had two options too. Check in was very smooth and receptionist was very friendly and professional. I booked an Astor Suite and it was an amazing suite with high roof. The hotel is in the Centre of Moscow. The staff are very helpful and supportive. Buttler service was provided along with the suite. I would recommend a room overlooking inside of the hotel and not a one on the street as it will be... The staff members are all nice and smiling. The room was pretty and well equipped, including a complementary ironing service, which is ideal for business or events. The breakfast was lovely! Improvement point : we had to call the reception to fix a number or small issues.

Hotel is every bit a 5 star hotel. The room was well appointed, service impeccable, and the staff spoke excellent English. Breakfast in the restaurant was fit for a Tsar. Cost in USD made this stay very affordable. This was my second trip to Moscow and I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 5 nights in our first visit to Moscow , the room is large enough to hold an adult extra bed, towels changes two time a day with at least 8 bottles of water in our room at all time. Breakfast is serve in the Italian restaurant every morning with lots of selection and fresh squeeze juice. Less than 10mins walk to Red Square and a Metro station located next to the hotel. There are an excellent burger and steak restaurant right next to the hotel , food there are great and reasonab... Read more

Hotel was very pretty and luxurious. Our room was big, the shower was super spacious, with a great rainfall showerhead and a nice tub. Bed was very comfy. Love the one touch light switches and all the golden tone accents. Side table with built in night light was a nice touch. Got our own butler, which is basically a person that shows you all the in room features, explains hotel amenities, also in charge to bring you complimentary tea 24hrs. Staff was friendly and spoke great English. Location... Read more

We stayed here in June and something was definitely off! The check in was friendly, but immediately we had some issues: we were in two connecting rooms with our teens, and right away the handle in their shower fell off, two nails fell out of the shower door, and they found some trash (Subway wrappers and soda) leftover from a previous guest in the side table drawer! Yes, a butler came and introduced herself, but in the four mornings we stayed there and asked for coffee to be delivered, it almost... Read more

Rooms were large and spacious. However very hot during summer, the room's air conditioning did not provide enough air circulation and at night it was rather hot and stuffy. But what i like was their 24/7 'hotline/sms' system where you could ask them anything when you were out, from directions to transactions.

I chose this hotel to propose to my, now, wife. Concierge was extremely helpful to schedule everything (from the dancers to the photgraphers). When we were there the hotel just opened (May 2013) and it was a Kempinski. We got a splendid One bedroom suite with a view on the KGB square. We had a vodka degustation during our stay which was amazing. Great staff, great hotel and good experience. Visiting moscow is a must do.

We travel a lot and have stayed at many luxury hotels but this is NOT a luxury hotel. at all. Poor A/C (Air conditioner service). Didn't sleep because was so hot in our room. No clock, TV remote didn't work. Took 2 days to correct problem. Lot of aggravation. This hotel is far from luxury. To get an adapter to recharge phone is special project involving sign paper. If didn't return charge 2000Rub. The cost of this peace is $2.00 The food at the breakfast was cold. Had problem with some staff t... Read more

The hotel is well positioned, a short walk to Red Square, right on top of a metro station and with a number of reasonably priced restaurants and bars nearby. In general it is well appointed and the staff are helpful. However since I spend 150+ nights a year in hotels (mainly Starwoods), let me be picky. This hotel's culture focusses too much on what I call superficial customer service ... the constant "How were your eggs?", "You will love your room." and so on. That's not a bad thing, but s... I've died and gone to heaven. Comfy bed and pillows. When I complained that the room was too hot, they made it cooler. Extraordinary buffet breakfast (caviar and champagne anyone?). Beautiful pool and gym area. And of course, personal butler service which came in handy for last minute dinner reservation changes.

As soon as you enter the hotel you immediately get into a enveloping atmosphere of luxury and serenity. You can even feel a very pleasant flavor in the lobby of the hotel. No one is in a hurry here, the time goes very slowly. This is something you can hardly find in the center of Moscow today. We have organized an event in the Rooftop hall and booked a room for one night. The hotel's crew is a truly professional team which strives to do everything to make the client happy. This hotel is how you dream of travelling in Russia. Old school style, with magnificent doomed ceiling entrance, thick carpets and a genteel atmosphere. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and chandeliers, plenty of cupboard space and a butler to bring you tea and coffee, or polish your shoes. The gym and swimming pool were well equipped and made for a pleasant experience. I have stayed at over 250 hotels across Four Seasons, Starwood and Ritz/Marriott brands over the past 20 years in consulting. After my stay at Moscow St Regis in July 2016 I put this hotel in the top 3. The property is on par with luxury of a Four Seasons George V. The service on par with Tokyo Okyra hotel. My wife and I had the pleasure to stay 5 nights at Moscow St Regis in July 2016. The property has the look and feel of a 19th century palace. The service was impeccable with English speaking... This hotel is just lovely! The lobby is beautiful, rooms are comfortable and well appointed tho the light switches were tricky. The pool is a serene spa- relaxing. The buffet breakfast is fresh, delicious and extensive. Red square is a 5 minute walk away-take the pedestrian street a 1/2 block from the hotel. Safe and amazing at night!

We spent 6 great nights at the St Regis in July 2016. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from Red Square along a nice pedestrian street. We visited some of the other top hotels (Four Seasons, Metropole, Park Hyatt) and liked our location the best. There is currently a lot of road construction in the center of Moscow and the St Regis is not impacted by the construction-- unlike other hotels. Our room was large, extremely clean and comfortable. It looked out on an interior courtyard--... Read more

The Sheraton St Regis Hotel is an excellent place to stay, very elegant and has great service. They provide a Whatsapp number so you can request any service or reservation even if you are not at the hotel. The breakfast brunch included as part of your stay is wonderful. The 24hrs cover pool is a plus together in some exercise at any hour of the day, including the exercise room. The spa provides great services and they will be adding a hair salon by years end. I spent four nights at the St Regis in Moscow. The hotel has a great location just off a pedrestrain walk street that leads to Red Square. The lobby is very grand and it like the rest of the hotel has a lot of gold, mirrors and crystal . When in Moscow .... fun to live like a czar. We had a great room overlooking the former KGB HQ and above the Metro station. Despite all the activity outside, the room the perfectly quiet. Was here for the weekend. Great to be in hotel where staff recognizes you and greets you personally each time you come in. They were accommodating in every way. The room was beautiful and clean . The location is great 5 minute walk to Kremlin and red square. For those that are Shabbos observant they provide mechanical non electric keys. All in all a great experience and highly recommended.
