Very good place to stay! Location is perfect if you land in domodedovo airport, just 20 minutes driving without traffic. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Rooms are clean, big bed. Nice view from window if you are lucky with location. Highly recommend!

Good, modern hotel close to southern part of Moscow, easily accessible and specially from Domodedovo airport. Nice city views from the upper floors. Own parking is a plus and the lobby bar is good too.

The hotel staff has massively improved their friendliness over the course of the last year and a half. The receptionists are approachable for hints and tipps, they even actively participate in small talk upon own initiative nowadays! The security screening at the entrance is a bit strange, since beeping of the detector never resulted in any searches etc. The rooms are good, nothing to complain about.

I guess 3 stars would be more than enough to rate the property right. It isn't a 4* place! Everything in the room was dated: furniture, RIDICULOUS cathode-ray TV-set... Too old-fashioned and boring. Extremely unstable and slow WIFI, old bedding. There were NO tea making facilities in my room. At any hand, the staff went their extra mile in terms of affability and level of service, very nice. A very tasty and non expensive buffet breakfast: just 1,000 RUR/pax. The hotel in general and my room in... Read more

The hotel is not bad. The rooms are big but is not like a 4 stars. The Tv is only in Russian and you can't disable the acconditioner, it's automatic. Regarding the installation and stuff...the gym is small but correct and the guys in the reception are nice and talk very good English. But I've a really bad experience in the piano Bar. I was there for dinner, and I asked for a salad with the vegetables cooked. They told me one and I ordered. After 45 min I was there still waiting, and they told me... Read more

We've been there for 3 nights. The hotel is a high-level one, with all services one can expect, restaurant above average included. Room was really big, with two separated parte and huge bathroom. It's near a metro station, so you can easily reach all you want. Price is medium for euro travellers.

The hotel itself is nice with good views from the rooms. Location is ok with a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. They also have a small fitness club that is convenient while traveling. Breakfast selection is really good. Wifi works good, but need to connect often and sometimes try more than once to actually connect. I usually need to wait 10 minutes at times to catch an elevator. The breakfast, as I mentioned is super, but the dining hall is disorganized when large groups are presen... Read more

I am giving the Milan Hotel a five-star rating with a special acknowledgement to Alena and Alla. Both are a wonderful host that offered a terrific customer service. I stayed at this hotel for 10 night's and everyone at the front desk truly made me feel at home every time I walked in. It's a Wow Experience! If you are looking to have great service consider this hotel.

This hotel is working hard to welcome tourists but still has some way to before it is anything like 4 star. The staff varied from excellent to surly! They were overwhelmed at busy breakfast times , with many items disappearing and either taking a long time to be replaced or not at all. This is when the differences in the staff were most obvious. The food at dinner was alright - just. It took nearly an hour to reach the centre of Moscow each time ,a lot more than 25 minutes! Perhaps in the middle... Read more
