It was my first visit to Moscow and I didn't have a clue where to stay, based in IHG images this suppose to be in a goods location but it's not. Closer to train station but this hotel doesn't have hotel owned business center and you have to pay a third party for the use of internet. Rooms are goods and comfortable.

We are still here on our 3rd night the hotel is fantastic. The rooms are lovely and clean, large with the usual items such as hair drier, shampoo and conditioners. We are on the 17th floor but the lifts are so quick and the views over Moscow are to die for. Tv in the room has BBC and other English news channels. The tube is just across the road and is so cheap. Brew kit in the room along with iron and ironing board. We are not having breakfast but may do on our last day. The bar area is bri... Read more

Hotel is clean & well presented , security at door & throughout the hotel, rooms clean & very comfortable, safe in room & no deposit reqd , iron & board and bbc world news through tv, free wifi throughout hotel, 2 ATMs in the lobby, nothing too much trouble for reception. 24hr shop next door, but bigger supermarket across the road, must use subway! In Moscow where hardly any one wants to speak in English, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread in terms of choice and quality was good and service prompt. The food is highly recommended and value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean and though it is multi storied the lifts are quick The rooms overlooking Sushhevsky Street may get a bit noisy as the road is very busy even at nights and early mornings. Booked a tour with Newmarket Travel (Moscow/St Petersburg) - basic price sounded good but most trips were optional extras but still good enough. They don't tell you what a pain in the neck it is to get the Russian visa and that is a big extra cost as had to travel to London to get fingerprints taken... was beginning to think I wished I hadn't bothered with this trip but in HINDSIGHT it was well worth the trouble. Hotel is clean, very run down in corridors, Internet in rooms is useless. However beds comfortable and room adequate for short stay. Another problem was that there was only 1-2 lift operating which made it difficult to get up and down. It's ok but would choose elsewhere in future if had the choice.

A great place to stay in Moscow and the rates were extremely affordable. Spacious rooms with nice view. Metro is right opposite and you can reach all places of interest in 15 to 20 minutes. Very good staff, lavish spread for breakfast and free wifi.

Located near the city centre this hotel is modern, clean, with a first class restaurant. Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable, and all have TV and Internet access. The hotel is only some 100 metres from the nearest Metro station from where you can visit all the main tourist attractions for minimal cost.

The reception manager Olga was totally wonderful and enthusiastic. she promised the world: bathrobe, slippers etc. - none of which were to be found in the room, so I've asked to bring them in, along with a plate, fork and knife. The robe and slippers have never arrived but in came the bellboy with the cutlery - and a bill for Rub 100 (circa £1). Not breaking the bank, certainly - but it's the very first time that I've been presented a bill for running these three items up the stairs - which p... Read more

I had a normal stay, in a sort of standard Holiday Inn style. Breakfast is good: fresh food, cooked right away. Good selection of sweet ad well. Rooms are big enough, with A/C, flat TV, etc... Reception/restaurant staff is nice. Dinner is also ok. Selection of TV channels is a bit too small and fitness room is really small. Good: speed of lifts, even with 2 lifts available (on 3), there was not any long que. Anyway, in general, this hotel has a good standard.

We stayed on the 16th and 7th floor on our respective first and second visits and were glad that both rooms were very clean and spacious, though for some reason the beds on the 7th floor were a lot bigger than the ones on the 16th. Close to the train station and off two busy highways, this place was bustling with tourists from all around the world. I have never seen a breakfast crowd that has numbered into the 200s. Room on 19th floor with wonderful views. Sunset and sunrise glinting on the tall buildings on the horizon. Room clean and plenty hot water/towels and coffee making facilities. Easy to adjust room temperature and window which opened Downside is location, nowhere to stroll to in the evening, and though near underground it didn't feel safe for females due to the underpass access. Breakfast a " free for all "and sharp elbows required.

Very clean. Good service. English speaking staff. Near a metro station. The extra bed (which is really a sofa) was very very uncomfortable. The orange metro line(on which the nearest station in located) is not going to the center and a transfer to a different lines is always needed. Value for money.
