Good hotel, with a very nice lobby. The room is not really 5 star level. Quite small, bathroom very small with a tiny shower corner, no bathtub. Breakfast absolutly not worth 23 Euro, average, not many choices, quite small breakfast room, had to wait to get a free table. Location very good, nice gym, swimming pool and sauna.

Good location, tasty breakfast, nice architecture, big and comfortable room. Swimming pool is calm and almost empty. Suitable for wedding photoshoots. Good service. It's a good opportunity to live in a historic building.

Stayed here again last week. Good rooms, close to the train station and Metro, and only a 20 minute walk to the Kremlin. Rooms are OK, but the breakfast is really great and staff are very helpful and pleasant. I had one issue with my room, and this was rectified within 30 minutes, so great service

Stayed here for a weekend break to Moscow. Hotel is a little out of the Red square district but the easy to work out underground has you there in a matter of minutes and the main station is a little walk away. Staff are friendly and keen to help, breakfast is good value and the rooms are excellent and a great size in this converted building.

I would say that this is probably a good business hotel rather than for tourists. Building is beautiful, rooms very comfortable, staff extremely welcoming. All things you expect from a flagship Hilton. I stayed here using my Hhonors points, so can't really complain as it was a free stay. However, the three negative points: 1) We found crossing so many very large roads (with long wait time) to get from the station to the hotel quite frustrating. 2) If you have an Exec room on the 6th floor, you ... I stay at this hotel frequently, and the service I have received is consistently good. Location is important in Moscow because of the traffic, and this hotel suits my needs well. If you are a tourist looking for a hotel within walking distance of the Kremlin, this hotel may not be for you. However Red Square and the Kremlin are reachable within a few stops on Moscow's famous metro system (and this is an experience you should have in itself).

Built in the Stalin era this is one of the seven high rise gothic-style buildings which were intended to rival the skyscrapers of New York. Today there are hotels, the University, several office and apartment buildings, all reflecting the desire to create impressive "wedding cake" style buildings. The hotel has massively high ceilings, large open foyer areas, large dining rooms and meeting rooms, and the guest rooms themselves are spacious and clean. The lifts are not particularly reliabl... We stayed in this hotel for one night, simply as a stop over before catching the fast train to St Petersburg. The doorman was hopeless. We struggled with our bags to get though the doors and he did nothing to help. Fortunately it got better. The hotel is a historical building with beautiful features. Check in was seem less. Our room was modern and refurbished to a good standard. We stayed on the executive floor so was able to use their lounge. This had a good selection of complimentary food ... Read more

But the breakfast menu always be the same menu everyday. I stayed for 5 nights and ate the same menu every morning because lack of variation menu. Though will come back again next time.

Fantastic hotel: very big room with 3 windows, great bathroom and wonderful experience delivered to customers. But icing on the cake is Ksenia, the Outlet is impossible not to fall in love with her professionality, smile, beauty and style. It was so hard to leave, but as soon as I come back to Moscow, I could only go to this hotel.

There were no lift to the 2nd floor where our rooms were. No room slippers provided and had only one bottle of water. Service and quality was only average, not what I expect from Hilton. The only good was the near location to the railway station. Just a 5 mins walk away.

Great location across the road from the station for trains to St Petersburg, which takes 4 hours on the Sapsan. The entrance hall and lobbies of the Hilton have the wow factor and are simply stunning. Excellent food. Well worth a visit even if you are not staying overnight.

This is a good, mostly business hotel. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. The location is about 3 metro stops from Red Square, but is totally accessible on that front. The front desk and executive lounge staff are great, but the lobby bar staff is a bit aloof. I pre-arranged a car service from the airport that was not there. I would recommend just taking a taxi.

Stayed at the hotel for three nights at the end of May. Lots of positives - the staff are lovely and very welcoming - particularly those on the concierge desk (not typical of Russian culture where customer service is generally matter of fact at best). I was pleased to be upgraded to a superior room without having to request it - presumably just a touch larger than a standard room? As may others have commented, a very impressive building - one of Stalin's 'Seven Sisters'. Rooms are very decent ... Read more

Hotel is a renovated one of the seven sister buildings that Stalin built. Room is top notch , large comfortable with everything you need. WiFi was free in the room, lobby, dining room. It is located close to the train station and at night with window open you could hear some noise from the third floor room we had. There is a nice restaurant in the hotel (somewhat expensive) and you can also eat at the bar of at the coffee shop around the corner. Buffet breakfast is abundant and delicious.

I wanted to share some tips regarding my favourite hotel in Russia and maybe in the world. The Hilton Leningradskaya is the highlight of my regular trips to Moscow. The hotel oozes history, the building is iconic and even though I spend a lot of time away and miss home the days just pass too quickly when I am here. It's a big advantage to have a diamond card with Hilton, I get upgraded to a suite, they are great rooms, the exec lounge is also excellent. The restaurant is decent and breakfast i... Read more

I stayed at the Hilton Leningradskaya for two nights late June 2016, while on a business trip. I picked the hotel because of its proximity to the centre and its location on the "right side of the city" vs where our offices are located. The hotel building is one of the Vysotki, Stalin's sky scraper project with which he aimed to rival the imposing American city skylines. As such, there's a definite charm in having stayed in the hotel, and it's fun to walk around looking at some of the other tow... Read more

This is an eminently business hotel. The exterior is somewhat lank, somewhat squat, as all its 6 Sisters (= skyscrapers constructed at the instruction of Stalin). The building underwent massive renovation and the interior shows for this. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the lobby looks good. Breakfast is good. Our plane arrived at 6 a.m. and check-in is at 2 p.m., but they had a room available for us at 10 a.m. You will not easily find hotel like this for a price like this in the West.

Chose this one because it's just five minutes from railway station and high-speed train to St. Petersburg. Also close to Metro station, and just a few stops from Kremlin. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable. Only problem with hotel is that there is no way to avoid a five step climb, sans railing, from lobby to elevators. That might not sound like much, but it can be a problem if, like me, you've got some knee/walking difficulties from time to time.

This hotel has a very old charm because of its marvellous structure. In fact in Moscow there are 7 similar structures like this hotel building built at the time of Stalin also known as the seven sisters.
