I stayed for 3 nights here. A very well maintained (not to big) hotel. The breakfast provided has a lot of different offers from toast over rolls to different types of eggs and cereals etc. -- very good. The atmosphere in the hotel (rooms, lobby and also in the dining area is very nice. The service is very professional and friendly. Next time - I will come again.

We attended a wedding, and we booked a room in the hotel, which makes things more comfortable. The ballroom at the 4th floor is good for a smallish party, I think that 85-90 persons would leave enough room for waiters and for dancing floor. The food was good, especially the starters, with some Levantine specialities, and the sarmale were very good. A plus is the terrace, the views are beautiful.

My job has me visiting a fair few places on many continents. I'm used to modern hotels and everything being executed similarly to one another. On first arrival, the hotel looks small and more homely than a hotel. The reception is themed and feels like a step in time. My first sense and feeling on arrival is one of being relaxed straight away. Check in was fairly simple and efficient and I was quickly given my key (no swipe cards here to go wrong!!). The room is large and feels old fashioned ... Read more

The terrace and the hotel looks great, the service is pretty good would expect more for 4 stars rating, however the food variety is quite small and pricey. Romantic atmosphere, nice sunset view, good music. Also be aware you might need a reservation.

We were here for dinner, after a tiresome day. Some of us wanted something quick and light so we won't miss our planes. The fact that it took more than 20 minutes for a coffee and lots of other courses have been delivered really slow and a plain limonade never arrived, makes me never want to go there on the rush again. On the other hand the place looks great and clean. The food is good, italian style, lots of seafood and salads. Also the burgers looked really good. The service though....you need to go... Read more

We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend. I liked the old style of the hotel, it was very clean and in a nice area in the city. It's about a 15 minute walk from the next metro station and about 15 km from the city centre and old town. The metro as well as taxis were incredibly cheap, so we didn't mind that it was a bit further away from central Bucharest. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The only thing I didn't like was the mattress and the fact that they only provided one... Read more

It was a great suprise to discover such an elegant hotel in the heart of Bucharest, Romania. I was really surprised by the warm atmosphere I found it here. Nice clean rooms with clasic and simple furniture. Breackfast was good but not complete. This mean, I think they still have to work on. No fitness room. This is a minus for a 4stars hotel. Still, Congratulations!

A lovely hotel in a quiet and pleasant part of town, yet not too far from the city centre. I stayed for two nights, and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful, and really tried to provide personalised service, which I liked. My room was really spacious and nice, with carefully designed old-world charm. The bed was very comfortable: I slept like a baby! (Someone else had complained the beds being terrible, so maybe that has now been fixed, as my bed was really good... Read more

The most positive thing about this hotel is the location. Very clean, safe area with a few nice restaurants. Makes for a nice evening walk. The air conditioning worked very well, but the windows. although pretty new, didn't close very well and you could hear street noise. Now the minuses: - Free parking is on the street in front of hotel, but it has space for 5 cars. You were supposed to reserve it (no mention on the website). - The hotel itself is a boutique hotel wanna be. The entrance and re... Read more
