The location is the best way to relax after a hard day at work. It is structured in the pool area, the sauna floor and the therapy floor. You can get only access for the pool and sauna or you can get one of the many spa and therapy packages available. I strongly recommend the 2-day ''Life in balance'' package which includes 6 types of therapies... Very pleasant personnel and a friendly environment that allows you to forget what time is it, just as intended...

I stayed in this hotel for several times in last months and enjoyed my stay very much due to the hospitality, excellent rooms and the spa. Quiet place, very clean and excellent finishing for details, modern furniture and spacious rooms. The restaurants offer various dishes and are OK also the menu for room service is various, breakfast is good with fesh apple juice, dried fruitsfresh fruit, dairy and hot dishes. The spa is just excellent, they offer a very relaxing atmosphere and a wide range... Read more

Beautiful Hotel at 25 minutes taxi from old city center, totally new, super clean and perfect for business trip. Only a little claim about the sauna in the spa that should be payed 10 euro, not perfect for a real 5 stars hotel like this. Service perfect and staff friendly and professional, very much suggested!

My taxi driver had a hard time to find the driveway leading to the Hotel reception next to a furniture outlet. Once in the right spot and past the security guard, everything was perfect. The breakfast schedule accommodates late sleepers as well as early birds.

Good: Beautiful, spacious and clean room. Friendly staff Bad: Even though it was a double room booked for two guests there was just one set of towels, one bathrobe and one pair of slippers in the room. For the first morning we decided to get breakfast in bed so we filled in the form and we hang it to the door knob as instructed. Next morning they brought breakfast but almost half of the things that we ordered were missing. The SPA looks nice but they don't have a locker room for hotel guests so... Read more

A beautiful hotel with staff that seems to take pride in their job. Must say that the bell boy Mihai is a must to talk to if you are new to Romania. He put us to speed on what was needed when visiting locations around the city. Loved our stay.

I've been there alone for a business trip. The hotel is small but has everything you need. Great rooms,Great facilities such as swimming pool, hydro pool etc. Although it's not in the middle of Bucharest-It's only 15 min away by Texi Very recommended.

We afforded ourselves a belated anniversary celebration and chose Premier Palace due to its reviews. We, like many others before us, highly recommend the hotel AND spa services. We booked the couple's package la vie en rose, which lasted nearly 2 hours. Following that we enjoyed a fantastic meal at the piano bar first floor restaurant (no piano playing, but they did have nice jazz/funk music from the stereo) before retiring to bed. We chose the junior suite which was enormous, but the best part ... Read more

My girlfriend and I visited Bucharest for the wedding of a friend in July. We found the Premier Palace online and were impressed with the good reviews and the price. On our arrival at the hotel, we checked in and found the receptionist to be quite dismissive, unhelpful and rude. Not a great introduction after a long flight! We had dinner at the Sky Bar the first evening and the food was very tasty and the gentleman serving us was polite and friendly. We tried out the spa on our second day and ... Read more

This year is the third since I started going to this SPA. I go occasionally, as it is far from the city center. I went to a few SPA's around the world and I wouldn't give it 5 stars. I like the facilities, the saunas, the emotional showers with thunders and other nature sound. I don't like the attitude of the receptionists, they are arrogant. The therapists are not outstanding, some are good some are bed. I try to book Alex for the massages as he is more friendly and makes me feel welcomed. Mos... Read more

The hotel itself and the staff make you feel like royalty. The hotel seems to be completely new, room was HUGE and extremely luxurious from top to bottom: huge bed, bathroom with two sinks and very big bath tub, well equipped office desk and everything was next to perfection with every small detail. Staff was more than friendly and made us feel like we're home. The spa is something out of this world and feels like and amusement park for grown ups with many saunas and other attractions that make... Read more

A little off the beaten track- sort a taxi prior to arriving as some of the drivers will not think twice about ripping you off it the fare doesn't go through the the system. If you can try to get hotel receptions or restaurants to pre book a taxi for you. Hotel is beautiful, lovely rooms and spa facilities. Highly recommended. Lovely staff.

First impression gives you a sense of insecurity - well built security guards, a security vehicle ready to go etc. However this is part of the usual practices as I gather later. The reception is quite helpful especially with the taxi driver( whom I found to be less than polite most of the time). Other hotel occupants had good words to say of the spa. Though I did not use it myself. Rooms are quite big and slightly on the expensive side.

Arriving from the airport, the hotel & spa is a located a bit out of the city center. Warmly welcomed by the reception and shown to the room. Room is big, well laid out, in a luxury style, with all the amenities. Excellent WiFi reception, all the international channels on the TV and excellent bedding. The hotel has a large, elegant and very upmarket Spa facility. As hotel guest one can use the pool, the whirlpools, saunas and hot steam rooms. Super facilities, headed by very professional staff. ... Read more

We spent a good couple of hours here before our flight home. The massages were excellent and relaxing- the price for an hour was 170 lei. The spa facilities were amazing an extra 120lei - at least 8 different types of saunas and water jets , great thermo hot tub and pool. The place is very clean , staff attentive and professional . A great recommend experience.

Just back from a week at this recently built 5 star hotel and couldn't fault it. Very attentive and friendly staff especially Mark on reception and the two girls on the spa reception, can't correctly remember their names but always cheerful and fun to chat with. The hotel had everything you expect and was all in pristine condition as were the bedding, room facilities and particularly the restaurant/bars and spa facilities. You can pay an extra 10 euros to access the saunas etc but the pool ... Read more

very clean, we got fresh towels and ropes every day, great hydro bath and pool, breakfast was too good !!! so many kinds of food , no chance someone doesn't find his choice :-) . If you want to go to the center there is a bus across the street, or a taxi ordered by the hotel staff. Staff is very very kind and helpful. Oh, i almost forgot a very important thing, the massage, it was so professional and not expensive at all !!!

The hotel is not easy to find (in the backyard of a shopping center) so practically at the end (a..s) of the world...pretty far from everything (whatever everything should mean in Bucharest). But if you have a half an hour to waste everytime to come to the city (the traffic is nearly always heavy but the right(!) cabs are cheap) then go for it. The rooms are modern, spacious...quiet (for me it's of great importance not to hear the noise of the neighborhood) and the bed was huge and extremely co... Read more

A very good 5 star hotel, with a great affordable spa. It has two restaurants (that serve the same food, but with different atmosphere) and one breakfast restaurant. The breakfast was great and had a lot to offer. The other restaurants offered lunch and dinner options that were very tasty and affordable (a bit pricey for Romania, but still affordable) (except for desserts that we didn't like so much). The rooms where kept clean, the staff was friendly. The hotel itself is a bit remote from the c... Read more

In Bucharest for a conference at another hotel that was full we were recommended to stay at Premier Palace Nice clean hotel with a very efficient hard working head receptionist / manager The beds and pillows were comfortable and bathrooms spacious and clean - the only problem was the temperature - the air conditioning maintained the temperature at 26 degrees and could not reduce it which is silly - far too hot and this ruined my sleep Two days I had breakfast. Nice selection of fruit and food... Read more

2nd of two weeks in Bucharest saw me ensconced here. It's a little out of the way, behind a big shopping mall, but once you get in it's lovely. Checkin was a doddle and they still have guys to carry your luggage for you. The room was massive with an uber comfy bed and loads of storage space. Free and good WiFi and a bathroom you could play squash in. Massive Telly but only BBC world news in English, so there's that. Take an iPad/laptop with films on it or a Netflix/amazon account.

The most comfortable hotel I've stayed in. The room was spacious and clean. There were no issues with the bed or pillows and I slept extremely well here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had very nice facilities, few restaurants to choose from and a spa which is connected to the hotel underground so you didn't have to brace the cold outdoors to visit the spa. At the time, you received a 10/20% discount at the spa if you were a hotel guest. I'd also recommend the breakfast ... Read more

Fantastic luxury spa hotel, the hotel is located very far away from the town but the hotel will order a taxi for you which will arrive in minutes and is very cheap. The spa facilities are stunning, very clean and tastefully decorated, we used the hydro pool and thermarium. The main pool and hydro pool are free to use, there is a charge for treatments and thermarium area. The spa area is located in the hotel next door but is very easy to access via the underground walkway. Overall a fabulous hotel... Read more

I stayed in this hotel for three nights recently with two friends. There are a number of great elements to this hotel but the negatives significantly overweigh the positives. During our stay, we had a number of terrible experiences with the hotel staff. In particular, one of the reception staff and the spa reception staff were abrupt, rude and made myself and my two friends feel like nuisances and hinderances during our visit. During our stay, we made a number of small standard hotel requests (... Read more
