"My wife and I traveled to Puerto Rico for the first time, and stayed at the Water Beach Club. we were attracted to the hotel by the great prices and proximity to the beach. We didn't realize how close to the beach this hotel was! We were within steps of the beach. We ended up getting a beachfront room, which was ideal. We fell asleep to the quiet sounds of the ocean every night. But beyond the location and white/turquoise design of the hotel (which was very tasteful and attractive), the staff were incredibly friendly. Cleaning staff checked our room twice a day, and often left us chocolates. Every staff member consistently greeted us warmly, whether in the elevator, at the front desk, or on the beach. I would totally recommend this wonderful hotel for anyone looking to spend a relaxing vacation in PR."

"From the moment we pulled up to the hotel we knew we were going to love this place. Once you get out of the cab everyone immediately welcomed you and were quick to grab your luggage and open the door. Before we even got to the front desk at least three people greeted us. Once at check-in it was a breeze. It also smelt so good from the moment you walked in the hotel. We got our key and went straight to our room. We looked around to make sure nothing was wrong and we noticed the sink was leaking. We didn't want to say anything and clean it up but I was didn't want to have to do that, so we went back downstairs and told the lady and she apologized and gave us another room. No questions were asked. We went to our new room and it was an upgrade from the first room with a beach view. The room was extremely clean. The beach view was priceless. Our only regret was that we didn't get a chance to eat at Zest. We were going there on our last night (Sunday) but they aren't opened then. Overall, this was by far on top two best high end hotels we've ever stayed at. When we come back we will be booking here again. You can't go wrong with this place. It is a trendy and hip place."

"This hotel was excellent! From the moment we arrived, staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Step out the front doors and you're right on the beach. They provided complimentary beach towels, chairs and umbrella's that the staff sets up for you in your desired spot. The pictures don't do the hotel justice. The rooms are decorated simple but very nice (We absolutely loved the blue light ambiance). Happy hour started at 5pm with free drinks and you dining/bar area was relaxing with the beach front view. it also smelled very nice throughout the hotel. It's also a 5 minute walk from many restaurants (from fast food to authentic dining) and small stores. We loved the fact that it was also on the same strip as other nice hotels & casino's which made partying and night-life more convenient. There's also a small computer room w/ internet which came in handy. Free wi-fi which worked on the beach as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again !"

"I'm glad we stayed here even after reading a few poor reviews. The staff, cleanliness and service were GREAT! Always helpful, smiling and full of suggestions of things to do or places to go. The breakfast is wonderful and VERY fresh! The happy hour was okay we bought the premium liquor so we didn't benefit from what was free (we try to avoid hangovers ;-)). The wet bar/pool NOT being available really was a buzz kill. There was no information as to the completion date so it doesn't look like it will be anytime soon. I think it would be fair if this information was posted on their website for future bookings. Overall our stay was great and I love the location on the strip. Walgreens and every fast food chain in walking distance. Chilis, Ruth Chris restaurant and others in walking distance.
