"After arriving at Acacia Boutique Hotel, our reservation was not found. The hotel was in fact overbooked, even though we had a confirmation for this hotel. As a result, we were moved to a different hotel. There, we did not have any WIFI access (hotel was booked with free WIFI access), no coffee in the morning (even though we were told at check-in that this would be provided), much less enough towels (although we asked for more). We were also told that there would be beach chairs for our convenience. There was in fact only one beach chair for all guests. As a result, I would not recommend this hotel."

"Pick this hotel because of the budget we had, and turn out to love this place. The beach is right behind the hotel, and it is close to Old San Juan by the city bus. It is also close to the local.
When it came to service, the staffs were very friendly and helping.
The only issue we had was that there were ants, I guess it is a tropical island, even that we were on the second floor, so make sure you don't have any sweets laying around. Other than that, I think the experience at Acacia hotel is way better than staying in the a bigger hotel chain, because it was more personal there."

"Quaint and small boutique hotel located in Condado tourist/residential area within walking distance to restaurants, Walgreens, shops and supermarket. Just steps away from the beach. Old San Juan accessible by bus which requires 75 cents exact change. Staff friendly and helpful. Our room was on the first floor so the lack of an elevator was not an issue.. It's warm for most of the year there (so I am told) so pack light! Outdoor shower is available so beach sandals are essential. The room shower has a water saving device (downside) but got used to it. A refrigerator would have been nice but we adapted. I would definitely come to PR again and stay here."
